I ve used fast frame for multiple different items to be repaired and framed over the past years. They ve framed my college diploma and repaired two very sentimental paintings to my family. Each and every time they have been fast, polite, and have done amazing work. I ve had the pleasure of working with Zoe on my recent items and she is fantastic to work with, the whole team is! I recently visited this store to get some photography framed, and I must say, the quality of the framing work was quite nice. However, my overall experience was marred by the extremely rude behavior of one of the employees at pick up. I spent over $1500 on framing, and when I went to pick up my items, the woman working in the store at that time was incredibly impolite. When I mentioned that I had two items framed, she responded in a very rude manner, saying that she could only carry one at a time. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting especially since I clearly wouldnt ask her to carry two frames. I had multiple items I wanted to get framed, and its unfortunate that this womans awful attitude cost the store my business. I believe in holding businesses accountable for the behavior of their employees, and in this case, its clear that the store needs to address the issue of customer service with such unfriendly rude staff. No customer should have to endure such rudeness, and its a shame that my experience was soured by one individuals behavior.

I am so pleased with the result of my recent experience with Elizabeth. She helped me select a new frame for my Agamograph by Yaacov Agam. This is kinetic art that moves as you pass by it. I wanted a simple cream frame for it but Elizabeth encouraged me to go beyond my comfort zone by selecting an acrylic Prisma frame. There were many design and color options but we chose a two tone cream stripe to keep it simple and not detract from the moving image. The result is hard to capture in a photo but it is amazing. I am glad to have this 40 year old gift from my parents preserved in such a spectacular way. All my framing needs will be taken here!

Elizabeth Boswell is a true artist. She chose all the frames and colors of mats and her and Zoe coordinated a very big framing project for me. Incredibly prideful work and very professional. Framing is NOT cheap but their work makes it a worthwhile investment. It s hard to explain what an exceptionally phenomenal job they did. I actually had tears in my eyes picking the many framed photos up and as the beautiful work was unveiled. A very thoughtful and sincere work. Love them! They are both artists and it shows.

I have been a customer for over 20 years, so you know I must be happy with their work. They have framed individual signed concert tickets to large (48x65) antique posters and everything in between - over 30 pieces. There was only one project (awkward size and shape) in which the glass wasnt cut exactly right. It was immediately corrected, no questions asked. They stand behind their work. The reason for this post is because the most recent framing project done by Zoe Foster was beyond my expectations. It involved the artifacts from an amazing concert: set list which had been taped to stage floor, killer tickets, a VIP badge, and a guitar pick. Zoe did a fantastic job of highlighting each item in a 3-D manner while also making them part of a cohesive piece. I remember dropping off the items and telling Zoe something like: I trust your judgment, you always do great work. And this time her work was beyond great.

Locally owned store with great service; we got an amazing canvas wrapped shark wall hanging for our sons room enlarged to be a focal point in his room - it looks so good and the owner tested out the printing to make sure the enlargement was going to look great on the size we wanted. I had the absolute best experience at FastFrame. I had a painting that was very important to me and Zoe took a lot of time talking through the options of what we could do with it and how to frame it in a way that helped it tell a story and keep its character. When I walked in, I had an idea of what I would do but she came up with a FAR better plan and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. The whole staff was generous, kind, and fun to work with. I dont usually take the time to write a review, but my experience with the team at Fast Frame in Westlake over the past few years has been hands down one of the best consumer experiences I have ever had. About 3 years ago I went to them with my original marriage license, wedding invite, and other collateral and asked that they create some sort of memorabilia shadow box/frame. Their design aesthetic is great, finish quality exceptional, and customer service untouchable. After ~2 years the matting started to warp so I went back to them for repair and not only did they correct this FREE of charge, they made it better...all while overcommunicating at each step of the way. If you have any framing needs, DO NOT go anywhere else because I wouldnt.

I brought in two framed pictures that had been a gift from my sister years ago. The frames were peeling and needed to be replaced, but I didn t want to lose the sweet notes she had written on the back. Turns out, that was no problem for the folks at Fast Frame! I got my pictures back with beautiful new wood frames and my sister s notes thoughtfully attached to the back. The perfect solution!

Kerry was great from the moment I walked in. I explained to him I had a carpet that I needed framed. We looked at it together and he helped me find a frame that was within my budget and one that worked with the colors in the carpet. The final product was breathtaking. The carpet has a very special story behind it and it deserved to be framed. FastFrame took a rooled up dusty carpet and made it look like a museum peace. The entire family is greatful for their amazing work. I highly recommend them. They will take great care of whatever it is you need framed!

I took a very large canvas print to fastframe to have them stretch and mount it. Their prices were reasonable (they beat Michaels!) and they were fast and friendly. The finished product looked great. Ive used them for custom framing as well and have always been happy

Just got back what I thought couldnt be a more difficult framing project and they carried it off beautifully. My boyfriends son just turned 16 and he had received a rattlesnake skin from his late grandfather. Its a beautiful skin but what do you do with it? They made it look like a true piece of art. Hell be able to show it off properly now and keep that memory of his grandfather. Thanks and wonderful job! No one else could have pulled it off.

I had both her Bachelors and Masters degree custom-framed so that she would always have a visual reminder of her outstanding achievements. Fallon was absolutely wonderful. She took her time to work with me so that we could find the best fit for my budget. She was honest, careful, and very considerate. FastFrame in Westlake is absolutely THE best place to have something framed in Austin, and I will never go anywhere else. I was so impressed by the entire experience ~ from the upscale, beautiful options they have for you to chose from, to an amazing staff who care about your pieces as much as you do. We worked with Fallon on four pieces and she was GREAT! Extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable and she had great ideas. FastFrame Westlake Gallery exceeded my expectations. As a designer, I have worked with many studios for custom framing, but have not experienced the level of customized expertise and selection prior to this. I had 4 pieces of artwork (2 paintings and 2 posters) that needed to be framed. Each piece was very unique and I was assisted with framing suggestions that were appropriately gorgeous for each one.
