The was my first time at this location and its really nice... I loved the customer service, Tyriek did an amazing job with my order... I purchased the truff burger which has a unique taste that I really loved... Its definitely different and delicious, especially when you dip it in the ranch I also purchased the loaded fries and strawberry dragon fruit slushy... Drove thur drive thur to order. Started off slow getting our order but got better and the food was awesome and the cashier was friendly. You should probably mention the sz of a childs shake if an adult is ordering one. Fries were fresh and hot, burger was awesome, and I ordered the Cowboy 8.99, fresh and hot, and adding fries and a drink total 12.98 before taxes and 2 adults and 3 young children our total was about $41. 00 A little pricey, but it was fresh. Really, I would give them 2.5 stars. This was a very disappointing burger experience. We ordered online for pick up and the food took an extra 12 minutes past the pick up time. We ate ours at home (as it is a work day) but still went inside. Our drive home is only 5 minutes away from this location. The overall taste of the burgers was okay, nothing extraordinary. The fries were bland and not great. The burgers were made wrong and not only were they wrong but one of them was very soggy. The staff wasnt welcoming but not rude. The restaurant was okay with cleanliness. Also, we went at 2:05 and it wasnt busy at all. If youre going to take extra time at least make sure the food is correct and fresh. I wouldnt recommend this place based on our experience plus they are overpriced for what you get. The burgers are a good size but its like going to any other fast food (McDonalds, Wendys, Whataburger). I would recommend Twisted Root, Mooyah, Kincaids, or even Shack Shake over Hat Creek if youre looking for the sit down burger joint

Food is always fresh when we swing by the drive thru. Service is nice. We ve had the same guy help us the two times we ve been in the drive thru and he is always on top of everything. Hat Creek always makes for a special treat! Dietary restrictions: The GF bun isn t like eating chalk. I hate not being able to enjoy real bread, but Hat Creek at least makes burgers tolerable.

Nice simple and easy, just what you want for burgers and fries with the kids. I had the southwest burger, good and spicy but not too much to take away from the the overall effect. A great if not a better alternative to others that shall not be named. Sorry I eat the burger too fast to think about taking a picture. I love this place because it is one of the few places I can get French fries that arent put in the same oil as battered foods. I have celiac disease and cannot eat foods that have been cooked with floured products. They also have gluten free buns and other gf appetizers. The staff is always very friendly and our grandchildren love the play area. For a fast food place, it is at the top of our go-tos. Vegetarian options: Vegan option for patty! Dietary restrictions: Awesome gluten free menu and no worries work cross contamination.

The food, staff, and location are fantastic. The playground is well maintained, and the kids seem to really enjoy it. I only gave it four stars because sometimes it can get a little bit loud, but then again, you werent going for a Michelin star meal. The burgers are fantastic, and the kids love going there. The vegan bowl was really delicious and exceeded my expectations. Theres a cool little outdoor playground for toddlers and small kids outside although it can get a little loud. Ill preface this by saying this place has potential to be great. We ve traveled by several times and decided to try it out (at the request of the kids to be able to play). The patio/dining area is nice, and the playground for kids is great. Also, the food actually was pretty good considering. However, the staff is rude and needs additional training. (This is coming from someone that has managed both fast food and sit-down restaurants years ago, so I try to have a certain amount of understanding.). We came in with 2 adults and 3 kids (one toddler asleep in my arms). We ordered a hot dog kids meal to start, and after ordering other meals, mentioned to the cashier that she gave us too many kids cups. Instantly she came back and asked so you don t need four hat dog kids meals? After I said No, just the one , that issue could have been resolved. But she decided to follow it with You said four and yelled to the kitchen we don t need four of those. The other issue, is although I asked for tater tots for that same kids meal 3 different times, we still received fries and never were able to get those corrected. (So I told my kid they were out today, and we moved on. But the menu needs to change if kids can t change from fries. He ll eat either, but don t give an option ) Lastly, the store was extremely dirty for how busy it was. I can understand the trash in the outside dining since it was busy, but the bathroom was awful. TL;DR: atmosphere and food is good. Needs to have more attention to cleanliness and staff attitudes. (I m not the only recent review on this, so I believe the other review.) Ultimately, the issues we had makes the is a [one and done] for our family.

If youre on a time schedule, I wouldnt even think about this place... if you want to be served fast food burgers with a longer than average wait, then this is your place. Went here a few days ago because a friend suggested I go here. Firstly, I bought two combo meals for $33 which is an insane amount for what they give you I could have gone to in in out and gotten two combo meals for nearly half the price . Secondly, fries were seasoned well but received them barley warm. Thirdly I asked for fry sauce which they didn t put in the bag, so I went back in to ask for some and the lady told me she put some in the bag, to which I exclaimed no mam you did not she made a rude smirk, threw them in my bag and walked off. Over all the burger was good, and the food was regular fast food quality, but no way would I return for $13-$14 a meal. Id much rather have twisted root, or In In out. This was the one in coppell, maybe my friend had a better experience (he went to the one in little elm).

First couple of visits were pretty good. Yesterdays visit ensured we will never return. $40 for 3 burgers, 1 order fries, and 1 order loaded tots. Only one of the burgers was made as ordered. I guess omitting onions ands pickles was too hard. I didnt order cheese on my burger due ulcers. They charge extra for cheese and put cheese on my burger anyway. Ok, fine, I ate the burger knowing I would wake up in pain. The service was weird. Girl taking my order seemed to struggle with English. They disappeared with my credit card for much longer than necessary to process payment. Then at the end, a third woman came to the window and appeared to be trying to figure out why I was there. After explaining my order and asking for ketchup, I was handed my bag off food. But no napkins or ketchup. All this could be forgiven. Mistakes happen, shifts change. But the long slightly curly hair my wife pulled out of her food ensured we will never return.

Hat creek was awesome. Never knew they were around my area till I typed in burgers near me. Ordered twice already within last 8days. Burgers are top notch. So is customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant and Damn those burgers were great. My wife got the southwest and was amazing and she never prefers burgers. Well, Hatcreek changed her mind. Update: They must have fired or fixed the problem crew. They went from a 5 - to a 1 - and back to my tentative 4. We nearly went to Rosas nearby but realized it was a Tue and impossible to order. Gave Hat Creek another shot after they failed us horribly over multiple reports and 6 months. Well, theyre back. They got the order right. They seem to have a new crew. The food is great, you get what you order - only thing so far was a terribly weak tea like a mistake was made brewing it once, but who cares. Its been great otherwise. I like hat creek because of the gf options. I go hear alot tried a new location and the staff was excellent. Our server Michael was very sweet and as always thw food was good. Dietary restrictions: The have gf nuggets and burgers all of their sides are gf. If you want a gf shake tell them and they will clean the machine for you. Never been sick here.

If you have children, Hat Creek is a no brainer due to the great playgrounds each offers. The food is solid and a HUGE plus is that they offer gluten free options and beer and wine. It makes for a great evening for our family with one energetic child, one Celiac, and one dad who likes a beer with his burger! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns, chicken nuggets, and dedicated fryer! Kid-friendliness: Best playground in the business!

I ve been to a few different locations and Hat Creek Burger Co never disappoints! Not the cheapest burgers but less than Red Robin and better (extra $4.29 to make it a combo seems kinda steep)! They have perfectly seasoned fries that I think rival (and beat) McDonald s and several sauces to choose from! I usually get the Southwest Burger and Mom gets the Little Hat which always taste fresh and juicy and are perfectly cooked ! Unlike most places they re actually generous with their toppings my burger had plenty of lettuce and grilled onions! The people are always friendly and they have nicely separated areas with cool indoor or covered patio seating and a play area for kids! If you re in the mood for a fast burger that doesn t taste like fast food this is the place! They also have very good salads and bowls (vegan or keto or paleo) if you re looking for healthier options or great milkshakes if you re not! This place needs to focus attention on the drive through! This is the third and most likely last order they screw up. I ordered a Hat Creek combo all the way with cheese and bacon. I got home and unwrapped my two patty burger with cheese, bacon and nothing else. At one point in the order process the lady on the microphone tried to order chicken nuggets with cheese and bacon, so at least I got a burger.

Perfect place for families to eat for a decent price and let the kiddos play on the playground outside. We love their salads and burgers and the fried pickles are always a hit. My toddler loves the slide and it is difficult to pull him away long enough to eat his meal. I d absolutely avoid this place on the weekends because it jammed packed with families and kids and so is the playground. During the week is a much better time to bring the kiddos. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program and get 15% off your first order!
