I just wanted to say thank you so much to Ben Abbas and Neil Solomon. Since my fiance was hit by an 18-wheeler nearly lost his life and now struggles with persistent pain and has to use a cane on top of a litany of other health issues as a result of the accident, Ben and Neil fought hard on my fiances case because it was a very complex case involving multiple parties. But not only did they fight hard for us on my fiances case, when the man of the house and the breadwinner is unable to even walk without a walker for a little over a year and has had to spend two years fighting for disability, and as Ive been supporting my fiance because thats what you do when youre loyal to who you love but its difficult when you lose the breadwinner and theyre not able to work, Ben and Neil helped us navigate the legal loan process and they have been instrumental in keeping us afloat. They always respond quickly often within a few minutes and get the paperwork processed almost every single time in the same day. We would have lost everything if it wasnt for them. I contacted Zinda with a strong case of DTPA perpetrated against me, in writing, by allwell by Wellcare Ins Co. I was told I had a strong case and would be contacted within 14 days. That was 37 days ago. I have called 3 times for updates. No reply. Very poor opinion of this less than adequate law firm.

These guys do not know what they are doing, could not set up an doctors appointment or follow up with you, and let you know what is going on with the case, I got into a real bad car accident can probably never work again, my truck was totaled, was rear ended at a red light, it took them over two year for them to tell you that they can t help you. I hired Zinda for a crazy situation involving an 18 wheeler where an object flew off a trailer and blasted through my windshield. I reached out to Zinda and spoke with Michael Cupero, my attorney at Zinda, after the accident once I realized this is affecting my day to day life in a significant way (PTSD from a Final Destination type of incident) and Michael was nothing short of fantastic through the entire process. Just an average experience. Some of the team members dealing with my case were great, while others were just terrible to work with. I was basically another number and a nice guaranteed lump sum check for them. Mainly, I don t feel Zinda Law Group fought hard enough to get the best settlement for me. In my opinion the work Zinda Law Group completed to the point of my settlement did not equate to the fee that was agreed upon in the initial contract signing. Definitely negotiate their fee before signing anything regardless if your case is settle before or after court. A peer review of the contract for both parties would go a long way in ensuring all are on the same page. My interpretation of some of the contract language differ from Zinda Law Group understanding.

Also my last law firm took 30 percent, and this one took 33 percent which I wasn t to happy so just a heads up. Overall I rate this 4 stars cause I m just happy the case is over with and I get to go back to my life. Update: I just received another call from my attorney and they have worked to negotiate my case with the billing and have put more money in my pocket. All the money that I had spent while working on the case has came back to me. I can fully move on and say that I have gain every penny that was lose during those hard times. I m so happy and thankful to Zinda law group!!!!!!

To Zindas lawyer, I am happy with the results, but to understand everything I need an ASL interpreter. Its a little confusing because several people are working on the case instead of one or two. However, they are very patient with me as we go through all of the processes and I appreciate that so much. They are great people and great lawyers.

They re crooks. I was rear ended in 2014. Car was totaled and I had a minor neck injury. Had medical insurance at the time too. Zinda and Davis advised me to seek physical therapy and not use my insurance. When the settlement came, Zinda and Davis received thousands of dollars while I was stiffed with a $900 settlement, after having to pay for the physical therapy from my cut.

They helped me after I got into car accident, they are such a great professional business.
