Luckily a personal friend recommended Steve Lee after my injury. He spoke highly of Steve and now I know why. Steve was so straight forward yet caring at the same time, and so was his staff. Amanda was warm and friendly but always so professional. She was amazing. It was a very stressful situation since I had never been involved in a lawsuit, but they helped make it as easy for me as possible during a painful time in my life. I was in a pickle and I needed a lawyer. A few inquiries later, Steve Lee s name came to the top of the list. After a moment, we won and I had moved on. Then I gotten into another fix and I was like, sigh, Oh Good Lord; WTH??!! Granted the legal process can be as slow as molasses in January or as exciting as watching paint dry. As a client, patience is a virtue and with Tom Flanagan in the mix y all will come out on top and y all be dancing like nobody s watching. Let them do their job. They do their jobs well and it ll be like being on Mo-PAC, not in HOV/Toll Lanes, you ll get there. I trust Steve & Tom to the nth degree and if I or anybody ever needs a great solicitor, skip the TV guys 100%, give these folks a holler.

Tom Flanagan was my attorney. He represented me for my case and I was in the best hands. It was a divided case and when we decided we wanted to go to trial, he respected our decision and provided us with the best representation a family could ask for. Lots of patience with us too! I lovvvve Tom and Steve so much. I was about to give up after 3 lawyers turned my case down and said I could not win, but then I found them. Those guys are very direct, almost surgical, and told me how much of an uphill battle I was facing. In the end, I found myself so comfortable letting them handle everything in my time of uncertainty. I was surprised that Steve took our case...but I m so very happy. We were told by 3 other lawyers that there wasn t much of a case. They were all wrong! Steve listened to what happened. Steve understood how the insurance company worked and the games they would play. He beat them. Our worries are over and my mind is at ease thanks to him. My company had a much larger corporate competitor try to sue us out of business when we were just 14 months old. Wed never needed legal representation of that kind before, so when it came to finding an attorney we were at a loss. My business partner researched Steve Lee & Associates and suggested we do a sit down. Steve has a solid reputation for being an aggressive trial lawyer, and when we met in person we were quickly convinced that he was the right attorney for us. It could not have been a better decision. The corporation suing us had very deep pockets and multiple international law firms representing them, but they were no match for Steve and his team. Steve Lee schooled these much larger law firms time and time again, making the attorneys fees and lengthy ordeal much easier for us to bear. We literally did not lose one motion the entire case (of which there were many). Steve was ultimately able to show the judge that our aggressor had no evidence to support their claims and got the case against us dismissed. Even better though, he negotiated a deal where we got the majority of our attorneys fees reimbursed by the company who sued us, despite their insistence throughout the case that that would never happen. His representation of us was aggressive, strategic, and most importantly, effective. If I ever need an attorney again, as a business or an individual, I wont hesitate to rehire Steven C Lee & Associates, and neither should you.

I hired Steve Lee and Tom Flannagan when I was arrested for DWI back in 2014... I felt I was mistreated by police officers and wrongfully arrested, unfortunately I did blow over a .08 but Tom respected my wishes and my desire to continually fight for what I thought was just in a corrupt system. 2 years later my case ended up going into trial, it was 4 long days and I was amazed at how well they both represented me and my case, never giving up and definitely giving me my moneys worth. I would say they are the best defense lawyers in town and would highly recommend them to anyone, even though I lost my case (which was near impossible to win) I feel they did an excellent job at getting my point across and exposing the problems in our law enforcement. If I hadnt blown I am positive the case wouldve been dismissed. I am so grateful to them both for their efforts and the experience I had, I wasnt exactly an easy client in the beginning and they were always understanding and helpful. If you ever need a solid defense or feel like your case is impossible, Tom and Steve would be the dream team. Give them your business! They deserve it.

During a no refusal weekend (July 4th), I got arrested for DWI. The cops took my blood and the test result came back at a .18!! When I met with Steve Lee, he told me that not all was lost. Steves associate, Matt Dorsen, was at court with me. He made me feel comfortable and as relaxed as I could be. After several times in court talking with the prosecutor, he told me that the DWI was going to be dismissed!! Amazing!!
