We were referred to Brooks Schuelke by another attorney that happened to be my brother. He believed Brooks and his Law Firm were the best professional staff in all of Austin to handle my case and later another case. Brooks has been great in explaining the details when involved in a vehicle accident and subsequently communicating with insurance companies. This was my first time having to deal with an auto claim incident. I was referred to Schuelke Law Firm from a previous client of theirs. I was very impressed on how they broke things down for me for better understanding. Mrs. A. Larsh was very responsive with any questions or concerns that I had as any given point while they were handling my case. If she didnt have the answer she would point me to someone who would know the answer. I partnered with Schuelke Law to represent me in a dog bite case, after I was attacked by a careless owners vicious 5-foot Great Dane. Attorney Schuelke and his wonderful paralegal April provided me one of the best legal experiences, that resulted in a huge win, without us even having to go to trial. They are professional, very responsive, caring, and they actually FOUGHT for me to get justice when the shameful dog-owner tried to avoid taking any financial responsibility for the expenses I incurred due to his negligence. I 10/10 recommend them, and will be passionately referring everyone in my network to their law firm, as soon as I get a whiff of anyone having legal woes. I would love to take time out if my busy schedule as an Austinite & Small business owner to ask my fllow Austinites & Fellow Business owners to not Support this Law Firm ! This Individuals Practice Preys and Attacks the Core Values of Our City ; in my professional opponion they are immoral ; Non ethical Predators . This man has attempted to sue my company and seeks a default judgement based on no evidence of my 5lb chihuahua biting an individual from oregon who trespassed onto my personal property . With no evidence they have pursued financial gain from my labor . Pleaae do not support his immoral behavior . I intend to countersue him personally as well as firm for the fraudulent claim maid against me .

So when I first came across this firm I was a little wary of the 40% cut that was mentioned in the beginning after talking to other firms that were much lower (but seemed shady.) However, after talking with them explaining my situation, I quickly learned that their service is most definitely worth it. They are extremely flexible, helpful, and eager to get you the best results. Everything was worth it.

My husband went through a terrible car accident and injuries. The insurance company treated him horribly! My husband has a friend that is a lawyer that recommended attorney Schuelke to help him to deal with the insurance company and my God did he do a fantastic job! Brooks and the entire staff are great. Brooks made us feel at ease, which gave us one less thing to worry about while representing us. Brooks was wonderful to work with. I felt he gave honest and realistic advice, and always let me make my own decisions with as much information as he could provide.
