I ve seen nicer parks in south Oak Cliff. Seriously. The playground - which has a bark chip base - is almost completely overgrown with grass; there s clearly no maintenance. And the playground equipment is old and literally crumbling - just look at these steps going up to the slide. The city of Richardson ought to be ashamed to have one of their parks look like this.

The park has two playgrounds. There is a gazebo. There are benches to sit just in case the gazebo is full. We came after it had rained and because it had wood chips the ground was just fine. There is a basketball court and restrooms. There is a water fountain connected to the bathroom. There is also an open field and a trail to walk. There are a couple of BBQ pit to use. Playground: Clean and nice. Two Toilets: Clean and spacious. Fully stocked. Best park restroom. Picnic area: Clean, BBQ pit, and trash cans

Its a nice little park next to Stinson Elementary, but sadly, people doesnt know how to respect it. There is trash everywhere and every day, people just leaves bottle waters everywhere and its sad.

Fair ground to play soccer, they have two pair of goal post installed at reasonable space so two separate game is possible in one go. Enough parking space. Toilet for Men and Women wheelchair accessible. Running track. Kids zone Overall fair place for neighbors to hang on with kids.
