Ive been through 3 lawyers this past year with my case and Mr. Davis was my 4th. I wish I had him from the start. I had violated my probation and Nick not only helped me but got my probation dismissed. I will definitely use Nick here on. Thank you Nick you are a bad M. F.!!

The most unprofessional office full of shysters I have ever experienced. They might care more for a paying client, but their court-appointed cases get minimal attention...if that. Worst criminal defense attorneys in Texas. And their paralegals are the rudest I have ever dealt with...especially Rocio.

These guys are great, 2nd court appearance and Davis got my case taken care of and dismissed. Very professional and did exactly what i asked of him and his partner, extremely satisfied, i would gladly recommend Burns and Davis to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney. In my opinion price is competitive and affordable. If I ever happen to need representation, I will without a doubt hire them again.

Blake took my DWI case when I was 18 (not a pretty case) and he charged me fair. I got the best deal a DWI offendee could get. I remember one day he couldnt make it to my court date, Blake had me covered and that day I didnt even have to be called in front by the judge for my sentence. Blake Burns is an honest, humble, fair and patient lawyer, and most importantly he defends and fights for you like you were his own family. Blake if you see this, thank you for everything you did with my case.

Horrible attorney I had court today at 9 he didnt show up until 10:30 tried to lie to me said he had been there for an hour calling my name but that wasnt true because I saw him getting off the elevator just moments before,even the bailiff said blake burns was here.Scammed me out of 500 tried to get me to sign something he wrote up in pencil to fefund me $200. Not professional by any means I do not recommend

So what happened was the DA said 1 year in jail and 5k in fines so what I did I fired my lawyer and called BLAKE and what BLAKE did he got the whole case DISMISSED he sure did today he got my case dismissed and the best part was his fees are very reasonable I wish I called BLAKE from the beginning This lawyer wont disappoint believe me. Thank you Mr. BLAKE

Blake is the best. He won my case. Aggravated assault with deadly weapon. No probation no jail time. Completely won walked out no court cost. Blake is the best lawyer I know. He saved my life. I called Blake Burns on the fly and he is absolutely amazing. Blake is kind and sincere, if it were not for this office, my son would still be in jail waiting on someone else to get him out. Really unprofessional, is hired as a family members appointed lawyer, never answers the phone we always leave our name and number and never receive a call back, his stuff is the rudest, and not friendly to work with. JUST super unprofessional & rude. WILL NOT RECCOMAND.

Mr. Burns is my grandson s court ordered attorney. My. Burns is a compassion and understanding person. He gave a compelling representation to the judge and my grandson received a very reasonable sentence. After my grandson fulfills the court order, there will be a good possibility that it will be dismissed. My grandson is very appreciative of Mr. Burns for his legal representation and for his patience. We highly recommend him.
