Miguel worked diligently on my case against a trucking company. He explained the process as we went through everything and was patient with me and my wife. My case was very complicated as it involved the trucking company hitting my company s vehicle at the time. In the end the trucking company settled and paid for my injuries and other medical expenses. I was happy with the settlement and the outcome. Miguel knew what he was talking about and did a very good job in preparing us for how things were going to go.

Miguel helped me in my case tremendously. We were driving on a roadway at night when a construction crew attempted to load a heavy piece of equipment onto a semi trailer near a roadway. The operator maneuvered the excavator into our lane without warning. There was also an 18 wheeler present at the scene that did not have proper lighting or warning signs to indicate he was working in the area at night. The wreck caused life threatening injuries to my driver and I. Through the course of the lawsuit Miguel learned the operator and truck driver were not properly trained by their employer. Miguel kept my family informed and thoroughly explained everything to us throughout the lawsuit. You can tell Miguel cares tremendously about his clients and made us feel like family. I highly recommend Miguel and his law firm!

Miguel took my case after I was hit by an 18-wheeler on IH35. Due to my injuries, he came to my home to meet with me - I knew immediately the I wouldnt just be a number in a firm. My case was not typical - the trucking company was not based in the US and then as legal filings were sent out, Covid hit which made a difficult case that much harder. He and his team were amazing as I navigated multiple tests, procedures and surgeries during the pandemic. His concern was that I focused on healing while he dealt with everything that comes with a case of this magnitude. Miguel proved his expertise in not only US DOT Regulations but also International Trucking Law when it came time to finally settle my case. I was in an automobile collision where the other driver was a repeat DWI offender. I was afraid since I had never been in an accident before. My car was totaled, and I needed to go to the hospital immediately. The accident was so horrific that even the doctor said I got VERY lucky. I was in a lot of pain and needed assistance right away. I was terrified since I had never been in a car accident before. Miguel was referred to me by someone. Throughout the procedure, Miguel was exceedingly helpful and compassionate. While he was dealing with the guys insurance company, he made sure I was treated properly. I cant image how horrible things would have turned out if it werent for Miguel. Miguel genuinely cares about his customers. He is just, kind, and firm! Miguel is someone I would HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

Was in a head on collision as a passenger with a truck that took off without the driver. Hurt my back and scarred my face, though Miguel ensured I was taken care of in all aspects. I was in a traffic accident where our only automobile was totaled after someone ran a red light and i was injured with a broken leg and sternum. Attorney Miguel Garza was very helpful in guiding us senior citizens through the entire process all long distance . Inspite of experiencing all this through covid we were able to settle with a substantial amount to cover our automobile replacement, lost wages and emotional suffering during this very trying time. He was very patient and thorough in covering all the details to reach the best settlement possible for us. Highly recommend his services.
