I went with my family to Dennys for a special occasion the service was great the food was awesome and the manager Rafael was amazing he came by our table to check and make sure we were enjoying ourselves which we were. he was very nice and welcoming and ensured we had an extra good time This is now our go to Dennys Kid-friendliness: Vet kid friendly my 12 and 8 year old had a great time

Went for lunch with the family, was a little bit of a wait for a table, but when we were seated, we got helped right away and by the manager at that, Ralph was his name. Took our orders quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience.

Upon finishing my turn all I could think about was a hot meal. Rafael seated me promptly, Maria had fresh coffee pouring into my mug and Ramon created a masterpiece with my sirloin omelette! They came together like an orchestra! I am extremely grateful for the friendly service and attention to detail. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean! A man couldn t ask for anything more. 5 star service you guys and gals keep on cooking!

The waitress was terrible. She was rude and was frustrated since we got here. Sighing angerly and super loud when she left our table. I ordered my 8 year old a scrambled egg and bacon it took so long- I finally got up to ask how much longer it was going to take. The waitress literally said ugh, I cant do this right now I need to leave NOW. I hadnt even spoken to her or anything, I asked the manager as he passed by. She had no reason to look at me like that or respond in that way. The manager walked to the back and brought me the plate directly (the manager was polite). So it was ready and the waitress was busy being rude and socializing instead of bringing the plate. I do not recommend this Denny s at all.

Cleanest Dennys I have seen in quite some time. Our order was timely, and tasty It Our waiter, Rafael, was chreeful but, quite forgetful. My husband asked for a side of pickles with his grilled cheese. When the sandwich arrived without the pickles he reminded Raphael, who probably asked if there was anything else he could get us; we asked for ketchup and A 1 sauce. Rafael brought the ketchup but, we never got the pickles and, the A1 arrived to a cold steak. We chose to tip the 20% we usually reserve for more impressive wait staff. Im not sure if he was going through personal stresses or if maybe he was new but, I was impressed with his ability to stay cheerful and friendly, while visibly shook up about something. Will definitely return. I hope Raphael recovers well from whatever he was dealing with and, we wish him the best.

Dennys is definitely one of my go to spots for an anytime meal. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner the foods always cooked to perfection and the portion sizes are more than enough. The only thing better than the food is the customer service you receive while youre there, whether its to dine in or carry out. One of the waiters, William, already knows my order by heart when Im there for dinner. Chicken fried chicken with a large root beer for me. He always makes sure to be attentive, even while taking care of 3 or more tables.

My elderly mother loves Dennys so we visit this Dennys quite frequently. Of course its not 5 stars all the time but the only thing that hasnt been 5 stars is the food which happens very rarely. Usually its just a little on the cold side. When I went a few days ago, there were six of us. Everything was perfect: food, service. Mayra the cashier also was super nice. She didnt get bother by helping us split the ticket with to-go items that were paid separately. (Ive been to other restaurants where cashiers dont like splitting the ticket). In fact my mother and I will be going there again today. :)

Incredible Service with Juanita. Im a trucker, stopped here for a hot meal, a break from sandwiches, etc. Juanita greeted me with a smile, made me feel so welcomed. She was patient with me, took my order and the food was great. In a fallen society, it does the spirit good to met a waitress like Juanita. She has a great personality and will do well in whatever she does. I will eat here again and probably again and probably again because of the service Juanita provided me. If youre in the area dont hesitate to stop in this Dennys. Ask for Juanita, youll understand fully why I wrote this review.

My waitress was Juanita and she was great!! She provided fast, efficient, and friendly service. (And she has my permission to slap anybody that does not tip her because she definitely deserves it) :) Parking: Edinburg, Tx location I drive a semi and was able to park directly in front of the restaurant.
