I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT FIRM TO REPRESENT YOU!!! Was recently in an accident struck from behind 100% not at fault. The other person wasnt insured th so they advused me to drop the case even though i had uninsured motorist insurance. wont push very hard for your case they couldnt keep my information separate from another clients. They ended up dropping my case because they couldnt keep their clients information separate when I asked what information they had for me they told me the wrong vehicle, wrong persons personal information which should be a privacy breach. It took me 2 weeks to get them back on my case they screwed up from the beginning and all throughout my case I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT FIRM TO REPRESENT YOU!!! If I could give a 10 star review, I definitely would! After contacting multiple attorneys following my accident on June 27, 2024, I was deeply impressed by the level of care and empathy displayed by the intake personnel who handled my calls. The process began with the receptionist, who not only answered the calls but also seamlessly transferred them to the intake specialists. One such specialist, Pedro, provided me with comprehensive information and explained the entire process to me. Having previously worked for personal injury attorneys, I am familiar with the field. However, the professionalism, concern, and genuine care shown by the intake specialists towards their clients, including myself, truly amazed me. The first law firm I contacted over the weekend proved to be a disappointment. The receptionist answered the call in a half-asleep state, immediately dissuading me from doing business with that particular law office. Thankfully, the impact of effective advertising became evident when my son recommended that I contact Lorenz & Lorenz. And so, here I am. The accident I was involved in resulted in a total loss of my friends car that I was driving the day of the accident, lost wages ( As I am a business owner), and injuries to my son, including broken bones. Following the smooth and informative intake process, I received my letter of representation via email without delay. This is the stage at which many people complain about not hearing from their legal team. What I appreciate most about this firm is that, after sending the email, they took the time out of their day to personally call me and introduce themselves. They may not realize just how much that gesture meant to me. If more firms followed Lorenz & Lorenzs example and made personal connections with their clients, perhaps they wouldnt receive the negative reviews they currently do. Shortly after these introductions, I received a personal phone call from my attorney, Mr. Romero, who followed up and reiterated the details of the process moving forward. DO NOT USE LORENZ i was rear ended at a stop sign which should have been an easy case, they screwed my case up, dropping me as a client stating I didnt have insurance. Come to find out they had a different clients case, telling me the other clients personal information. And blaming me for not giving them my information when they had all my correct information the entore time stating its my fault the cases got mixed up. After I reached out to my insurance company finding out I do in fact have insurance coverage I had to reach back out and fight to have them pick my case back up and actually finish it, I feel that for to their incompetency I lost out on money I rightfully deserved for my pain and suffering and only recieved bare minimum of what i was owed. Id compare this firm to a two ring circus filled with clowns. The commercials should state ill fight with you not for you as I had to work my own case. WARNING DO NOT USE LORENZ they dont care about or what you are going through they just want to grab the money your owed. Id use literally any other firm

Got into an accident and was told to call a lawyer. I have seen the commercial so many times and thought I know exactly who to call. Matthew Ray represented my family and helped us out in a time of need. Experience was 10 out 10. Just settled my case attorney Joe D. Was my lawyer I am highly dissatisfied with the chiropractor I was sent to who did nothing to help with my injuries. My attorney took what seems to be the first low ball offer he got and this was the lowest settlement I ever received. I do not recommend them. I had an accident with my wife last year. I called this firm. And to begin with, they did not help me with my car and it was a total loss. They left me alone to negotiate with the insurance. And the The insurance gave me almost nothing and my car was a total loss. They sent us to the chiropractor and the work didnt help us almost at all. I thought that at the end of the case I would recover money for my car expenses. Which was not the case. They accepted what the insurance offered them. They went and everything was theirs and the practical chiro. And I only lost. my time and my car. In the end they only gave us $3,700, which is almost nothing to buy another car.

My husband and I were involved in a hit and run. It s been stressful because the other person involved is not responding and the police were no help. I decided to call Lorenz & Lorenz and see if they could help in my situation .I spoke with Christella and she was amazing from the moment we started to talk. She answered all my questions and assured me that everything would be taken care of and that I would not have to worry about anything. So far everything has been amazing. Her professionalism and sincerity was wonderful to have at a time of stress. Hopefully we get some good news out of all this chaos.
