I ve been a patient at the Women s Clinic for a long time, and I love everyone there. Being able to get my mammogram and GYN exam done in one place at one appointment is the icing on the cake to the excellent care I have always received.

Left my appointment feeling uninformed, he made me question my original choice for birth control without giving any facts but by saying it was retro and that the joke is that people get the IUD and get it removed shortly after I also felt brushed to the side and that I was inconveniencing the doctor. But the girls up front, medical assistants, mid wife were all very kind and welcoming, doctor van riper made me have less than ideal experience and If I were to go back I would go with another doctor in the clinic.

I went to the clinic today with my wife. The check-in process was very easy and fast. The staff was attentive and genuinely concerned with my wifes needs. Dr Moore has an excellent way of making her patients comfortable while providing the best in health care. Very impressive.

Poor service from the nurse, wrong information about my blood test and did not follow up with my next appointment. The nurse did not book the follow up appointment, and she did not order the correct treatment for my follow up appointment as well (as agreed upon).... When confronted with the blood test analysis, she was rude and not very friendly towards me.

12 years ago Dr. Van Riper took great care of me and delivered my beautiful twins. During that time he moved away and I had a difficult time trying to find another Doctor that was respectful, informative, and cared. After all this time he is still a 5 star Doctor. It was and will continue to be well worth driving 5 hours to see such a great Doctor. The staff were friendly, prompt as well as the office was very clean.

I called today and Wow I have never spoke to a receptionist that s this RUDE!! It s unimaginable how she even has a this customer oriented job considering she has zero communication skills. The only job you should be working is picking up trash from the side of the highway. Absolutely Disgusting. Even though the clinic wasn t too bad she is definitely running away patients because I will never again return here nor will I ever recommend anyone even come here.

Dr. Amy Wolfe is amazing. She walks in calmly, you can tell she reads your file ahead of time, she asks you questions, she listens to you... she explains well any doubts one might have. I love that she never seems like shes in a hurry. The whole staff at the clinic is amazing. They dont make you wait long!

Its a nice place and the front desk staff is friendly, but probably the worse experience Ive had with a pregnancy. I was scheduled with Gradie E. Moore for my first appointment at 14 weeks (cant remember 14-16 weeks exactly). I had to come in earlier at 9 weeks for complications. I ended up having a miscarriage, it was my first. I was in shock, I had no idea what the process was nor did I know what to expect. Not going into too much detail, I basically had to clarify if I lost the baby the next day. No one actually said to me I lost the baby or I had a miscarriage, a doctor didnt even come to talk to my husband or I. I get if it was busy and no doctor had time, since I technically never met my doctor that was assigned to me but I felt like it was not a big deal for them. I had a vaginal ultrasound and was told there was no cause for the bleeding and the uterus looks clear. Maybe I was dumb for thinking that meant my baby was ok, I thought like I was clear of problems. Again, it could be my fault but I was having a lot of emotions at the time. I needed clarification, using the key words of losing a baby or at least having a doctor come talk to my husband and I. I was told to do blood work and they would call with my results. It wasnt until the next day when they called I asked did I lose the baby. The lady on the phone put me on hold and came back to tell me that I actually lost my baby. It was just a horrible experience and wish they would have handled it better. I had this experience back in February 2023. I ve struggled with this for such a long time. This week was suppose to be the week I was welcoming a new baby and I can t get it out of my head how I was treated. I decided to finally share because no one should ever be handled like that.

The women s clinic is disappointing to say the least . It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment. I was trying for weeks . The ladies that I spoke with are quick to cold transfer you and are careless . They advise you need to speak to Kendra the prenatal advisor and will just throw you to the voicemail . Kendra s vm claims she on the phone or with a client and will return your call within 24 hours . You can follow up all you want . No response . Very careless . Poor experience.

Very friendly staff! The receptionist greeted me and got me checked in very quick. The lady that did my mammogram made it a comfortable experience. The nurse went over my chart and was very kind. The doctor took her time to talk with me. I felt like she was truly focused on me and not in a rush to get to the next room.

You will not find a better clinic!! Tessa Yates is AMAZING. Hailey (one of her current nurses) is also incredible. I see negative reviews about scheduling appointments and phone calls, but I have never ever ever had an issue with this. Kendra has always helped me with appointments and insurance/referral needs. Each receptionist I have come across in the last 3 years I ve been going here have always been incredibly sweet, friendly and efficient. They genuinely are busy people, but they always have responded by the end of the day if I am trying to reach them over the phone. 10/10 recommend this facility and Tessa Yates!! You will get the best care possible!

I will always recommend Dr. Van Riper. His evidence-based approach to medicine and his knowledge of the field stood out to me as much as his sincerity and professionalism did. I m not sure which of those traits is most important to me, but having all four in one provider is certainly a home run. He took the time to teach me both the advantages and the drawbacks of my current medications and answered all the questions I had regarding the impact they will have on my overall long-term health. I learned a lot, and I am extremely appreciative of the way Dr. Van Riper led me patiently through the process of revamping my routine to match with best available practices. I have to thank Dr. James Van Riper for his matter-of-fact bedside manner since August, 2022. He diagnosed me with a very serious condition, performed the biopsy that confirmed the need for surgery in September. Then, surgery in October, which healed me of Uterine Cancer. The best clinic in town. Everyone is nice, caring, and professional. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. Dr. Moore is AMAZING! I love her. She s one of the best doctors I have ever had. She s very calm and knowledgeable. Dr. Moore communicates very well and always has a answer to your questions with no hesitation. It was my first pregnancy so she answered all my questions and talked me through everything. Nurse Brittany is the sweetest-so friendly. Ultrasound Tech Jennifer is great. She definitely makes you feel comfortable during the ultrasound. Facility is clean and organized. Overall, this is the best clinic. 10/10 would recommend. they have a great after hours operator.

Negligent care. I ve never had such a terrible experience with a doctor s office before. It almost seems like they d rather not see their patients for a visit. You have to wait days to hear back from anyone, even in an emergency situation. Please look elsewhere for care for your own sake! (Edit: in response to the reply below, I did reach out and talked with the manager. She listened and then blamed me for their mismanagement of my care. This was two days after a miscarriage in the ER. I would stay away from this clinic)

I cannot say how much I loved my experience with the Womens clinic when it came to the whole process of my pregnancy down to the delivery and beyond. Dr. Moore is hands down the best I ve experienced. She is of course knowledgeable but I think what pulled my heart strings was how personable she is! It s been a whole year that I ve had my baby and receiving a birthday card for my baby boy who turns 1 soon was possibly one of the sweetest thing we ve received and it just tells you how awesome she is ! If I could have Dr. Moore catch all my babies I would ! Stay awesome Dr.Moore !

After having my second daughter I had a fragmented placenta then shortly after I had a tubal. I was not informed how surgery went after by the doctor. He delivered my first child 6 years ago and was amazing. I never expected this treatment from him. After my tubal I had a large knot above my belly button it was painful and I had severe pain. I called and they would schedule an appointment. They rescheduled once then set up with a NP at which time she did nothing for me when she asked if I had been examined after surgery I said No! And she just felt the lump and said it was normal. I let it go until I had continuous pain, lack of menstruation and vaginal pain. They kept telling me they could not do an exam until Dec 2 almost a year away from the time I was calling. I went to my PCP and she urged me to call again was told he wouldnt see me before Dec 2. The worst care I have had from any doctor. I have scheduled another appointment with another obgyn to make sure everything is okay since my own doctor refused to see me even after surgery. I would not recommend this office unless you have a whose whose name. Im a licensed nurse and the treatment, lack of care, and avoidance of patients is not only unprofessional but worrisome.

The staff here is very sweet and helpful. Dr. Bannon and his nurse Danielle are both super sweet and informative. They can be disorganized at times, but they are always apologetic when things happen. A lot of people say that theyre slow, however, this is because they take time with each and every patient in order to answer any questions and give the best care.

I had an appointment a few days ago. In which they told me i needed a legal guardian with me. That being said when i was 16 they told me once i was 17 i could come alone. As a 17 year old when i went they told me i needed to email my mom for permission. I had to sit in my car with no ac during this time. I was out there for about 10 minutes when my mom texted me saying she sent the email. I waited another 5 for their phone call. They didn t call so i did, in which they responded oh we didn t look at the emails keep in mind my appointment time has now passed but yet they weren t checking the emails for the letter that would let me have the appointment. Then they proceeded to tell me i had to wait for the nurse to call. Another 10 minutes passes and i decided if they don t call me in the next 3 i would leave because i has another appointment to get to. They did not call for another 7-10 minutes after that. Keep in mind at this point i was very upset considering i was told one thing then had to do another, had no ac in the car, sat and waiting for them to do their job for over 30 minutes. When i would call i was passed around then got voicemail in this time i got very upset and starting ranting to my boyfriend not knowing i was leaving a voicemail. They have now used that against me. A 17 year old who was in a hot car for the over 30 minutes and said i was no longer a patient. I have now called and explained how it wasn t even supposed to be for their ears and the reasoning behind me being upset. No one likes to feel like they are more than a bother when it s their appointment.

I was having so many complications with irregular periods and decided one day to call The Womens Clinic. They fit me in very quickly to be with Dr Benac. He and his nurse were so kind to me through such a hard time in my life. Such a long story of what all happened but when Dr Benac saw me panic at one appt, holding back tears bc I was so scared... he looked at me and said tell me what you just heard me say and so I told him that there was a possibility of me having cancer and he said no, the likeliness of you having cancer is extremely low but we want to run tests to make sure it is benign The fact that he could read my emotions and made sure that I understood what he meant, means so much to me. So many doctors say things that can go right over my head but he wanted me to know exactly what he was saying. (it turned out to be benign!) I know a lot of women feel uncomfortable with having a male be their lady doctor but he is very professional. There was never a moment where I felt like he was being disrespectful. The ladies at the front are so kind and will help squeeze you in if youre needing an appt soon. They are very kind and patient with any questions you may have. I also had great experiences with the doctor who was on call at one point too, not feeling like my questions were an inconvenience to him. I could tell he knew I was scared and helped me think through an issue with a level head. I could go on and on about the Womens Clinic. I highly recommend them and will choose them for future needs as well as suggest them to all friends and family.

Got an IUD here a couple years ago. It was the doctors first time inserting the paraguard iud, and I ended up getting pregnant and the IUD pretty much fell out. Love my son to death but I was kinda hoping for a planned pregnancy.

Tessa Yates, my Midwife & Ashlynn Maldonado, my nurse. HANDS DOWN-the best. I am a first time Mom & also had a previous miscarriage and they went above and beyond to make sure I was ok & staying on top of my case to make sure I did not have any further complications. Being a first time Mom is scary...but being in their care I have full trust in them! My girlfriend went in for a procedure and was not informed of anything about what to expect, or about her insurance. They ended up charging her over $700 (would have been cheaper if it was out of pocket). On top of that, the way that they filed it to insurance is the reason that the insurance refused to cover any of it! Ive never come across such incompetent billing before in my life, and I have worked in medical before. The whole thing was a scam, right down the the $95 they charged for a surgical tray. Do yourselves a favor and find somewhere else, your pocket book will thank you and you wont need to find legal consulting to get your money back.

Never got seen by the doctor. Had us send med records multiple time and promptly lost them. After waiting to try to get in was told it didnt matter anyways as doctors werent available. Im sure the docs here are good but the admin is horrible. Wouldnt waste my time. If in military, go elsewhere. The one lady who does the tricare referral appointments is unprofessional and very unhelpful. Oh, and when we finally tried to get it ironed out the referred to doctor had already retired. They didnt even bother to tell us.
