I was referred to LOAR by a friend of a friend and I m so happy I reached out. I was in an auto accident that totaled my car and left me unable to work for several weeks. I had no idea where to start or what to expect when Amber called me and answered every single question I had. She was caring, genuine and unbelievably knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or like I was just a dollar sign. I felt so comforted after that first call and that feeling continued throughout the duration of the case and still continues to this day. I really can t say enough about how satisfied I am with the guidance, information, and empathy I received from Amber and LOAR. First, I will start by expressing my sincerest gratitude to the Amber Russell team. Without their help, there is no telling where I would be now. This team advocated for me in every single aspect of the legal process, I could not have asked for anything better. The legal process can be very daunting, especially when your life has taken a huge toll in the process, but Amber ensured that I was informed and taken care of the ENTIRE time. They helped me during a very difficult and, quite frankly, traumatizing period in my life. When I could barely understand my thoughts, Amber was there taking in all of my questions, and all of my worries. From the moment I met with Amber and her team, I knew I was going to be okay. Jaclyn Wilson is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She claimed she contacted me wanting services which I deny of ever happening . So then she started bullying me on the internet and lying on me. Claimed she had proof and was ask to provide and never could . Because there was none . And weeks later she still continues to bully me and lie on me . I could only imagine how she treats her clients . I Wouldnt trust this women for nothing . She doesn t carry herself professionally at all not even close to a character of a carrying attorney . Please be cautious with her .

Rude staff. Cant even handle the most basic of accidents and yet get paid for practically nothing. I would avoid. Red flags all over, they just want all the money they can get.

Im in the insurance business and I become acquainted with attorneys often. I became aware of her work when she represented one of my clients patrons. Even though she was on the opposite side of the table, her demand letter caught my eye as being one of my most concise, thorough, professional, and aggressive letters Ive ever seen....her work here was recommendation enough for me! Trust me here, if she is representing on the offensive against my client and she catches my eye, Its the real deal. When I reached out to her on my situation, I was delighted to see that Amber started her own firm. I worked with both Amber and Kayla (attorney at firm) when I had an unfortunate circumstance pertaining to a product liability situation. It was a smaller claim, but these ladies had compassion to come to my defense and met every single one of my expectations on the case, and more!
