Troy nor Melissa will return calls, literally has been months and no communication since July when they emailed last. I would not recommend them to anyone not even Satan if he asked. Unless your lawsuit is going to bring them millions and billions they will not care about you. I do plan to file a complaint with the State Bar Assoc, I would like for anyone else who has had a poor, disappointing experience to do the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!

Really wish I would ve done my research instead of answering the first call after my Car Accident it s funny. They were so quick to reach out to me. Literally the same day that my car accident happened, but yet after I have been done with my sessions as far as my physical therapies and trying to see what is the next step, no one has been able to call me back. I have called five times sent multiple emails to both Melissa who is, supposedly the person I need to talk to and even to my attorney Troy and no one seems to even reply back to an email. Hopefully they reply back once they see this review like I said really wish I would ve done my research

Quite possibly the worst experience I ve ever had very poor communication excellent at aggravating customers!! Since the beginning they forget to submit information to the insurance companies never call you to update you, nor do they call back to follow up with you. They ve have my final check in their hands for 2 weeks and they have failed to give me my money I ve been waiting for 4 years!!! Never would I ever refer them to anyone 1 star service

I thought the office did a great job communicating with me. If I had a question I had an answer the same day. They took care of all the things I needed to get done so I can live my life as normal as possible while going through one of the hardest times in my life, David is 100% straight with how everything is going and doesnt give false hope on the outcome. 10 out of 10

I would like to share my personal experience and recommend Nathan Koneru if you encounter similar experience. I got into a car accident early this year with the other driver hitting my car on the back. Even though I started to feel neck and back pain and my family doctor recommended physical therapy, the adjuster in the insurance company didn t provide any help. She just didn t care at all and just wanted to save money. I never dealt with this before and had no idea or knowledge to handle this by myself. Luckily my friend referred me to Nathan and he has been my life saver. Not only he found a physical therapist for me with no charge up front, but also he was patient and listening and supported me all the way during my recovery. He fought for me against the insurance company with his professional knowledge. And with his help, I was able to go through physical therapy treatment and recover well. Plus, he got a good settlement which definitely exceeded my expectation. So in case you have a similar case, I suggest you reach out to Nathan Koneru and you will get all the help needed.

I have my ups and downs about David and his team. My husband got hit by a lady running a red light. The settlement was over thanks to David and his team but my husband needed to talk to David about things about his case. He has been calling for 7 month now and keep getting told. David is busy, he will call you back, David is not is the office, Sorry David cant come to phone. He has left messages to give him a call back. He also has sent emails to call him. NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!
