I contacted this law firm regarding a dispute with my auto insurance company. On Friday 8/30/24 @ approximately 4:15pm. I called other law firms that probably closed early today due to the upcoming holiday on Monday as they did not answer. This lawfirm had a live representative that was not an answering service that actually answered, took my info/ reason for calling and sought assistance from their legal team to see if they would be able to assist me. Unfortunately they were not able to assist me but the representative was able to direct me to another law firm that might be able to assist me. I recently completed a successful resolution, October 2023 to my accident case which occurred September 2, 2021. Daniel Stark law firm was amazing the person I was in contact was Vanessa Soldaini anytime I had questions about how my case was going she responded right away !! Not only does this firm take ONE OF THE HIGHEST PERCENTAGES IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF TEXAS of your settlement for themselves (38%-50%), they are sadly one of the firms that has a ton of of money, to spend on advertising, so that they pop in your head first if you get injured. But thats pretty much all they have. Money for advertising. They dont fight for you or your case, what you see advertised on TV is all paid testimonials, meaning those people only got paid for being in that commercial with a script. In 2019 an old truck maneuvering a steep curve veered to the center of the road, and hit me head on. My car was totaled, I got hurt pretty bad, and I lost my job because I couldnt do it for months. I wish I had better things to say but this is going to save someone headache and frustration. So I called this place right after I got rear-ended on October 1st 2021. Representative took all the information and assured me that they are willing to take this case. I made sure I told them that I ve been previously in another accident and underwent treatment, they told me it was not a problem. Days go by and another person calls me to get more details and ask me what chiropractor is more convenient for me and we set all that up. Than a week after the accident they call me and say that they don t know how to add value to your case and made it obvious they don t want it. After trying to get some answers he would just keep repeating the same thing we don t know how we can add value to your case . I went ahead and hired a smaller law firm and a few months later we settled for almost $11k. One of the negotiation arguments of the at-fault insurance company was why did I not get treatment the first week after the accident and that did not look good for case. The only reason I didn t undergo the treatment was because Daniel Stark Law PC told me they want the case and told me they started working on it and in the end dumped it. So yeah, I d avoid this law firm at all cost and call a smaller one.

John Paul Hicks was my attorney through Daniel Starks and the communication between me and John Paul was certainly one of things I was pleased about. What Im not happy with is the amount of the settlement but that may not be the law firms fault. One of the problems is that if you know that the other person has insurance, there is no way to really find out to how much coverage they actually have so for me thats a problem. My attorney however I feel did his best.

I received an injury in a car accident but at the time did not feel I needed medical attention. As a couple months went by in my injury didnt get any better. If I could have rated this law firm a 0 that s exact what I would give them. Be careful what you let come out of your mouth! Why is that?! This law firm STOP representing me because I told the at fault insurance adjuster that Daniel Stark were no longer represent me due to the fact she will only speak to the law firm. They were pretty much the middle man. Laura was one of the people on legal team and I was told they assisted with property damage ..LIES! Laura last came to me on what my two options were with the insurance claim. I didn t agree with it and rather than trying to help me figure it out or how can we make the at fault insurance meet me in the middle. She was just nonchalant about everything and since she was much help, I politely hung up and called the at fault insurance company. The comment I mentioned above was due to the fact I wanted the adjuster to talk to me instead of to the law firm because again I wanted to negotiate and they just was up to. That being said the at fault adjuster forwarded the voicemail with the comment I made to the law firm and due to the comment I was let go and I told them why I made that comment. Daniel Stark got me a settlement for my case. I was in an accident by a hit and run driver who tried to flea the scene of the accident before his wheel fell off while driving 60mph in a 35mph zone running a red light. A couple years ago I had a accident where someone ran into the back of me on the interstate. The staff of DANIEL STARK are the only folks that would help me because it wouldn t be that much money so other lawyers turned me away. Today I finally got my settlement from the other auto insurance company.
