I bought a sliding glass door from them years ago. The door is very insulated which is great because it faces west and gets the direct sunlight when the sun is setting. After that experience, I knew I was going to have them install my windows for the rest of the house too. They just installed the windows which are just as great as the door! They pay a lot of attention to details!!

Hands down the best experience in every way - found the windows as a product superior to competitors, the price point was unmatched (by far) and the installation from start to finish was exceptional. The crew was timely, consistent, polite, respectful of their surrounding (plants, furnishings, etc.) and paid attention to the most minute details ever! The finished windows are gorgeous, efficient, and a tremendous asset to my home. I rarely post reviews, but would definitely recommend The Window Guys to any and everyone who is seeking window replacement. And I did my research - extensively, prior to choosing them. After having these windows installed for a little under a year I can absolutely say the quality of installation, speed, and effectiveness are worth a 5-star. Sure I ran into some communication issues when getting set-up with them, which I will admit was frustrating, but the quality of service for the cost is unbeatable. Sam and his team do the job right and put real true effort and care into it and dont waste your time either.

I chose The Window Guys after shopping around to replace 22 windows in my home. Why? No high pressure sales people and great windows at a reasonable price. Excellent service and communication. The customer measures the windows to be replaced and submits the measurements to The Window Guys. A quote is sent back to the customer with pricing and delivery. Very efficient way to conduct business. After accepting the quote, the installer comes to the house to double check measurements and the windows are ordered. Our installer was Sam who had 46 years of construction experience. He is the guy you want If you want a job done right. Excellent communication, personable and extremely hard working man with a good crew. Always on time. Attention to detail is Sam. I have never seen a man caulk as well as he does. You will not be disappointed. Installation took 4 days which was amazing.

I love my new Gentek windows! Dealing with Brad on the quote was very easy and went well. Then Sam came out for the measurements and ordering. Everything went smoothly. Windows finally came in and they installed them over a day and a half. Beautiful work and very meticulous to doing a job right. These guys really take pride in their work. Dont go with another company. I had orig talked with 2 other companies...one was going to be approx 3xs the amount and the other twice as much. Plus the second one warned me that there would be damage to paint, sheet rock, bricks etc after window install. Sam said no way. They did everything possible to avoid any damage. It just depends on who does the job, whether they are messy or neat about their work...and Sam and his crew take great care to take care of the customer...with beautiful results. Thanks Window Guys for making this a painless process! EDIT: 1/2023 LOVE these windows still! Every day am so pleased with them. Through the winter you could not stand 2-3 ft next to my old windows as you would feel the cold from outside. With these new windows, not at all. You can touch them and they only feel cool but you dont have the cold seeping through or the horrible condensation we used to have (which saves on electric/heat bill). I used to have to wipe the windows down each day or it would puddle in the sills when cold. No more! These windows really are worth the buy! Have a slightly older 80s home and figured it was time to update all 15 windows! The Window Guys made it easy. I was able to work with Brad to get the windows I wanted quoted. Sam and his guys came out within a few weeks and put everything in. I really appreciated the details Sam cared about, from doing what they could to minimize mess (and they were great at that) to catching little things to polish and improve my install. We had 35 windows replaced over the course of 6 working days during one of the hottest Augusts on record (2023). Sam, Bryan, and Michael were great the whole time. They powered through with excellence, despite grueling working conditions from the Houston summer heat.

This is the second time I had the window guys come out to replace my windows. The warranty is great. One of my windows from the first time (2020) had a broken seal with mold growing between the panes. They replaced that window under warranty and did a great job replacing the rest of my windows. Sam leads the replacement team and has years of experience. I highly recommend them for very reasonably priced quality windows.

Before we purchased our house, I reached out to a number of window companies and Brad was the only one that was helpful and gave tangible numbers and advice. After the purchase, we contacted a few companies. The Window Guys came in with the best price (which completely aligned with what Brad advised on my initial correspondence). There is no high pressure sales tactics used. In fact, the experience is quite the opposite. You send over some rough measurements and if you want to proceed with the quote, then Sam will come and finalize things. Make sure you know what you want and do a little research on windows up front. Brad quoted me for single hung windows, but I wanted double hung. After talking it over with him, we ended up doing double hung only on the 2nd floor. We also had some windows we switched to be fixed picture windows rather than single hung. After deciding to proceed with the quote Sam, the lead installer, comes to finalize the measurements and contract. He is very up front and gives excellent advice as well. He brings decades of experience with him. After a few months the windows came in and Sam and crew were fantastic with the install. Sam takes pride in every window he installs. The crew helps with demo, prep, and cleanup. But Sam is the one that drives in every screw and puts the finishing touches on every window. Doing business with The Window Guys was fantastic. No-nonsense sales, high-quality windows, and installation for the best price.

The Window Guys came to us highly recommended from a friend and were a solid choice start to finish. Brad in the office was super helpful. We gave him our rough measurements and needs and Sam came out for measurements to get our windows ordered. Sam was super knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Once the windows came in, Sam and Mike came out to install them. They were great to work with. They made sure to keep our home clean throughout the installation. We finally had the pleasure of having our windows done by this crew at the Window Guys! The initial process was a little strange for me, but its totally doable. Before they send a guy out to do the actual measurements, they will request that you provide them rough measurements in order for you to get an idea of the actual cost to proceed with the job. We found that these guys are best bang for the buck for quality of service and installation. After agreeing to contract, we had to wait about 2 months in the queue before the work began - but it was well worth the wait! Sam is the hero and face of this company. He has over 40 years in the business and is the installer for their windows. Once work began, it took about a week from start to finish. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. The windows look fantastic! Sam also took meticulous time to ensure that the each window is finished correctly. Also, him and his crew will take about another hour or two to clean up the worksite and leave the area clean! Granted, there will still be fine powder debris from the drywall work, but they will leave the area the way they found it. Multiple neighbors have stopped by our house to compliment facelift on our home and some will be calling the Window Guys soon to start planning their installments. I was referred to Window Guys by a reputable window business in Houston. They told me the WG did good work and are knowledgeable of TDI details. I emailed them with my window measurements, received a very competitive quote and scheduled for visit to take exact measurements. Met Sam at the house, paid half of total job cost. Windows were ordered and two months later Sam called to schedule installation. It took them two days to complete the job. Sam and crew are very thorough and pay attention to detail, including clean up. I am very happy with my 22 new windows and I highly recommend the Window Guys of League City.

I looked up a few places to obtain bids for my windows. Brad from The Window Guys was the only one to respond. I have him the measurements and received the quote right away. I told him lets go this. Sam came and took the measurements and explained the process to me. He stated the windows would probably take a couple of months to come in and that he would contact me as soon as they came in to schedule the date to put them in. We had the front windows installed and they are absolutely beautiful! High quality and reasonably priced. We should have done this years ago. Brad and Sam made it very easy for me to get them ordered. Although the pandemic slowed down the supply chain, they were upfront and transparent with me on the wait. Well worth the wait! We were looking to get new windows in our home. Our neighbor down the street purchased her windows from another window business. We decided to go with The Window Guys after she had a not so nice experience. I knew the job they were capable of because of recommendations from some of my friends. The whole experience was great. I measured my windows, received a quote, accepted quote, Sam came to the house to do the actual measurements (to make sure mine were correct). We ordered the windows. They took a little while to come in due to Covid. Once the windows arrived they started in stalling 2 days later. It took them 2 1/2 days to install 16 windows. Brad is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The business is simple, measure the window openings and he will give you the quote. No need for an appointment for a salesman to measure, which can take hours. You will be provided youtube link to show the window or visit their office if you need to. No hours of presentation. Saves you time and money. The most reasonable among all 5 companies that gave me quotes and visited me (time wasted). Beautiful windows and workmanship is perfect. And then there is Sam and his team. Below is a screenshot reply from the owner. We were not able to view the windows until today and they wanted us to sign the contract today and give them half down. We started with 4 estimates, which ranged from about 15% less to about 300% more than that of The Window Guys. After carefully reviewing the product specs and installations methods, we chose Window Guys. The install went great, the windows are absolutely top notch and Window Guys managed the TDI windstorm inspection/certification. Couldnt be more pleased. 18 Storm Breaker hurricane impact windows. They are quiet, efficient, look great, and we dont have to board or shutter the windows during a hurricane.

I was looking to replace some of our windows (22 in total) in our home, which were the single pane variety from the 90s. I did my research and came upon The Window Guys as I like doing work with local folks. Brad was very professional in his approach, professional drawings, reasonable pricing and technical detail where needed. Then Sam and his group showed up and started the installation, we had some wood damage on some of the arches, we discussed it and he made the repairs. He was very professional and made sure that our landscaping area was cleaned and detailed at the end of each day. The installation was very professional in every detail. We did have some fogging on a couple of the windows, but Brad jumped into action, ordered the replacements and then Sam showed up and replaced the windows, all as part of the warranty and the focus of this company. I can highly recommend them.

Sam and his crew installed hurricane impact windows in my home and Im very happy with the results. My home is almost 50 years old and there were a few issues because the original sliding glass door was not framed properly. But Sam worked with it and now the door looks awesome. I love the windows and the difference that they make in blocking sound and keeping the temperature in my home more steady. Im a senior and cannot easily put the plywood up over my windows, so it was important to me to get the hurricane impact windows. Sam and his crew were very professional. They kept my home clean as they worked, protected my furnishings and carpet, and completely cleaned up when the installation was finished. Sam even helped me to move furniture that I could not move, and helped me by reinstalling the window blind brackets. Im happy to be able to support a local business, especially during the COVID pandemic. There were a few issues with screens not being delivered with some of the windows, but this was not the fault of the Window Guys. I have no doubt the screens will be installed as soon as the manufacturer completes the order.

Sam and his crew were amazing and extremely professional. They showed up every day at the time they said they would arrive and worked each day until the task was complete. Left our house as clean as possible each day, considering the scope of work being done. Entire house of windows were replaced and not a single need for interior or exterior repairs/touch ups. If you re reading this review, chances are you re probably where I was at. Gotten quotes from a few vendors and decided to get your final bid with The Window Guys. You ve seen the reviews, but you are somewhat skeptical, not of the place or product but the cost. Let me be blunt - if you re looking for replacement windows, whether it be simple windows (like mine, that were from when the house was built in 81) or impact windows for the coast, The Window Guys should be your first stop - if for nothing else, a solid reference point in your window shopping. Within less than 2 hours Brad managed to get me a quote that was over $1K less than the other guys, and with the plywood and TDI inspection they were still $500 less than what the other guys wanted just for the windows themselves. Super easy to do, took me minutes to get the measurements he requested (Length by Width to the nearest inch for each window.) Once I agreed to do the work Sam came out a few days later to get the measurements. Just talking to him reassured me that he was going to make sure the job was done right. COVID-19 didn t really didn t disrupt the process too much, maybe added a few weeks to the window building time. Sam and his crew came out today to install the windows and they were some of the most professional people I ve had work on my house. Knocked out all 7 windows in about 7 hours. Their TDI Engineer was out the same day to give them the green light that they were installed to windstorm spec. Do yourself the favor, give these guys a shot. The worst that happens is that you ve spent a some time measuring your windows. The best thing that happens is that you get quality work and product from a quality company.

We had The Window Guys come out and replace 20 windows (single pane aluminum frame) with hurricane impact windows. I first spoke with Brad who asked me to measure all the windows myself to the closest inch, so he could give me an estimate. He sent information on the windows, we talked about them, and the options and requirements (we had several low windows that also needed tempered glass). He was very knowledgeable and turned around the estimate by the next day. No never ending sales pitch, just an up front price that never changed. We ve had 4 window estimates done, and they were the most reasonable and easy to work with. Sam (the installer) came out to take our final measurements and our initial down payment. 4 weeks later the windows were ready to be installed (earlier than the COVID projected 5-8 week lead time). Sam and his crew came out the day after they received the windows to start installing. They were meticulous and so, so very careful. We just completed new landscaping and they were so cautious to not mess it up all the while cleaning up their mess as they went. They even fluffed up the mulch to make it look like they were never there. They took 3 days to install all the windows - doing no more than 8 per day. They took their time, did it right, and laid heavy beads of caulk. The installation service was top notch. Now this is a construction project, so there was obviously dust everywhere, as they had to cut into the sheetrock to make room for the much thicker windows, but we cleaned as they completed each room which made it manageable. The windows themselves are fabulous!! Road noise is completely cut down. I can t hear conversations outside the windows, and the additional insulation is great. Not to mention, we won t have to board those windows when a hurricane hits. High quality, and the clarity is amazing. I ll leave this review saying that we are now saving to do 5 more windows, since we ve been so pleased. We have been wanting to replace our windows for years. We found The Window guys searching on google. We have heard and seen all the commercials for the 3 large companies in Houston. Their reviews are all over the place. The Window Guys had the best reviews. After getting the windows installed, I now know why. They are are a local company. No gimmicks no games. Brad was very helpful, patient, and upfront when working on initial window style, configuration, pricing, and expectations on the overall window replacement process. They are a firm believer in using great quality products and doing a correct and quality installation while paying great attention to detail. Each window they use is custom made down to the 1/8 for the perfect fit. Sam, his 39 years of experience, and his crew are top notch, they treat each window as they were working on their own home, and are very transparent through the whole process. Called these guys looking for help with some windows installed in our house by The Window Guys - sticker on the window. Rudest response I have ever had. There not ours ,we were not in business then, ...you wont stop and hear what I have to say, do you have hearing problems..., well, maybe I need to talk slower... A little customer service, a little help with the label, ... might have got them a new customer. I would never do business with people who act like this, they are probably a liability when they are on the site.

We used The Window Guys to replace 7 26 year old windows and wow! What a nice change. Pricing is completely reasonable, work is well done, and friendliness of the the crew was great considering they spent 8 hours working around my house. The quote was easy to understand and well organized. The work from start to finish was explained and done with as little mess as possible. Scheduling was easy and crew was on time. The windows look and work fantastic and Im looking forward to seeing the savings on our electric bill in the coming months. We can already tell we are running the AC less due to the incr. eased efficiency. Trash was picked up and hauled away. Plywood was cut and labeled for hurricane prep and weve even gotten compliments down to how clean the caulking is.

I called to request a quote on changing out a window at my home. The man was very argumentative with me about Nassau Bay windstorm requirements and what I needed. He didnt let me provide many details. It was obvious that he wasnt interested in doing the job. I cant speak to the quality of their service, but my initial impression was very bad. My experience with The Window Guys in League City was A+. I called Brad, owner of The Window Guys and got a quote. I also had Window World and Home Depot come out for comparison quotes. Window World and Home Depot each were much higher and the sales reps were not sure what crew would do the installation. Window World said he would send a good crew. Uh, that means they have bad crews? If you look at my neighbors windows, yes, they have bad crews. Home Depot was outrageous. About 3 times more for the same job. Sam from The Window Guys came out and did all measurements and said he would be the person with his crew to install. We ordered and waited 3 weeks until they were custom built. Sam and his crew installed 10 windows in 2 days. They cleaned up and were extremely professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. We have compared our windows to our neighbors and we know we chose the right company. Ive attach a before and after, it really made a dramatic difference!

I had a great experience with The Window Guys. They replaced 12 windows in my home and did an incredible job. The job took 1.5 days, and they were very professional and careful in my home. They laid out tarps on both sides of the windows and scored the glass before breaking so that they broke in chunks and not shattered. They cleaned up inside and outside my house as the work progressed and before they finished up and left. Sam and his crew were very friendly and made me feel at ease having them inside my house. I only regret not having called them sooner. I could feel a noticeable difference in the home from the windows installation; it is much cooler.

Great quality windows and quality installation by The Window Guys. They were quick to respond to calls for a price quote, they were quick to answer phone messages, and they went out of their way to squeeze in my installation before a big job that would have left me waiting 2 more weeks. They even cleaned all the windows at the end of installation--its the cleanest my windows have been in years! They were also very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves and minimizing the mess in my home, but they didnt do quite as well with my shrubs outside the windows. They nicely trimmed one back for me, but trampled two others without letting me know a thing. I discovered it a day or so later. Wish they would have said something at the time, or asked me to trim them back ahead of time. Otherwise, very pleased!

Sam and his crew did an exceptional job with professionalism. They arrived as scheduled and installed 25 windows in 4 days. We had 2 large bow windows in front that they meticulously crafted a new frame and insulated to install 5 tall thin window in each bow. The entire crew was courteous, friendly and worked as a team - always focused on ensuring I was satisfied. Sam was a perfectionist, making sure all windows were level, completely sealed, cleaned and finished properly. This company was recommended to me by a friend and said they were no pressure and very professional installers. The Window Guys lived up to both descriptions. I never met the sales guy. I called him and he emailed me instructions on getting general measurements for my windows (closest inch) and he mailed me back an estimate that would be within 5%. The estimate was over $4,000 less than the high pressure window sales guy who spent 3-hours trying to get me to sign today or I cant offer you this special price. I agreed the estimate was within our budget and the installer (Sam) came to my house to get the specific window measurements. The final quote came in at the same price as the original estimate. With such a great price, I was able to upgrade 5 of the windows to casement windows for a cleaner look out to the front and back yards. I highly recommend you contact The Window Guys if your serious about new windows. New windows are not cheap, but if are ready to buy, you can save money and be assured of a professional installation with this company.

I cannot in good conscience leave only one star here because I never got to the point of actually getting any windows from these guys, and I HEAR that many are happy with them. I contacted them via the internet and asked them to contact me for a quote AFTER a certain date (Im trying to close out school and dont have time for estimates and appointments now). They contacted me the next day. The contact was via email, and I was instructed to do a rough measurement of all my windows, being sure to label the rooms, and they would send me an estimate. I simply responded that I really wasnt comfortable not having someone come out and show me the product and answer my questions about installation, etc. and I said no thanks. I could have just deleted the email and gone about my business, so I didnt see anything wrong with letting them know why I wouldnt be choosing them. That same day, I got the rudest email, telling me I could come to the showroom if I had questions or wanted to see the product. It said they do business this way to save money and not WASTE my time or THEIRS. Yes, he said he didnt want me to waste their time. My friends, customer service is not a waste of time...or at least it wasnt in my lifetime until now. If it is a waste of your time to make me feel comfortable about how I am spending thousands of my dollars on my biggest investment (my home), then I absolutely will not give you my business. Found out that the old Windows Guys pre-2012 went out of business and the name was purchased by a new owner. They dont recognize, or have records of the original Window Guys Customers. Dont even bother calling about repairs they dont do them and save yourself the aggravation of waiting for a return call. When I did talk to the owner, he did give me some suggestions of where to go for window repair. I dont have any comments about their windows or service. I am sure it is probably ok.

I just called them not even an hour ago. I explained that I had a window that was broken in Alvin. The guy stated to me that I might try another company such as Alvin Glass because they dont do repairs. Before I could tell him that we were open to either a repair or replacement at their professional opinion he hung up on me. Not sure I would trust someone with thousands of dollars of my money if they are quick to just treat potential customers that way. I know it was only one window and not all of them on the house. I just dont thank that is very professional. Might try having a conversation instead of a one way conversation next time.
