Bill is great to work with. I wish we had used him on our first patent. It always matters how well a patent attorney understands your innovation. I would hire Bill in a blink. Bill, Sandy, and their team knocked out a 30-day deadline to file a non-provisional patent. We look forward to our second patent approval soon.

Bill and his staff were absolutely fantastic. I didnt have much understanding of the patent process, but Bill took his time to walk me through the process. His staff helped draft a great provisional and then non-provisional patent for me. Regardless of the outcome at the USPO, the experience and value has been great. I have already referred Bill to another inventor and will continue to use him.

Working with Mr. Hulsey is extremely easy. He s professional, straightforward, and has the patience to explain what is going on behind the scenes. Looking back, I probably would have been arguing my patent case for several years had I not listened to his advice. To all my fellow inventors out there, this is the guy to have in your corner. If your idea is really novel, their team probably won t know all the ins-and-outs of what you are doing, but Mr. Hulsey has the wisdom and experience to guide you through the process of getting a patent granted. I am glad I chose to work with Hulsey, and I will definitely come to them again next time I have an idea!

Have used Bill Hulseys team for several patents over the years in different fields. In our most recent exercise his team digested a very complex set of software ideas into a description more coherent than what we gave him. That means his team took the time to understand both the legal and technical issues. Before that they crafted an oil detection patent that was granted on its first pass with a very broad claim. I strongly recommend Hulsey PC.

Ive known Bill, professionally, since the early 90s, when I was writing my second patent. At the time he was not independent. I always liked his professionalism and his technical understanding of technology. Over the years, Bill switched companies a couple of times and I always followed him.
