10 out of 10 ! I am so happy with my outcome. I was in a car accident and I got the max for my claim and the best care by the doctors and providers! I am a 44yr old man that thankfully had never had an accident or been hurt in wreck before. Once we found that the persons insurance that hit me was not concerned I had major spin injuries or returning calls. I saw only option was an attorney s office for help! Everyone told me go with a large company but my heart said go with a smaller company! I was lead to Bryce Carpenter law. I am so glad I did, I never felt like a pay check or case number to them. I was unlucky in the fact I got rear ended by a person with crap coverage and I only had liability on my paid off car. That never mattered to Bryce Carpenter or his amazing staff! I was very clueless on the process and nervous!! They always answered my calls or emailed questions and would tell me stop apologizing for just wanting to know what was going on. They got me the medical attention I needed. To get on the road to recovery! Even knowing the very minimal out come possible of my settlement. They still treated me like I was a multi million dollar suit!!! I don t feel I would of got the care and true compassion any where else! During which I got hit again by the same quality of insurance they still sprung to action to get me more medically needed help!
