David Todd has helped my husband and me with a very important contract and negotiations regarding a pipeline company that wanted to put a pipeline across our property. Mr. Todd has done an outstanding job for us and has been very helpful and responsive. He put our interests first and made sure we got the best result possible. He keeps in touch with us by phone and email. We are able to call him when we have questions and concerns. He explains the options that we have and gives his opinion about what is best. I became of the Todd Law Firm through a mailer I received. I own property that is a target of an eminent domain due to a TX Dept of Transportation highway project. Though my property did not fit the profile of his specialty, Todd called and discussed my situation (after reviewing the initial offer from the state) and recommended next steps. He was straightforward and honest about what I could expect. This was very helpful to me (being unfamiliar with real estate prices in the area). He was very helpful in this regard and I thank him for it.

I came to David Todd with a relatively simple task in regards to a family law thing (divorce). He was more than kind in helping me and making me feel content with my decisions. I had the very good fortune of being introduced to David Todd several years ago to work as co-counsel with me on a head injury case for a child injured in a Texas daycare. Over the past several years that we have been working on the case, David has been hardworking, honest and extremely skillful as a lawyer working for this injured child. Correcting an injustice for an injured person requires a unique skillset - not just in the courtroom, but also the ability to get along with all parties involved (defense attorneys, insurance adjusters, etc.) while keeping focused on the end result - helping the injured person move forward with his or her life with a feeling that they did what they could to stand up for themselves - with the help of their lawyer. David is exactly that guy. He cares and he gets it. David Todd represented us against a company whose truck ran into our car causing substantial damage to our vehicle and injuries with long-term effects. David and his staff were great at communicating and were a pleasure to work with. If you or someone you know has had a personal injury and do not know where or who to turn to I can only suggest the Todd Law Firm! About a year ago a dog had bitten off a good chunk of my chin leaving me scared for life, the owners insurance gave me the run around and found the Todd Law Firm on a review site.
