Worst costumer service ever! They have the mozzarella sticks priced on the board for $10 and they charged me $11. When I asked the manager (Sergio) why? He was being sarcastic that I m upset over $1!! I kept telling him it wasn t about the dollar. It s that you charged me more that s all. I told him you wouldn t have sold anything for me if I was one dollar short so why should I pay one dollar more! Again he continued being sarcastic, no apology and nothing to fix the price! On the contrary, he was being extremely sarcastic and rude. We are never coming back here again and I definitely don t recommend it.

We took the family from out of town to have good food and have a good night entertainment. We played bowling for two hours, we ordered food on minute one a soon we arrived and they never showed up with our food. The manager came to apologize when we were ready to leave. This place has really gone down the drain. When this placed first opened it was decent. The food was pretty good. But now its rundown and feels old and the food is terrible. The only thing keeping this place afloat is the Bar. I took my daughter this past weekend for a birthday party and absolutely regret it. I should have go to Main Event. The arcade is terrible. Several of the games are broken and rundown. They all cost a dollar or more to play too and they give you only a few tickets. Some of the games have seats that are eaten away looks like a dog tore them or something. My four year old didnt even know what to play cause the games were boring and unattractive. The prizes are bad. They only have small bouncy balls and cheap toys to give away. Most of the good prizes were given away long ago and it seems like they never replaced them because many of the shelves where prizes should be were completely empty. The prize room looked bare and sad. It looked more like an empty storage room than a prize room. Empty boxes were thrown in a corner just laying there nobody seemed to care. You can tell the place is not mopped daily. The doors to the prize room were greasy and full of hand prints. It smelled bad in the prize room too. Kinda made me nauseous. The food was terrible. We ordered pizza which was brought out cold. The pizza didnt even have any cheese on it and was mostly bread and crust. The crust was bland. We also ordered nachos that only had a few toppings in the middle the rest was plain nachos. The nachos had watery runny beans on them which made them soggy. I have never had nachos with frijol juice on them which was disgusting. It gave me nausea and upset stomach. Overall the experience was bad verging on terrible. I should have gone to Main Event. I agree with another reviewer who stated a better experience could have been had at Peter Piper, Main Event, or Chuck E Cheese. Pla Mor is definitely not worth the money and I too plan on never going back.

I find it unbelievable that this adult staff especially the manager Armando behaves like a toddler. When we walked in to pick up our January checks, which they had not informed us about. The manager, Armando, was unpleasant, speaking to the other employees and making faces at us. He then proceeds to deny us of our checks while giving us the phone number of another manager from JETT BOWL. The Jett Bowl manager then informs us that Pla-mor should have the checks and that they may be in the back. It turned out that the manager had the checks all along, and another employee had to hand the checks to us outside of Pla-mor instead of the manager handing the checks to us inside when we had asked.

Took my son to his friends party, I wasnt sure to just drop him off, but the securities that were there Sunday ( 2/25/24 ) reassure me that no kid goes outside alone. If they see any kid walking outside alone, they will ask if they have their parents permission. That is something I have never heard in any place. He had a blast, with his friend.

Every time I go to PlaMor service is horrible. Every person that s at the desk for bowling is always in a bad mood, one time I tried to talk to a manager about it and he didn t seem like he cared either. I went last week and same thing bad service from the employees and the same manager. I don t know the managers name but he s heavy weight and bald, he s always there can t miss him. Took forever to get a server to serve us and when i brought it up to their attention both the manager and the server didn t seem apologetic or like they wanted to serve us they just kept talking amongst themselves. I can only imagine why the employees are in a bad mood if that s the manager setting the example.

We had my daughter s birthday party and rented the private bowling lanes and everything turned out great. I think they gave us a good deal too. We had about 30 kids and 10 adults and we were attended by a girl named Abby and she was great. She took care of our entire group and she was non stop. Props to Abby! We had a really nice time and I would definitely recommend for a party. Ask for Abby to help you out!

This place was good when the crew member was nice during the day day shift from 3-6p but coming the evening shift after 7p the worst. We went yesterday and paid for the 11 bowling games and towards the last game in the middle of the last bowling game at the 5th throw (5th frame) they decided to cut it off and stated that we didnt pay for a full game. 1 bowling game is 10 throws ( meaning a game of bowling consists of 10 frames.) Well we wanted to speak with the manager of the evening after 7p and he was nowhere to be shown. He only spoke with the crew employee over the radio and when requested to speak with him in person he completely ignored us and walked away as if we were just nothing. We simply wanted to finish the complete last game (10throws=10 frames). The manager and crew people of the evening did not care to loose a customer. I only gave this place a 1 Star because the day shift was the best but the evening shift the worst. Ill let my fellow colleagues now to avoid this place in the evening as it is not worth it to embarrass one self.

I was very dissatisfied with the food service I ordered some wings and fries for the kids well they asked for my number to supposedly call me when order was ready, we went to the arcade with my kids and mostly all games were out of order what the hell !! And also the tickets when you play a game they never come out and no one is around for help!! Then call for food never comes so we decide to sit down at a table to see if the guy notices us and Nooo. I saw some food sitting in there countertop for a while so I go and ask if our food is almost ready then I see the guy heating up some wings in the microwave and it was our order??! Come on really then he says yes this is your order and he still asks me you never got the phone call? and I tell him you never did call me !! then well I didn t want to cause a scene in front of my children but really this place sucks !! I regret going here better to spend your money going to PPP or Main Event

Had an amazing time at this place. It is definitely a place for the whole family to enjoy. Laser tag,arcades,zip line,bowling. The only thing is the pricey food. For a family of six that we are we ended up paying about $160 for the bracelets for 5 of us and drinks, no food. Too expensive.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Our lane was a mess when we were assigned it with food still on the floor. We informed a crew member about it and they cleaned maybe half of it up. Okay so we decided to do it ourselves and guess what, the napkin holder was empty Grabbed napkins from another lane and cleaned it ourselves. No one came to service any of the right half of the lanes the entire hour we were there. We even requested service on the tablet and no one ever showed up. The staff (3 or so young ladies) were just on their phones at the counter. We ve been here several times before and this might be the last. Every time, it s another issue

Every time I come here service is bad. Never enough staff and staff seems to not be trained properly. Waiter kept disappearing and was hard to get a hold of. Mind you this was one night where we it wasn t packed . He kept coming back to repeat our orders , don t understand why he couldn t write down orders . He was frustrated and so we re we. Pizza had very little Pepperoni, not cooked Thru .. not with the price. Our tabs were all wrong after we explained who was paying what. Horrible!! Won t be retuning any time soon.

Great bowling place! The installations are very nice. Prices are not so high. Service is great. The pizza was amazing (even through there was just a single flavor which is pepperoni). In the menu there are some veggie options if you dont consume meat. Also they have an arcade area with a laser zone and rock climbing. I liked the fact that they have like a bar area so adults can be drinking and let the kids have fun.

Food on this occasion was 5 stars Ambience was like 4 stars I came to dinner on a Saturday, and it was pretty packed, so I try to keep that in mind. Even so, I should mention it in case you re looking for a sit-down place, the wait after we ordered was about 45 minutes. The good thing of course is that there s plenty to do while you wait, if you re a kid you can go off and play for a bit, but my wife and I sat at a table and just waited patiently. I ordered the Chicken Poblano. The sauce was perfect. The risotto was creamy and delicious, and not too salty. My wife ordered the Spicy Chorizo Burger, which I tried as well. We liked it, but it was overall a little on the dry side. This past month we tried the Chorizo Burger at Border Foundry and Scratch. I ran this Burger in third, the BF Burger in second, and the Scratch Burger in the top slot. Oh also, I ordered a cheese sauce on the side. I threw that on the veggies and risotto, and it took it up another notch. Highly recommend. Why did I mention the ambience? It was a weird decision to not include any over head lighting in the booths. Instead there was a lamp up against the wall. It was not bright enough to be inviting, but so bright it was bothering my right eye. Definitely coming here again though. I ll just sit somewhere other than the booths.

My first time being here 1/16/21 and had the worst experience ever. Place has no customer service. It took over 35 minutes to bring out a simple order of pizzas and wings which had no flavor and came out cold. Waitress never came back for refills. The restrooms were dirty and un sanitized. No soap or towels to dry hands. Half of the games were broken and couldn t use them. I ask to talk to a manager and got told they had no manager on shift! Our visit to Pla-Mor was a complete waste of time. If I could rate this 0 stars i would! Place is not set up for party s environment.

It doesnt have many video games that work, but for the price I paid for two all inclusive bracelets that dont collect any prizes, the fun with my 10 year old daughter was extreme. Horrible experience the laser tag was supposed to open at 3, and the girl arrived at 3:40, super rude to my children and guests. I went to talk to her and she was even rude to me, justifying that she couldnt be everywhere, and the way she rolled her eyes and took my children and guests out of the place. Super rude!! He still answers me that he didnt speak Spanish !! When I hear it!! Never again!! It was a mistake to have planned my sons birthday... I think there are ways to say things and ways to speak to clients with respect and beyond children. If you are not satisfied with your job, simply let someone else do it, someone who values it!! Went on a Saturday with the family expecting a great night. Purchased a 85 dollar card to play games, well I was completely saddened to see all the games were out of order!!! Will not be going back thats for sure!!! This place is in desperate need of new management and its only time it will shut down!!

i went with a few friends for the arcade and was extremely disappointed, it was tiny and very low budget, lots of games were out of order or very low quality. for the price we payed we could ve gotten a much much better experience at peter piper, main event, chuck e. cheese, etc. pla mor is not worth the money at all, i don t plan on ever going back

Every time we go tables are always sticky! And it s hard to get drinks cause the bartenders are always goofing around and laughing with customers or with each other! Drinks and food are good though

Horrible experience, the person assisting us in our lane was rude from the begging. When we asked if the channel on the TV could be changed she replied, Im too busy, ask the people at the front..... theres only two of us or more of them just there, took way to long with our orders. Arcade machines were for the most part not working. Bowling lane would consistently not register our scores or would give us 3 throws. Overall bad experience. Better off going to the other bowling facilities in town

Arcade games are missing buttons or off, they are not clean and the ones that are working have scoring issues, very disappointing to say the least. Cash bar needs more than one barback, stood in line for over 10 minutes for a drink. Seemed a bit warm inside. Not impressed
