Highly recommend Mr. Mahoney because he is always available, speaks Spanish (mas o menos). He always responds with ready answers. This lawyer is a can do, will do, even available for quick advice. As part of the Texas Legal Protection, he will guide you and/or provide legal questions. Highly recommend this lawyer. For elder law and estate planning, he is the man. He is located in Austin, but always available for zoom meetings.

The purpose of my hiring the firm was to write up a response to patent claims being rejected by the USPTO examiner handling my application. Their response effort was not successful, and ultimately it was my own subsequent efforts that succeeded. However, the process of response was new to me at the time, and the response format developed by the firm was useful in that effort and several subsequent ones in other applications.
