If only I could leave zero stars. Where do I begin? First of all, they charged me $1000 to only file my foias and get some certified court disposition letters for previous arrest, something that I couldve done on my own, however the attorney that I consulted with told me that money would go towards my citizenship case in case I decided to hire them for that, even though that wasnt on the contract, I stupidly trusted them and signed the contract(my mistake), after over a year of me calling and almost never getting a call back, they finally call me and told me nothing I didnt already know, told me that I had previous arrest but zero convictions and that they advised me to move forward with the citizenship application, and that if I wanted to hire them, it would be $3000 for them to basically go and stand next to me at the interview, absolutely absurd and ridiculous, when I asked about the $1000, of course, because it wasnt in the contract, they wouldnt honor that, she also rudely reminded me that I shouldve read the contract and that I knew what I was paying for, nothing more, nothing less. Ive decided to move forward with out them, I highly recommend you hire elsewhere, these people dont communicate with their clients, highly disregard them, never call back, and when they do so, is as if they are doing you a favor and not a service for wich you payed for. I WILL NEVER use them again. One of the most horrible experiences Ive had with any lawfirm, in fact the only one. No other lawfirm has been so unprofessional and unresponsive with me. I REPEAT! DO NOT HIRE THEM, do your research on them, and take your money elsewhere.

Good morning, I am addressing the team regarding the fact that I have a case of emigration, I called since the 6th, a contract was made, they called me 5 times to collect the money and they told me that by Thursday at the latest everything would be ready and delivered to resolve the situation, now It is Monday, you cannot speak directly with the lawyer Yolanda because she does not respond, today she has not even seen her client nor has she communicated with him, the paralegal Gustavo does not know about him either, they do not respond to the family members and I came to the office and I was on the phone and he didnt want to answer me, to make a contract if they call a thousand times but to respond they dont take the call or everything is on time, sad reality of The Lions of the Law... I await a response from the representative of the firm...

The staff who answer calls are super friendly and accessible, the legal staff are friendly, they just dont know how to communicate well between the lawyer, the family member and the client and finally the lawyer and the lawyer leave a lot to be desired. You pay waiting for them to contact you, I know they are not always good answers but you should be more honest with clients, they care about the money, not the client. They advertise so much that it is too big for them to be the lions, you have to call all the time, they dont even want to spend that money, they dont visit or call the detained people. They think many times before hiring their services.

Dont go to this place, a fraud they only made me pay for my case and they didnt call me to help me with anything, when I called them to ask for information the people didnt care and just told me were going to contact you, and thats how it went. I had to look for another lawyer for weeks and they didnt help. Nothing just stayed. Money dont fall into this place, were bad

We had a horrible experience with this company, my best friend went to them because she had an arrest warrant for not showing up to court and they said she couldnt pay herself because they would arrest her! and she was charged $800 dollars! My friend called and was able to pay the fine for $600 and the lawyers never wanted to return the money. In addition to that, without knowing that she had already paid, they called several times to say that the fine had increased and that the longer we took to pay it would increase. upload more! Without knowing that we had already paid for it. It was basically a scam.
