The best Italian food I ve had in the US! The staff and owner are some of the friendliest people I ve ever met. The moment you walk in they greet you with kindness and down home hospitality! Fairly big restaurant in a strip mall with ample parking. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean and in good repair. The atmosphere is somewhat lacking for an Italian restaurant but still nice. The rolls were so light and fluffy.... They were very good as was the lasagna and other dishes we had. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. Definitely Recommend. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free dishes.

The deep dish pizza was great. Huge pie, real fresh ingredients. Crust was evenly cooked. It wasnt just thrown together either, you can tell they take pride in their product. Very good service. Well be back to try the sandwiches when were back in town. Solid 5 stars.

Amazing staff and service!! We ordered pasta dishes and werent too pleased with the level of salt (too much), and cheese tasted off. DISCLAIMER- we didnt order pizzas, so this review doesnt cover that - we do plan to try the pizza because all of the staff was just so incredible!! Will give an update once we do (completely understand that maybe we just had a one-off experience, as overall, the reviews are stellar!!)

What I had was pretty bland. Would not eat here again. Plus got a bill (w/ tax nearly 15) total for an entree priced 10.95, then asked the waiter and price got reduced to 11.95 without tax and 12.95 with. Still more than expected but just paid. Theres a good amount and wide variety of menu items to choose from. All the members in our group enjoyed the food. The restaurant had smoke in it because the oven, where the pizzas are cooked, was left open. The employees did a good job of airing out the restaurant but the smell of smoke was off-putting. Even though our group were the only ones in the restaurant the server didnt pay much attention to us.

Got catering from here 3 times, staff is super nice as are the owners. The food has been excellent every time. We have gotten the baked ziti, penne Alfredo, pizza, salad, and garlic bread rolls. Everyone loves their salad dressing.! at our last party. All our guests kept asking where the food was from, everyone loved it.! I grew up in Allen and my family and I had Napoli s as a staple of our special childhood meals and have many cherished memories here. I m not sure if it really is the same gentleman working the register all these years later! But my boyfriend and I picked up a to-go order tonight as I ve been missing this place, and this familiar face greeted us, promptly gave us our order and they SO thoughtfully gave us extra rolls. Food is good, but people that work here have always given me such a fake vibe. It s been here for years, and I ve recently started coming back cause I like their calamari. When they re busy there s either a derpy kid at front with no social skills, or a snooty adult who doesn t make eye contact and never feels present. I dont know maybe they re just nicer to the caucasian/senior citizen demographics. Either way, I m just glad the calamri is still great, I would add a creamy dipping sauce to it along marina dips though!

I got a combo dish and a pepperoni pizza. My wife got linguini with white clam sauce and we also got a spaghetti to share for later. My combo plate was flavorless. Just globs of cheese and sauce with zero flavor. Somewhere underneath all that was the pasta. You kinda had to look for it. It was hard to even tell when you were eating the pasta because there was so much cheese. (In my head) I could see Chef Robert eating this on Restaurant Impossible and then spitting it out. There was no love just slop. The pizza was mid-grade. Very garlicky. The garlic flavor overpowered the rest of the pizza flavors. My wife s dish also had no flavor, very low quality. We didn t even bother eating the spaghetti. We only ordered from this place because of the high review score. That s why we were so bummed.

Updated Review: Tried the pizza for the first time tonight and it s really good. It s hard to find good pizza in Texas coming from Chicago but this place is great. Ingredients taste super fresh and the pizza was piping hot when I picked it up. Staff is super friendly as always. Really good! Nice neighborhood Italian restaurant. We went at 5:00 on a Friday night and there were plenty of open tables at that time, but by 6:00 most tables were occupied. The menu has many options, from appetizers to salads, calzones, pizza, pasta dishes and desserts. We had pizza and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were generous and the prices were very affordable. Our server was very polite and attentive. We will definitely visit again.

My husband & I just moved to the area, we stopped by last night on a whim, we got there a little after 9 and they close at 10 yet we were welcomed by the staff so kindly for dine in :) First off the food is delicious! I wanted to like this restaurant but the food is not good. The cook must not be tasting what he prepares or he just doesnt know how to cook. The specialty entrées are just ok, a bit boring. The chicken was hard with no flavor. The clam sauce tasted like it came out of a can of noodles soup and watered-down. The two good things were the cannoli and the bread. Fire your cook and get a chef. Oh, and by the way, streamline your menu. You offer too many options, but none are good.

Food, service and atmosphere are top notch and consistent. Prices very reasonable. They make you feel at home and valued. The consistency of food quality, level of service and cleanliness year after year is exemplary. We felt like and were treated like family. This restaurant has heart and soul and detailed attention from owners and management. That is rare for a restaurant and getting harder to find in Allen, especially for authentic Italian food and Pizza. Great place to take the family...food is hot, flavors are great, desserts are large and extraordinary. Servings are large as well. Often have a box or two of take home and theyre almost as good the next day. This is a great place to slip into...not much of a wait. Its busy most nights, but we seem to find a table. The servers are great and the owner/manager comes around and talks with us from time to time. Well pass on the chains and the so called mom-and-pops in McKinney and make this extra drive...well worth the time and effort.

They have a great lunch menu. You get a small salad and garlic rolls with your choice of entree. I always get the Pasta Combo. So good. It has lasagna manicotti and stuffed shells. The people here are always very attentive and friendly.

I d give it a zero but I don t know if this would let me. If you are ordering for delivery beware. I ve now tried twice to get a simple spaghetti and sausage with meat sauce. First time I got the meat sauce but no sausage even though I paid for it. This evening got noodles and some kind of sauce with no meat and again no sausage. My wife s lasagna was noodles with sauce and no meat. I have to think this is standard operating at this location so I believe we will quit trying.

I went here for the first time to pick up a pizza for my mother. She is in a nursing home and really wanted Pizza. There are Pizza is awesome! The crust is not too thick and doughy its just perfect. I would highly recommend checking this place out.
