I would recommend Daniel Richard Hamre to anyone. He went above and beyond, Dan is compassionate and ethical as well as entirely knowledgeable, assertive, and professional. He worked extremely hard on my case always kept me informed and consulted with me on developments. Daniel truly has your back in all ways and you want him on your team. I am so grateful to have been referred. My spouse was using system as a weapon against me to avoid giving my rights in divorce. Case dismissed at the first court date. When I was charged with Domestic Violence, After talking to many different lawyers I met with Dan Hamre, he took the time to listen to my case and immediately made feel like I was in good hands, the I decided to hire him to represent me, He was very responsive and I received prompt replies to my questions and concerns, As he is the former First Assistant county Attorney, I liked his advice and plans, he has a lot experience on how courts system works, he can never make any mistakes. He and his team always had the best interest in mind, updated me weekly about my case, it is amazing to have a lawyer who is compassionate who listens when necessary and takes action as needed. He is very negotiable in payments, he helped you as much as possible. He fights for me as he can fight to his lovely friends, He always care about my case, always finding any strategy he can use to dismiss the case. He is always there when you need him, always he find time for his clients. In short time, when my case should take almost may years in process, Mr. Dan do a miracle and God enable him. And dismiss my case at the first court date. He immediately promised me, to start the expunction process for free, without waiting for 2 years. I am very pleased with the service that the Hambre Law Firm offered me. Mr Dan was alway available every single time I would call him, always kept me updated throughout my whole case. Always advised me with the best options available. And I actually felt that he was there to help me. Not just to represent me as my lawyer and take my money. This man is the holy grail! He was with me and my case for two years. Having a clean record and not knowing how to handle my situation. Dan was more than helpful. He comforted me and help me do the things i needed and the right way. And with having a crazy case with lots of evidence, he was able to dismiss my two charges. Two long years and everything is done.
