These guys did not disappoint. If you need your parking lot power washed call these pros. They ll have your lot looking brand new. I needed their services before I could stripe a lot and they performed exceptionally. Highly recommend them.

Based on this company s excellent cleaning work on my neighbor s windows, solar panels, sidewalks, and driveway, I hired them and couldn t have been more pleased with the result. They did an outstanding job of getting rid of ground-in dirt, mold, and grime on my own walkway, driveway, sidewalks, and gutters. The two man team completed the job thoroughly and professionally at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company as a great value.

Great job. Antonio was very professional and friendly. He did a very thorough job on my windows while Eddie did a great job power washing and cleaned my screens. Im so pleased with the service I received from Affordable! Theya re indeed affordable and the quality of their work is at a level I dont find often. Eddie texted before he came over, showed up right on time, and was respectful of my property. He made sure I was satisfied before he finished and pointed out a crack in one of my windows. That attention to detail was unexpected. My wondws are sparkling both inside and out. And I never knew my sidewalk and driveway could look so clean. Thank you, Eddie, and the whole Affordable team.

Someone referred this company to our business and we had an AWESOME experience! For some reason, we have had a rash of bad experiences with window washing, and these guys were Johny on the spot with both the quote and getting us scheduled and then they did an amazing job PLUS came back out when we had a couple of windows with streaks (which ended up just needing replacement). GREAT COMPANY!!
