Thank you for your efforts, without you I would not have obtained citizenship approval . My case was one of the most complicated cases, that ever happened After suffering for five years, all solutions were blocked. This law firm is not professional at all they don t communicate with the client at all and they never have people available to answer the phone. And even if you leave a voice mail they don t return the calls . And when you go to the office everyone is busy to talk to you. Now I m asking for my money back since they didn t do anything about my case and is been 3 years and they can t resolve because the main office haven t take a look at this issue So they didn t get the job done and now they wanna keep the money Stay away from this or they gonna waste your time I will update if this is solve

Let s start with the bad, reception has to acknowledge you when you come in. I waited for about 30 minutes before I was acknowledged (I did arrive 10 minutes earlier for my appointment though) Pertaining to my case, the lawyer seemed well informed. I had researched the outcome of my situation and had concluded what he d tell me. Overall they seemed to know the law and they have been very quick to do their work. Regarding fees I am not sure what the usual fee would be for similar situations but I am satisfied with the result.

My family and I been coming to this law firm for years. Mr. Joseph De Mott is awesome and his team know what they doing. Lance is very professional and know what he is doing. They help my mom and I get our Resident Card and years later our Citizenship. I had a dificult case when coming ro do my Citizenship. I tried saving some money and went to another law firm called Gerald M. Gonzales and they almost get me deported knowing that I had a dificult case they send my application before analyzing my case, they returned my money for their ineptitude and unprofessionalism. I came back to Mr. De Motts office where I should of never had left. That was 5 years ago, and now thanks to Mr. De Mott, Lance, and Marisol for their knowledge, experience and professionalism I am a Naturalized Citizen. I am not sure if Mr. Joseph De Mott still overseeing cases or has retired, but having done my own research and trying other lawfirms. I can say that their price compared to other places is fair and they do their job to the best of their abilities and knowledge. I really hope that God Blesses their firm and they stay as caring and knowledgeable as Mr. De Mott and the way he has run his firm all these years.

This is the worst immigration attorney office I have been to and I will tell you why. First of all the front office staff at downtown office are very rude, I was there for consolation and the lady was talking to me as if I were a beggar asking for some charity, so that I had to change my way of talking to her and become more firmer. Secondly, she had a big attitude when I asked for a copy of my file and the way she responded was rude. Also, secondly, i think the office is over charging for renewing my has a application which has expired. The attorney at the office told me he would charge me two thousand dollars o renew my alreay approved VAWA application. They had all my info and it wont take any effort to renew my application and they wanted to charge me $2000 , i almost laugh when tbe attorney told me tbat. This application wont take fifteen minutes work...Lol Plus he wants me to pay $400 to renew my work authorization, however it seemed normal so i have nothing to say about that. Also, they handled a case for me to get a waiver but they didnt review my paper work I submitted to their office. They sent the paper work and evidences regarding my case to the immigration without even reviewing those evidences which resulted in denying my case and I didnt get the waiver. I paid them $3000 for the waiver plus the waiver fees but everything went in vain. Thanks Mr Demote and I hope you enjoy collecting the money of the hard working immigrants who dream of having a legal status in the USA to achieve their dreams.

The best immigration attorneys of all. My husband and I started our immigration process in 2009 and after 6 years DMCA law firm were the only ones competent enough to work on our complex case. We had previously had 2 other different attorneys and unfortunately they were of no help to us until we worked with DMCA.
