Daniel Betts is an exceptional attorney. Mr. Betts represented me in my first and only courtroom experience. His knowledge of the law combined with his negotiating skills with both judge and prosecutor are second to none. My experience with The Blackburn Betts Office of Law was amazing. They helped me beat my case and got me off probation early including all of my probation and court room fees cleared. On top of that I received an apology from the prosecutor saying that they were sorry and that I should have never been arrested. To Ben and Daniels surprise they said that was the first time that they ve ever heard that before from a prosecutor. The team from Blackburn Betts office was nothing more than professional. I had a really complicated stressful situation. I was charged with a 3rd degree felony Failure to render aid with 2months left on 6 years differed probation. Money Well Spent!!! I Saw Mr BlackBurns add in the yellow pages while I was sitting in the Travis co. Jail. He answered my collect call and once he received payment on my end the process was really quick. They actually called me to the desk and told me to call my lawyer and we handled all the paperwork over the phone and I was out very quickly. He let me set up a payment plan that was very reasonable. In the courtroom and seemed very confident which made me feel at ease through the whole process. I just finished up with my 2 cases and was more than pleased. He was able to get me time served on my misdemeanor and probation on my felony. (Which was a big deal considering I have multiple trips to TDC and my charge was inhaced.)
