I ve left voicemails/emails and no one gets back to me. Jose as the office manager doesn t like to be told he needs to learn to listen to his clients. He simply hangs up when he can t handle a conversation. It s frustrating trying to communicate with an office that never answers or even emails me back or returns my calls. The excuse is oh we don t use that email address but yet no one gives me the correct address but somehow still respond with the email address they don t check I have proof. The lady at the front office is rude and pretended she didn t know how to pronounce my name bc I upset her. Jose I didn t call you to vent like you said I called you to express my frustration bc no one is communicating with me.

My husband was denied twice entrance into the United States and there were many mistakes made. Zavala did the unimaginable work and secured my husbands entrance during the Thanksgiving holiday 2023 and both our birthdays together as they were all within the Thanksgiving week. Plus, not only that, the attorney and staff fixed consent errors made throughout the process ALL IN ONE DAY! PLUS, the whole entire staff was there to answer ALL our questions with such sweet professionalism. This Law Firm is a 6 STAR FIRM, on a DIFFERENT HIGHER LEVEL of WORK performance. We finally marked an end to our long journey! Thank you Zavala Law and there amazing team!!! My husband got approved December 19,2022. And received his green card January 24,2023! After we felt like there was no hope they never left our side. And couldn t have gotten such a big relief without Gloria!!! THANK YOU GLORIA AGUILAR!!! My brother was assisted in his consultation about a citizenship process by our mother who was born a citizen. In addition to giving my brother a ton of information about what was being done incorrectly by the attorney we hired, he also took the time to print a letter for my brothers criminal attorney promising to answer any questions they had about his immigration status. A month later my brothers case was finished and he received his passport. If it had not been for that letter that lawyer Zavala gave us without charging us, my brother would not have been able to continue and would possibly have been deported. Attorney Zavala has ethics, professionalism, and above all humanity. Thank you Zavala Law!!!

I recommend zavala for immigration help. At 1st I was having a bad experience with them because of an ex case manager who never answered my questions. I even got charged $60 for contacting her too many times. The front desk also would not answer. He was rude at times and I couldnt understand him. but then Gloria Aguilar came to save the day she made my experience 10000x better. She is so Organized, FRIENDLY, and Helpful. Without her help at the end I was honestly going to leave a bad review but now I 100% recommend Zavala.

First my lawyer was Dagoverto Zavala he is a great lawyer then but then I ask them about another case that I have with them they never call me but they charge me 1500 I call and ask for my file and they told me I have to pay them 30 for the copies I work with lawyer and they never charge if the clients ask for their file
