Had dinner and drinks with some friends, three of us all together. We ordered drinks from the drink menu, each of us had three drinks each, one order of stuffed jalapeno peppers, and all three of us shared an order of Fajitas for two. Much to our surprise our bill was $260.00 total... again we the following. Fajitas for (2) Stuffed Jalapeno Pepper (9) Drinks total total tab $260.00 plus tip. When I questioned the waiter about the tap being so high, he could hardly speak correct English, he explained that we all ordered the special drinks, we all three looked at other like (WTF) the waiter pointer to the drink menu and said we all had jumbo size drinks, folks these drink glasses were 12 oz.. it turned out those rinks were $22.00 each. The regular glass which is 8 oz. is $17.00. we were all completely taken back. The drink menu is very deceptive with its pricing and upgrades, the we also noticed the Fajitas for two was $51.00... Thats our fault as we never looked at the menu and just ordered. Lessoned learned at my expense, always look at the menu and question the drink menu as well. I dont mid paying for great food and service, but this place is very far from that. This place use to be decent at one time.

We celebrated Fathers Day with our parents and over 30 children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The hostess seated our party in a private room and we were immediately greeted by several waiters who fulfilled our drink orders quickly. They happily and easily hosted my elderly parents and the toddlers in our party. The service was unmatched, as the food came out very quickly and there was a person dedicated to refilling our drinks non-stop. The food was fantastic and they make their own tortillas--delicious! Though the food was really special and delicious, we could go on and on about the service. The wait staff really took a lot of personal pride in serving our 30+ party efficiently, as all the food came out at the same time and we were not having to let our food get cold while others were served. We are all so impressed with this local neighborhood restaurant and will be celebrating many more family events there. Thank you, Alicias. Parking: Very accessible for elderly and handicapped. Kid-friendliness: Offers free ice cream to everyone, which was helpful to keep the toddlers happy until the food arrived.

Everything was just down hill from there beans salty , tortillas were undercooked the enchilada cheese was so thick and un chewable my son had to keep spiting it out we left hungry and have to go eat some we re else on top of all that the waiter who barley came to our table to ask if we needed anything was over charging us thankfully we noticed he was charging 45 dollars for a large margarita lol ridiculous. My husband and I love coming to Alicias. Its our favorite date night spot after a long work week. The food is so good and the margaritas are delicious! The food is very consistent too, weve never had a bad meal no matter what we order. When were out of town and try another Mexican restaurant, we always compare it to Alicias and so far we have not found better enchiladas than here! I think the wait staff knows us by name at this point. We also love that they have an ice cream cone machine. Its a small touch but its something we look forward to when coming here. We truly hope Alicias stays in business for a long long time so we can continue coming here (and bringing our kids someday!)

Hubby got the fajitas and there just wasnt much flavor. Also, it was like 4 flat strips of beef one side and 4 flat strips of chicken. It wasnt all mixed together. For how expensive it was there just wasnt much meat. It only made two tacos. I got the taco salad with the shell. Kinda wierd didnt come with beans in it so it was alot of lettuce. Flavor on the chicken was ok but honestly Taco Cabana is half the price and has a much better taco salad. Wont return but the best thing was the atmosphere is nice and the chips were crispy and salsa was good.

We had dinner with some friends, and I ordered cheese enchiladas with no sauce and white onions on top. They proceeded to bring me out cheese enchiladas s with meat on top so I asked the waiter who was very nice if they could take it back and get me some new ones The server took it back and a couple minutes later they came right back out and it appeared that there was no meat they had cheese, so I proceeded to eat, and as I got halfway through the enchiladas, apparently what they did was just scrape off the meat and throw cheese on top that s not acceptable to a vegetarian because the meat has already touched the enchiladas they did not make new ones, and we told the waiter that the kitchen staff should not have done that I was disappointed and I could no longer eat. I ve been a vegetarian since 1980 so eating meat is a big thing for me. I do not eat meat not a happy customer! The grande margarita was Way over priced and it was very week! We asked for green salsa three times, and the waiter forgot so we had to ask the fourth time and then he finally brought it out.

This an update: I ate here before with my wife several times and loved it. I think I rated it 4-5 stars previously. In the past year we came back twice during weekend lunch and were severely disappointed with the food. I got enchiladas that had no seasoning and an admittedly delicious flauta. I couldnt finish the enchiladas and didnt even want a box to take them home. My wife got street tacos that were on point, but she also ordered a shrimp cocktail that was awful. It was bland shrimp in a very sweet, almost ketchup like cocktail sauce. He each had a single shrimp and said No thanks to the rest. We didnt box it and take it to go either. Service was very good and the ambiance was fine, but we will not be coming back any time soon. The quality of the food lacks consistency.

When I questioned if these were the mushroom enchiladas he said they were mush spinach and walked away real fast. I ate them. I was there with my husband and brother to meet my brothers girlfriend. I didnt want to make a big deal. Our server was distant and barely stopped by our table. He bright my brother 2 full size to go cups for his leftover black beans and a half eaten cup of tortillas soup. He went to the bar to exchange them for something more manageable. He dropped off our checks with no words to say picked up our cards... Still no words and returned with out receipts in one cc holder and still didnt say anything. He was right there to pick up the receipts with the tips as soon as they were placed in the holder. Never saying thanks for coming in or yall have a good night. Literally no words to say to us. It was the worst experience ever and I missed my favorite dish. I ask the servers for their manager and they told me hes in a meeting with the owner right now you can sit down and wait for him. It was the worst experience ever. My husband had an additional experience to add to this too. He told the server he wanted to wait to order drinks until I returned from the bathroom and after 15 minutes of Luis walking around us he went to the bar to order. I called my husband back over and Luis had this look on his face like he couldnt believe we were there in his section. I tried to tell him maybe hes had a rough night. Ive been there but Ive never felt like I owned the place and I could be a complete jerk to a customer. From our first drink we were taking about how this guy probably spit in our drink and didnt even understand his problem with us. Sorry Alicias. No 20% off our next visit of 2 people would make me go back. Thank you for the great dishes and mostly great service. Please replace people like Luis in your company.

I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Loved the crispy chips, spicy salsa, the mushroom n spinach enchiladas were to DIE for. We also tried the Pollo con Rajas chicken dish and it was my favorite! Service was excellent. Morgan was our server and the assistant was so sweet and friendly too. The margarita was yummy too. You should definitely go to Alicias Mexican Grill!!

Nice place and pretty good service other than not getting part of what we ordered. The food however was mediocre and had very little flavor. The salsa was also disappointing. It was very cold and seemed like a cheap inexpensive salsa you would buy from the grocery store.

Went to dinner with a group of 10 people. We were seated in the large room and informed after we were seated that the ac was broken. Restaurant was almost completely empty but still took 15 minutes to get drinks. Food was good but service was absolutely horrible. Too many wonderful Mexican restaurants around that are half as expensive and offer great service. Definitely wont be back!

Tried a sampler app for my dinner and it was delicious. The beef on the nachos was marinade so perfectly it made ne want to go back for just the beef...and I rarely eat beef! Chicken flauta was packed with meat and seasoned wonderfully. Chips were hot and fresh along with salsa that tasted like it had just been made. I will make this a new rotation on our nights out for sure. Recommend!

We went for my dads birthday dinner. Food was great but our server was not so great she kept forgetting things and we had to keep reminding her about things we wanted. But maybe she is new at this line of work but she was very nice and apoplectic. I would eat here again

We ordered delivery and did not get the whole order. After 15 minutes on the phone they said they would refund the item. No other effort to try and make it right They acted as if I was lucky to get the cost of the desert item back. I told them I would not order from the restaurant anymore and she said, OK that is fine with a sarcastic tone. After spending money in this restaurant for MANY years, this is how I am treated. I am done. The food was subpar anyway and we only ordered there out of due to the lack of options for Mexican delivery.

Website and Google said they close at 10:30 but the server told me they close at 10 when I tried to go eat at 9:55. Change your hours to 10, but I guess if you did that your lazy servers would chase business away at 9:30.

It was pretty good. Service was kinda slow but obviously it s Bc they are under staffed. We were a party of 7. All our meals were fresh and hot. The only negatives I have are that the margarita was flavorless, my flower tortillas tasted gluten free and the ice cream machine was busted.

Sometimes you just get that kind of service that makes you write a review. Normally I dont post bad reviews as we prefer to move on and go to different places instead but today the amount of indifference we got at this restaurant was too big to just let it pass. We arrived for lunch and walked in and there was no host or anybody to greet us, no big deal, we sat at the bar and the bartender promptly asked us what we wanted to drink. We placed our drink order ( Alicias Ritas)and then proceeded to check the menu. We got our drinks (he didnt know how to make them so he asked for help from a lady dressed in black with a long ponytail) and then he started doing something else with some tickets ( I think he was closing), I had to get his attention to order our food because he never came back to ask us what we wanted to eat. We placed our food order and that was the last we saw him. He put on a small backpack and walked away. There was no good bye, no somebody will take care of you or I am leaving and the next person will take care of you.. nothing! By now my wife wanted a second drink but there was nobody to order. There was only a lonely server that looked rather miserably delivering food to the other 3 tables occupied inside the restaurant. He finally delivered our food and asked us if we wanted another drink. My wife placed the order and I asked him about the bartender and his response was: he went on break looking rather annoyed that I asked and he waved his hand. Ill tell the manager to make your drink. Same lady dressed in black came back to the bar, made the drink and left it at what we assumed is the server station and went back inside the kitchen. The drink sat there until the server came back to pick it up and delivered to us. She could have easily just turned around the other way and give it to us but she didnt even acknowledge us. We were just about to cancel it but the server brought it to us just then. By now we were pretty annoyed at the lack of professionalism and dont give a damn attitude that everybody was displaying. I asked for my check and coincidentally it arrived rather fast. We paid and left and we didnt get a single good bye because there was nobody there. Needless to say we wont be coming back and we would rather go to a place were employees give a damn. In this era of COVID and restaurants barely surviving this inflation is rather incredible that nobody in this particular restaurant is interested in bringing business back or trying to keep the current business going.

Worst experience of my life at this restaurant. Chili con queso was returned twice for being too cold and too thick to enjoy. My meal was returned and returned because it was too cold then I ordered cheese quesadillas which the tortillas werent even grilled or browned or crispy and anyway shape or form. Happy hour prices sucked a small Margarita Frozen sangria with $6 and a Corona was $5. What kind of happy hour is that at a Mexican restaurant that a Mexican beer is a price as it is at an American bar at 9:00 at night. Would not come back here again and would not advise anyone to come on

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would Never coming back here again things have changed everything was extremely cold from the tortilla chips and salsa to the main course waited 20 minutes for Enchilada suiza when it came out it was so cold, you can put your finger into the food and it won t burn, not just that, there was barely any sauce on them. I waited 20 minutes, the food should at least be piping hot and fresh, it wasn t even busy at all Asked for lemon and tortillas and it took her exactly 13 minutes just to bring those two while she was serving the others without a problem The waitress which is a skinny girl with glasses, dark brown hair and braided hair to the side has bad service and bad attitude, super unfriendly and not easy to talk with, unapproachable and inattentive came here excited, left disappointed they don t even have fried icecream anymore
