Mr. Nossa and his Team are the best immigration law office, second to none. After interviewing with a few immigration attorneys, we felt right at home when we met with Mr. Nossa. His staff is kind, compassionate and professional. He is very knowledgeable and instills trust from the get go. Our case lasted many years. Six to be exact. It was not an easy one and we hit several roadblocks along the way. Every time things got scary, he would redirect and re-strategize in a very calm and collected way. Another key point here is financials: we tend to think that a lawyer will cost us an arm and a leg, and although that is true for the minority of law offices, Nossa Law is very reasonable with the cost of their professional services. Do not be afraid to meet with them and get a road map as well as pricing. You ll be happy you did. Lastly, their success rate is very high. Pablo is an exceptional lawyer! From the first day on he and his team did great work! In my last job I dealt with many lawyers, but I really have to say that Pablo and his paralegals are over the top - you can always (!) reach Pablo with questions to which he replies personally, every information he was giving us was 100% correct and everything got done ASAP. Paid 50 dollars for an initial appointment..follow up questions? pay 75 dollars unless you are ONLY coming in to hire him....Greed is a small word here... Since I got a reply...need to add here..well actually what you are asserting is NOT true..rather a brazen lie...a person may walk ten times in your office and not hire you...correct....am I that person? NO..I paid for the visit..If a have two or three follow up questions...you want to charge me another 75 dollars..Is it fair as a paying customer?? NO... You cannot give five minutes for a follow up to a client who already paid for first visit..how would other prospective paying clients feel about that?? If I am willing to drive down an hour so as to first refresh my case with you (as you wouldnt remember) and then ask a question to make sense of it...well you do not have time without charging...This is absurd to say the least...Although you are lawyer here, let me give free (rather greed free) advice. If one pays for an appointment (he is a serious client) and probably wants five minutes of your PRECIOUS time since he has one or two questions which could not be answered and wants to drive down to discuss...give him those five minutes...These five minutes wont kill you..This time would probably show a little bit of your professionalism towards your clients

Anyway, my friend s green card had been expired for a year and he was too scared to even look into fixing the problem. Ill make my review based on the 30 minute consultation I had with him. Allow me to say that im a educated professional, with extensive understanding of technology and able to gather information from various internet sources in order to prepare and ak relevant questions, in this case, about immigration for myself and my wife (also educated). My industry involves customer and client services as well. Hiring an Immigration lawyer is a step that many of us immigrants do as a last resource, almost as the last hope we have in order for getting proper guidance when were experiencing visa/immigration paperwork issues. We endure with high levels of stress and anxiety, and who better than an immigration attorney to understand our case complexities for guiding us and to give counsel on a proper course of action. Unfortunately, during that 30 min consultation regarding DAPA, instead of feeling a minimum of being supported/understood, I almost felt judged because of my situation (and I tell you, it is not as bad, for sure). We never got asked questions by Mr. Nossa about the details of our case, or past history or anything that may help build our case. He didnt even seemed interesting in hear us by just providing very short plain-like answers, in an unsupportive manner, which I understand that the primary role of a lawyers is not the cheering-you-up business, but that advising a prospective customer/client with a minimum of empathy/chemistry, which is important for clients in hopes that your case can be succesful, or even if it may not, you just want someone figthing in court. Found Mr. Nossa through google after calling a few other attorneys prior who were not much help, asked for a consultation fee, etc. Mr. Nossa agreed to meet quickly, the same day. He explained the process in detail and sounded confident. He offered a payment plan, but we agreed just to pay full upfront. His assistant rapidly sent us all the items required, and he drafted up the forms very quickly. He express shipped everything over quickly for processing. My spouse and I had an immigration case that was complicated due to his visa situation. We spoke with two other attorneys who both said there was no way for us to adjust immigration status to US permanent resident without leaving the country and re-entering. I hired Mr. Nossa to take care of my green card application. He has always been straight forward answering all my questions and concerns, very detailed on all papers I could submit, and extremely fast replying back to all my emails (not even minutes, sometimes it would take seconds...). His staff always kept me updated, always making sure I got the letters I was supposed to receive from the USCIS, and very knowledgeable on answering all my questions.
