The food is always good here but the service is atrocious. I told them they forgot my extra biscuit the day before and showed them a receipt. Brian told me I couldn t get the biscuit I ordered a day before but never received it. He said There is nothing I can do about that The idea that I show up to buy food again, bring back my receipt and show him it, and I don t get an apology or the food that I originally paid for is pathetic. You don t have to be polite all the time in service, but if your not, the job needs to be done properly.

last time i went i ordered a 2 piece combo spicy white meat only, and yes i dont mind the up charge. What i received was dark meat was in a hurry didnt bother with going back in. i took one bite and nearly vomitted on how bad the chicken tasted of old cooking grease. I gave it another try people have bad days ,i get it. order was same as the first time, with white meat, what did i get of course dark meat. I did check my receipt, was charged for it both times. I have tried calling multiple time just rings and rings!!!!

The order was not complete, my grandson was left without eating, the drink that was ordered for the child was never given. The chicken looked like it had been fried in a super-processed oil, because it was very dark and didnt have a good flavor. The box they put it in when I got home was broken and it almost spilled when I took it out of the bag. A disastrous experience. And for all that I paid 61 dollars in these difficult times. The truth is that I am tired of having my money stolen.

I recently visited Popeyes and had an overall enjoyable experience. The chicken was outstanding, living up to its reputation for being flavorful and perfectly cooked. Every bite was delicious and satisfying. The mashed potatoes were also a highlight, creamy and seasoned just right, making for a comforting and delightful side dish. However, I did encounter an issue with the beverage I ordered. The drink had an unusual taste, somewhat reminiscent of detergent. This was a bit off-putting and detracted from an otherwise excellent meal. Despite this, I really like this location and see great potential for it to become my go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal. If the management could address the issue with the beverages, ensuring they taste fresh and clean, it would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. I look forward to my next visit and hope to see this improvement.

I really enjoy dining at this location, then the one closest to my house. The chicken is always very warm if not hot in temperature. The chicken pieces are a fair size in portion. My biscuits are never hard at this Location although all of the chain stores should let the biscuits rise more to be fluffy. The employees are pleasant and patient. Theres always plenty of parking. Theres never a long wait time to receive your food. I wish the dirty rice would return to the menu because it was very good. Parking: Plenty Kid-friendliness: Yes

I am in love with Popeyes Cajun fries. The sandwiches are great too and the chicken strips/nuggets too, but a little salty on the sandwiches but I love their options. Its wide and almost everything on the menu tastes good so far. I liked their strawberry biscuit and the special drink deserves a shout out compared to the chik-fil-a mango sip for sure.

Popeyes is my favorite fast food chicken. Very tasty and the sides are great too. This particular location used to be my favorite but since the remodel in 2023, theyve become a little conservative about handing out extras like sauce, honey, napkins, sporks, etc. I dont like having to ask for more stuff when were not using the dining room. When trying to have a picnic, it should be pleasant from the start. This location is still better than most and I recommend them.

Our family only ordered good to go. The good is really good. The only item I didnt really enjoy wad the cole slaw. It tasted a bit off to me, but others in my family really like it. I love the chicken strips, the fries, and totally loved the mashed potatoes. The rice is very good too. Its a bit pricey, but every once it in while, its worth what it costs.

The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. It was hot and fresh. The red beans and rice were good although the rice could have been a bit more tender. The coleslaw was fresh and crisp. I used the drive through and they were prompt and friendly and the wait time was almost non existent.

They boosted the prices for the chicken sandwiches but the sandwiches are also smaller and they did not have pickles on the sandwiches like they were suppose to. I m pretty sure they double fry the chicken instead of making them fresh. Huge difference in taste between this one and even the one down the road on Round Grove. Hopefully it gets fixed

This store really needs to work on their customer service I went through the drive thru to order when I got to window the lady didnt know what I had ordered. Then when I got my order she acted like I unconvinced her asking for honey. She told me she didnt hear me ask in a snotty way. Every time we order they are giving us the wrong chicken. We always ask for dark meat and they are always giving us white. EVER-TIME we are having to drive back to up the location to exchange. Don t bother calling, the number is attached to another restaurant or someone answers and state this is not Popeyes.
