My Brother in Law has been with this firm working with Jennifer walker and he received a letter stating that they have not heard from the lawyer! So now his application is being canceled. He has been given the run around and now he is being told that Jennifer Walker is currently in Costa Rica and he also was not made aware that they moved offices either .. I know others who have been messed over as well this is not right, nor is it fair. While others who come recently are being granted Visa s with no problems at all.

Im speechless oh how amazing Jennifer is!! She helped me get my citizenship in few months after I have already been applied for it before but due to covid and few other applications mistakes I have not heard anything from USCIS. Please do not use this law office, run as much as you can. They don t care about you. They only want the consultation money. If you have some $150 to throw around, then go ahead at your own risk. I paid $150 consultation which was made compulsory by them to speak to them, they assigned me to Sandra Posada she is a very heartless person. She spoke to me on a zoom call, of course because she took my $150 I opened up my life problem, I was almost in tears narrating my issues with her. She promise to get back to me on what they will do on my case. She never did, I emailed her multiple times, she never replied, I called the office and ask to speak to her, she never answered the call, I request that they should transfer me to her, she told them she will call me back later, she never called till date. This people took my money and never replied to me on moving forward on my case. I regret the experience I had with them, what a bunch of heartless people taking advantage of vulnerable people in distress. Imagine how traumatizing it is to open up your self to someone thinking they can help you, only to find out you are talking to an emotionless and heartless individual that will completely ignore you after the encounter. No one deserve to be treated this way. They deserve zero star. Please don t attempt it. RUN! Jlw law scammed me.

I cannot recommend this law firm enough for asylum cases! My family members were detained while awaiting their credible fear interviews. I did not understand the process and I was scared. I knew we needed a lawyer but I was hesitant because of the cost. Diego Nunez was very helpful in explaining what he could do at this stage and what it could cost. He was calm and responsive and spoke fluent Spanish. He met with my detained family members about the Credible Fear Interview process in person at the detention facility. They were hesitant about needing a lawyer but after meeting Diego they realized how much he had to offer! When one of them received a negative result on their interview, Diego put together evidence for the Judge s review, appeared in person in front of the judge to represent my family, and successfully got the negative result overturned. Diego never gave us false hope but his representation brought us comfort during a difficult time and we knew that by hiring him we were giving our family the best chance at success. They were all ultimately released with positive results and thanks to Diego they all have the opportunity to apply for asylum. Diego and his team truly have a heart for this work. It is clear they do not do it for the money. I went in for my first visit, I spoked to Melissa I believe that was her name, she walk me into someone else s office, lights off, boxes on chairs, she had to removed and clean before I was able to sit, at the beginning, you fill out a form and she based her questions on that, she talked to me liked I was talking to a recorded message, than I had to raise my hand so she would let me talked since everything she was saying had nothing to do with my case, in a very short explanation, I told her that I was here because my priority date was very soon, she gave me the worst case scenarios and than she had to walked outside to asked another lawyer my case and since that wasn t her office, she couldn t check anything on a computer for the priority days, she took 9 min to come back, when she came back, she told me that they where able to helped me out with my petition, and that she was going to get me a quote, she walked out again for another 7 min, by that time, I was ready to leave since she hasn t said nothing informative, when she came back she gave me a very high amount of money to take my case, I asked, what is that amount cover and what does for me , she said , we will help you fill out the papers and if needed, we ll go to court, the day you get your residence, she went on and detail how I can payed for the case, she gave me a folder with the quote and she was almost done but than she said , oh sorry , I still have to fill this paper out, it was more information on how long I been here, how I got here, if I do my taxes every year, etc, that paper took about 4 min to filled. My visit was 26 min long, she spend half of that time outside the office I payed 150$ for my visit that day, I felt very shorten and disappointed since I have been waiting for my priority for over 20 years, I would not to go back there.
