They came within scheduled time. While we had some language barriers, we were able to communicate enough to understand each other. They did a thorough job for the most part. There were some baseboard areas that were missed but understandably the house condition was quite a mess and by the time they were done it was a huge difference. Will consider using them again in the future

The management here was great to work with (they ended up discounting my service due to a few issues), but unfortunately, I had to deal with the issues which is the reason for this review. I hired Juany for a move out clean and two ladies showed up who did a 6/10 job. They barely touched the surface of my oven. My husband and I took one paper towel and did a quick wipe and so much gunk came off. They also didnt touch the countertops or clean any shower heads. I noticed a ton of black stains on our shower still. When I called, they sent another group (super nice of them) and these ladies did a much better job. This ate a lot of my time having to be home to let them in, leave, come back, etc but thankful for the discount they gave me. I just wish the original ladies had done a better job. I would recommend looking elsewhere for move out clean services.

Amazing cleaning job! There was a little miscommunication upon arrival, but the team that arrived did a wonderful job with my move out clean of my apartment. I have multiple dogs that shed tremendously and there was not a single piece of fur left after they finished! I will definitely consider using them for regular cleans too!

Its the 2nd time that I hired them, and this time my experience was awful. I first used them in May 2023. The appointment was between 2 and 4 pm. They arrived after 5:30 (or 6) pm. Anyway, their work was not bad at all (and people were very friendly). This time (in mid Jan 2024) the crew arrived in time. Two ladies came (while there were three ladies in the crew one year earlier). I was notified that it would need additional 30 minutes (than estimated), and I agreed. After they left, I found out that there were several places were not cleaned at all. I texted the management also sent photos. The same crew went back again (doing 30 minutes work) and this time they were very unpleasant (of course, and you can read it from their face). They did not clean the garage, and the management told me that its not included in a standard move out cleaning service, which I dont understand at all. - After their work, I was told by my contractor that the carpets were very dirty. - Besides, the kitchen cabinets and the oven/microwave were not cleaned well. - The washer and dryer (inside) were not cleaned at all. I heard that theres change of management during the past year. I will not hire them again, and dont recommend. (The work was scheduled on Jan 16, and the attached photo was taken on Jan 27.)

We are soooooo pleased with our post construction Juany Cleaning Service - Team #15. Our experience started off well with amazing communication and professionalism. The ladies really had their work cut out for them. We had our tile floors ripped up and replaced and the construction crew was supposed to wrap everything really well to minimize the dust. When we came back to the finished new floors there was dust everywhere- and a lot of it. We couldn t stay in our home with it especially as we have little kids. We needed help FAST. Juany crew was able to come the same day I submitted a request for a quote and they cleaned HARD. Most thorough cleaning we have ever had. We will be using them as our new regular cleaners.

Diana and the women of group 15 are amazing! They were contracted out to make ready the house we just bought. However, the sellers were taking forever to move out. Finally after having to reschedule 3 times, these ladies graciously ended up helping the seller move his stuff out of the house, so they could get to the cleaning. Before Diana and these dedicated professionals worked their magic, the house was quite the mess and smelled heavily of dog. When they finished the make ready the house was spotless, clean, and looked brand new. They somehow even managed to get rid of most of the animal smell! They absolutely went above and beyond to make the house ready for us to move in, and they did it all with a smile.

I m writing this review to warn others of the unprofessionalism of Juany Cleaning service. We have used them 5 times now with the hopes of them getting better, not putting it out to the public and not needing to switch services but it has came down to warning other Austinites of the poor quality of work they provide. They may have slightly lower pricing than the rest but surely enough, you pay for what you get. Every time we have had to report the lack of cleanliness to the customer service who says it won t happen again. Time after time. We even talked to the Operations Manager who discounted a clean due to the quality of work done in our home. 4/5 times they have been late for their 30 minute window. And in our busy day to day lives and us trying to stay out of their way, this isn t acceptable. We re talking 10-20 minutes past the 30 minute window. As a local business owner as well, I hope that they can fix this as poor quality work is never something a business should be providing the community.

Every surface is wiped down, even your window blinds(!), and the floor is thoroughly vacuumed, mopped and dried (this is the most important part of the cleaning for me).
