Ordered from here through DoorDash. I received my bag of food from the delivery person and it wasn t sealed in any way. Why would a restaurant not seal the bag? Stickers, tape, anything! I m not saying the delivery drivers would do something, but it would give me peace of mind as a paying customer, that the restaurant cares to provide a quality check on their food and seal it for their customer. Just gave me an uneasy feeling to know that anything could have been done to my food from the time it left the restaurant and sealing the bag takes minimal effort. Disappointing for sure.

I can always count on Shake Shack to meet my night hunger needs. Having completed a three hour drive from Arlington, I figured this would be the easiest place to get food quickly. This location has self order kiosks, which are cool and easy to use. Its quite easy to navigate and to pay for your goods. If youre eating in, you take a number and find a table. You also share your mobile for a text. I selected a seat in front of the TV so I could watch the World Series. It wasnt long before my food was in front of me. And since I dont do ketchup, it was refreshing to hand it back to the young lady and the manager and not get push back (it happens). Everything about my meal was great. The spot got busier as it got closer to 8 pm. Overall, a good visit. Parking: Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: The kids love it. Burger, fries and a drink. Wheelchair accessibility: Theres accessible parking and a ramp.

Came in at night and person at front directed me to order on machines. He was super friendly and kind. Definitely a good manager or management material. Food was okay for shake shack. Fries were room temp as soon as I got my to go order. Chicken in the chicken avocado sandwich was super small or smaller than any piece I ve gotten from other shake shacks. But everything besides the fries was fresh. Good shakes, really unfortunate they got ride of a dairy free option but it s still up on the menu. Would go back and give them another try. Great atmosphere, hopefully the food is more up to shake shack standards next time. FYI: There is no drive thru.

Very Disappointed I first went to the one in Round Rock and it was great, when I saw there was one closer to home I couldnt wait to try it. From ordering, to the service, to the food all I can say is Ill never go back. All orders are on a kiosk which is harder for us seniors. It wouldnt allow me to do anything but add or remove items, couldnt ask for items to be on the side. Also Im guessing they run on a seasonal menu as both items we wanted were no longer on the menu. I ask for help but very hard to get service from girls walking around. The food was cold and surly not worth the cost. This place shouldnt even be in the Domain it just doesnt match up to any of the other restaurants there.

Simply DELICIOUS!!! I give it 4 for the place, the two times I have gone it is not particularly clean, the bathroom looks messy and dirty, and since it is small it is more noticeable. The state of the chairs and tables is already somewhat old and accentuates the feeling that the place is not very clean. The burgers are small, but pretty good!

The food was very good. I had the chicken elote sandwich and it was delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy inside. I also had a peaches and cream shake that was very tasty. The kids had chicken tenders and said they were very good and a bacon cheeseburger that was good. We shared fries and they were nice and hot and good. Lunch was pretty quick even though we went at prime lunch time- we ordered at a kiosk and put a number on our table and they brought us the food a few minutes later.

The shack always delivers in my opinion and the new avocado bacon burger is absolutely phenomenal! I gave service three stars, not because the service was bad, but because theres very little service now that theyve automated so much. The only time you really have any interaction with the staff is when they deliver the food and it would be nice if a manager was walking around to make sure things were tasting well and people were having a good time. Aside from that still my favorite place for a solid burger and the best fries in the business.

My first time trying the shroom burger and I loved it. Great option for vegetarians. And the seasonal peach shake was also delicious. The only complaint is atmosphere- and that is because it is really cold in the dining room. I get it- Texas heat- and the people in the kitchen need to stay as cool. So if youre cold natured keep that in mind. Vegetarian options: Only 2 options, but theyre both delicious. I highly recommend the shroom burger (but its not vegan) Dietary restrictions: They are very conscientious about allergies. Make sure they know of your restrictions or allergies and they will do everything they can to accommodate and ensure your food is prepared without your allergens and take steps to avoid cross-contamination Parking: Its in the Domain so theres plenty of free parking. Be prepared to walk during busy times.

Tried Shake Shack for the first time Friday, at the Domain location. First the good; the Shake was amazing. One of the best Ive had. The smoked bacon burger was good. I like being able to place my order at the kiosk; efficient and effective. The service after ordering was fantastic. The bad, the fries were cold and not very flavorful. Good thing theyre called Shake Shack and not Fries Shack. The cost is the same as five guys, so if youre expecting a cheap meal, go to one of the cheaper fast food places.

I am a patron of this establishment and what I witnessed today I will not be going back and will advise my friends and family to do the same. There is a manager there that was bullying a hardworking employee and the manager fired her. I personally told the young girl to turn her in to the labor board. You dont conduct that type of verbal abuse in front of other employees or customers. What do you teach these kids? The employee was part time and I had seen her come in on her days off.just because nobody else would. No matter whos fault it was. Did you write her up, give her a warning? You just fire her. You lost multiple customers doing this. Too bad, I will find another place to eat.

This is one of my favorite Shake Shacks to stop at mainly because the parking isnt as Dreadful as some of the other ones. But the people inside theyre always very nice they have self service machines for you to do your order on. I do wish they had maybe more cuz sometimes that line can be a little long especially if the fire department comes in to eat LOL. The food is always really good I recently tried their new Korean one and I have to say that I cant wait to order it again and I recommend putting pickles on it cuz if you have a weak palette like I do the pickles they just kind of help a little bit but you have to ask them because its not an option on their self-service that did suck but theyre really nice and and willing to add those to that order. The atmosphere is always really nice too theres plenty of places to sit whether its inside or outside. One of the things that I like that shake shack has at this particular location is kind of like a bike rack for dogs so you can tie them up and go inside and get something to eat. Paid $9 for the Korean BBQ burger and was expecting something filling. Instead, I got a small burger the size of a dollar cheeseburger from McDonalds. The portion was completely inadequate compared to the price, and I left hungry. The burger itself also did not even taste good. I could have gotten better food from a fast food restaurant or even a convenience shop.

I dont know why I always forget about this place when deciding upon where to eat. Its fast and has amazing options. I usually get the mushroom burger and its just wonderful! My friend got the Korean burger which had great flavor too. We also tried the Korean fries with cheese. It was super yummy!

Great date spot. The hot dog should be removed from the menu entirely, its almost $5 and its essentially a gas station hotdog cut in half. Doesnt even come with options like onions or relish, buddy youre just get a dog on a bun. The fries are excellent though.

Joey was a tremendous help, he offered to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before, during, and after we ate. I used to always love the mushroom burger but I recently went approaching closing time and the burger wasnt made properly. The mushroom was chewy and I couldnt swallow or bite into. And I also found it excessively salty for some reason. Also both the vegetarian burgers have egg in them. They dont mention the same on their menu which is not really appreciated.

I need to be done with this location. Always a subpar experience. Today was the capper. First, you could only order on the kiosks which is ridiculous because it takes people 2-3 times longer to figure it out on their own than just telling a cashier. And it wasnt like they were short staff. There were tons of workers. Then my order wouldnt go through so I asked the staff. They said, oh, we are out of bacon. So I start order, again, it doesnt work. Then worker comes over and says, oh, we just ran out of cheese. What??! It is 1:00, prime lunch time and you are out of cheese. I shouldve left but just had my plain burger and left. Lame.

Great vegetarian options! Perfect for a quick bite! Tried the veggie burger for the first time. Order- Veggie Shack with no pickles, added lettuce and tomato (Loved it!) Cheese Fries Sunset Lemonade Vegetarian options: There are two vegetarian options- shroom shack and veggie shack. Both are great! There are cheese fries without any meat as well.

Wasnt impressed with this Shake Shack, to be honest. It was super crowded, and I just cant wrap my head around the hype. The burgers were below average and definitely not worth the price tag. Plus, the staffs dress code was so casual I couldnt even tell who worked there. The food? Just okay, nothing to write home about. On the upside, the place was mostly clean, but that alone isnt enough to make me want to come back.

I sometimes have to come to this area for work. The last two times I ve come in for work I ve stopped by here as it is one of the few fast casual places that are open a little late. Standard Shake Shack. Lots of parking since this is a stand alone building next to a parking lot. Both of the times I went it was busy with take out orders but not too many diners. The last time I tried their veggie burger. It was okay. That said, I ll be going back to a regular hamburger next time.
