I am absolutely recommending. I have wanted to have a NFA trust done for years, but just wasnt quite ready to trust the process. A co-worker recommended Mr. Willi and I am glad he did. Mr. Willi was professional and took the time to explain all of the ins and out of the process during an initial phone call. He quickly got the paperwork over to me and provided extremely detailed information in the email, but it was written in a way that was easy for a non-lawyer to understand. I was able to go get the paperwork notarized and I sent the notarized copies over for review. Mr. Willi quickly got back with me after confirming everything was done properly. Everything was done quickly and easily via phone calls and email. It is a bit more expensive than some of the ones that are advertised, but I have learned the hard way (divorce) that it is worth it to spend a bit extra to make sure things are done properly and correctly the FIRST time.

WOW!!!!! What a great experience, called and spoke with Tracy about updating my Trust. Emailed the current Trust to Jim and within minutes was on the phone amending my current Trust. The phone conversation lasted 30 minutes or so. I had my new Trust at 9:30 PM the same night. By the way, I made the call at 4:30 PM that same day. I have been working with James sine 2014 with my first trust. He has always been helpful and straightforward. To me it just seems crazy for people not to use James and his office. I needed a change to my NFA Trust and called the Willi Law Firm, original creator of the trust. I told Jim what change I needed and he asked me a few questions and told me the best way to handle this is to amend and restate my trust. He had my trust document back in less than 24 hours, along with detailed instructions on what I needed to do to execute my trust. After I had my NFA Trust notarized, I sent him a copy. With in hours he sent me updated copies for blank forms, and a compressed copy of my trust for emailing. I strongly recommend the Willi Law firm, they are easy to work with and complete the service in a timely matter.
