We had the best experience celebrating our daughter s birthday here yesterday. We had the best game leader named Emmi, she was so fabulous and made our experience even better. It was a fantastic start to a birthday celebration day. Lauren was excellent and super friendly when checking us in, and Jessika did a tremendous job as our game guide. Both girls were super welcoming and so sweet, helping us celebrate. After we were done, when we went back to the lobby, they gave me a handmade birthday card that several of the staff signed and gave me a choice to pick out of some merch for my birthday. I took the I escaped Cosmic Crisis T-shirt. They went above and beyond to make our experience truly unforgettable. Cosmic Crisis escaped; check! We will be back to conquer the rest of the rooms for sure!!!

Teo was an incredible game master! We did the gold rush for my husbands 34th birthday and brought our 7 and 9 year old kids. I was always worried that an escape game would be too frustrating for them at this age but it was perfect for the family. It somehow nailed the balance between being challenging yet attainable. They keep an eye on you and also give unlimited clues that done solve the puzzle for you, but just nudge you in the right direction, leaving you to do the brainwork. We will absolutely be back for all of the puzzles

This is the second escape room I have done at this place when visiting family here in Austin and each time has been super awesome!! I have done escape rooms in other places and while those have been fun, there is something really special about these rooms. They are really visually appealing and the puzzles are super fun to figure out. Our host today was Kristin. She was a perfect host. She helped give us tiny hints to help keep us moving along but not so much that we felt like we weren t doing it ourselves. The staff here is always friendly and enthusiastic. They opened a location close to where I live in the Denver area and I can t wait to do more of their rooms there.

wow! just wow! we had such an amazing time at the escape game in austin. a friend and i looooove escape rooms and we do one every chance we get. it wasnt busy and there was lots of availability for ever room (though that might not be the case for everyone, we were there on a wednesday). we played every single game available (and escaped them all), and still got up the next morning to knock out the last one. if youre going to do an escape room id definitely recommend this place. friendly staff, imaginative puzzles, and top notch interior design. i think the best part was getting to know each of our game masters while talking about a twenty one pilots concert. at the end of playground they played stressed out over the speakers. totally unexpected but lots of fun to dance to since we escaped. we even got a twenty one pilots themed card signed by our game master anderson! it was so much fun, and i was worried we might be annoying them by playing so much haha, but 10/10 experience. next time im in austin ill definitely be back!

I ve been to a lot of escape rooms over the years , and even multiple The Escape Game locations but this is the best one hands down. Not only are the rooms exceptionally themed and challenging but the staff!! I came with one friend while we were in town for a concert and we ended up playing 7 of the 8 rooms available. Every single staff member greeted us with such joy and kindness I felt as if I made friends with all of them in an instant. Versa, Forrest, Stephen, Camille so many I can t remember them all I m so sorry and one even made us a thank you card for our last game! Shoutout to Anderson!! genuinely some amazing people here sorry to the names I ve forgotten but know that I greatly appreciated you all and will be back as soon as there is a new game for us to play, you can count on it!
