I was highly recommended to Margaglione Law by a few men who had been through their own divorces with very favorable results. I had a unique situation where I needed limited divorce services. Margaglione Law was very accommodating and did their best to educate me while working with me throughout the process. I was treated with personal care, not simply as a paying client. The most admirable aspect of their service was that they allowed me to have a continuous voice regarding our relationship so that I felt I received a fair service at a fair price.

Josie and her staff has provided me excellent legal assistance for many years. I was originally referred to Josie by a Personal Injury attorney that attended Law School with her. I had already been divorced for 4yrs, but needed help with the impossible, to somehow overturn what I originally agreed to in my divorce decree. Josie & team did an amazing job & helped make my case (vs opposing counsels) look like the obvious choice for the Judge to side with. The team was always pleasant to speak with & easy to get ahold of. The team works very VERY well together! At times, I thought I needed to speak with Josie, but quickly learned that her Paralegal, Receptionist & even her Admin Assistant knew the answers I was looking for. They all kept ea other aware of what was going on in my case & they seemed genuinely interested in helping me WIN......& they did just that. I also learned a lot about Family Law when working with Josie & team. I had originally thought that a good Family Law attorney was someone who was very aggressive & mean, but learned how treating everyone with respect made for a better experience & results! After 15 years of being told there was nothing that could be done about my egregious divorce settlement Josie took on my challenge. And within 6 months we had renegotiated and resolved my original decree. For the first time since getting divorced I felt like I had a team that actually cared about my situation. I needed an attorney that would treat me with decency and perform in such a manner that demanded respect and power. I was treated with great respect and they stood firm when I needed them to. In a difficult divorce case I needed an attorney that was not afraid to go up against a powerful advisary. I received all that I could expect and it was done with strength and class. In the end we were successful. I took back my life, my reputation and my financial security.

The saying goes you get what you pay for and I beg to differ. In the matter of priceless art or artifacts, you may get very little for a hefty sum of money. When it comes to your loved ones, these priceless items are mere trinkets in comparison to the value of the quality of life in regards, especially, to one of your children. What I paid for and what I got from Margaglione law dont even begin to compare to each other and my child has had an immense improvement in their quality of life. As far as the cost, they were up front and honest about what the costs associated could be and I have yet to see the worst case scenario to date. I highly recommend the services provided here, not only based on the quality and professionalism but for the highly family oriented and positive vibes that were desperately needed in my troubling situation.

From start to finish, Josie and her team were diligent in providing me with clear direction on how best to navigate one of the most difficult undertakings I ve ever faced. Josie and her support staff worked tirelessly to ensure that the boys and I were protected and set up for success going forward. There are no winners in the divorce process, but the Margaglione Law team provided me with the resources, instruction, and compassion I needed to see the bigger picture. Josie and team efficiently brokered an amicable mediation and tremendous outcome, in the face of incredible obstacles. The biggest take-away for me was that I had prompt responses from the team when I had questions, well documented, fair billings, and a trusted advocate moving forward. When my husband died I hired Ms. Margaglione to help me with all the legal things, the will and the probating of the will. I was so pleased with the time it took her to get it done. Went to court within a very short time and got the probate done and everything I needed to move forward. She was very knowledgeable about all of my concerns and was very compassionate concerning my situation. I am in the process of making a few changes in my will and Josie is helping me with that too. I would never think of using anyone else. Very pleased with her and her firm!!

Can you say BREACH OF CONTRACT! Josie knew how to bill you for time she did not take to learn the law and then would misrepresent you for her non knowledge, so you can get kicked down and dirty from the other side who did know the law. She then treats you condescendingly when you call her on unfair billing times and also for breaching your information to other apposing attorneys. I realized she was not only not a good attorney, but was so bad that I filed an official complaint on her and had to fire her over the breach. I would not ever go to her for anything.. but especially for a divorce! You will leave a case with a lot less than you came in with and have only regrets that you hired her in the first place! OHH and also, just know that after she bills you for all of the time you get together for preparing for your case, she bails out to try to get you to settle for crap, so she wont have to go before a judge for anything. I know that the system has its hallway deals with the opposing side, but she milks you to say that you need to really prepare, which cost you by the hour to do this and then she tries to talk you into caving in as she is too scared to go into the court room to argue your case. If I had not pushed her hand the very first time she tried this with me, I would have gotten rail roaded by the attorney who tried to use underhanded legal tactics to win the first part of our case. I refused to back down and then they settled in my favor the first time.. Then as they change to get a more aggressive attorney she coward, and then told my very sensitive areas of concerns for my childs welfare to my exs attorney and they used it against me to try to twist my arm into settling for a variety of areas, I told her to protect my interest on,which she did not do. Not to mention compromising my kids wellfare! Bottom line... run away from her if you are currently working with her on as you will loose or never use her and warn others too!

Josie was phenomenal! She provide me with options, showed compassion and really cared about the safety and well-being of my children and I. So much so that I have referred her to many others in which she has done an exceedingly well job! Thanks Josie for all youve done. It is not often that you find people who love what they do and actually care about other people.
