After 2 years of defending our legal rights for our relationship with our grandchildren, the Final Orders have finally been issued by the Court (in our favor). Mr. Wright failed to remove us in spite of his many pro bono hours (per his complaint to the judge) and his client lost rights she had before he challenged our standing. After receiving the judgment, Mr. Wright couldnt resist one last swing of his verbal bat, sending us yet another aggressive, antagonistic email. The hypocrisy of him sending an afterthought message with his last word compels me to respond here. If youre looking for a lawyer who has no regard for the welfare of the children involved in your case, Jasons ready to represent you. It has been painful to witness the harm hes caused our grandchildren.

Lets face it, divorce is hard, mine certainly had its issues. With Jason, the greatest part is that I could count on his honesty. He explained the process to me, one time I was wanting to make a decision based on emotions (and yes, yes, I was emotional, it is part of the circumstances) and he calmly told me the truth. He led me through all the challenges and showed me compassion, I felt as though Jason took one of the most painful parts of my life and helped me think reasonably about what I was doing. Jason helped me through a divorce a few months back. I had a unique situation, given that I was no longer in Texas (due to a military move). We divorced through the Texas courts and Jason did everything he could to ensure the process was a smooth one for me, even from afar. No one ever wants to refer a friend to a divorce lawyer, but when a dear friend confided in me the escalating domestic abuse she was experiencing at home, I was so relieved to refer her to Jason as her case was fairly complex. I attended her first meeting with Jason at her request, and I wish everyone facing a divorce and custody battle could receive the levelheaded, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable counsel that I witnessed Jason provide. I found Mr. Wright by way of a friend who had been represented by the same firm during his divorce. As a long time stay at home dad who had returned to the workforce, I was anxious about how my time spent away from my career would affect my access to my children. It took only a one hour consultation for Mr. Wright to understand my concerns desired outcomes. Mr. Wright took his time and explained each step of this arduous process to my satisfaction and understanding. After months of working through the process, I came away with all of my desired outcomes in place.
