Valerie, Erica, and the team at Tejas Land & Title provided excellent service for me and my clients. Title company fees are very similar because of competition and regulations. So, from my perspective as a Realtor, they distinguish themselves with the level of service that they provide. Valerie was on top of everything along the way. Cross county closings can be challenging since you have to really stay on top of referral partners. There are a lot of things that can and do pop up when purchasing real property involving property rights that can be temporary or extend generations. So, its important to have a title partner to who is proactive and addresses property rights issues timely before they delay closings when possible. Everything went smoothly and we closed on time. And, Erica was very thorough and patient, answering all my clients questions during closing.

So I look for Title companies I know will return phone calls and emails to make it as smooth transaction for my client as possible.
