In October 2019 I spent a night in Travis county jail. It took almost three years (April 2022) but Rachel successfully and triumphantly got a .09 DWI charge against me completely dismissed. Im not sure if her fees have changed since then (which would be understandable due to Bidenflation) but back then her representation cost me all of $3,000. Attorneys like Rachel are golden - she made the little inconvenience piggy run all the way home!

Rachel Rogers is an amazing attorney. She fought hard to get my case taken care of in less than a year. I highly recommend Ms. Rogers to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney. With her help the recent case against me was dismissed. She is intelligent and more than competent as an attorney, and also compassionate; after the dismissal of my case she gave my wife and I (we were overjoyed in the moment) words of hope and wisdom. Rachel Rogers saved my life. After being unjustly accused for a criminal charge in Hays County, I spent 17 months with these charges under my record and was not able to find one single lawyer that would defend me in this county. Very manipulative, very rude, and don t bother trying to fight a case because she will scare you in to not doing it. I am older and wiser now and just want to make sure I can help who ever sees this review to not get manipulated and belittled by her. Go ahead and spend some extra money to find a lawyer that is worth it.

She really saved my life because I w as s looking at 2 years state jail and now I dont have to do jail time Im telling yall she will fight for you and it might not seem that way but she makes it happen with no hesitation. Becareful I was falsely accused of leaving an accident I wasnt even driving. I covered for someone no one was injured and one wood pannel was broken . No one answered the door we left a note. It was a misdemeanor ticket . The officer believed a drunken womans gossip. Arrested me. With no witnesses . And suckerpunched me kept me from receiving medical treatment. And Ms. Rogers told me not to worry about going to court. A warrant was issued. When I was again arrested falsely. Ms Rogers told me to get myself out and never answered our calls. I intend to sue her and the city of Austin after my jury trial.

She handled a misdemeanor case for me and did an excellent job. It was my first offense I was scared and confused about how all of it worked and she was careful to explain everything to me and walk me through it. I also had to be in one of my college classes during my court time, and as managed to get me excused from court for the day, and got me off very well in the end. Not to mention she is just very kind and genuinely concerned about you and your case. I would highly recommend her to anyone in her area!
