I don t want to post to overcrowd the place but this is THE spot. I m a nickel city/lost well/violet crown lover so if those are your spots then this will be the best rec! Food is outrageously good and cheap, drinks are stiff, beer is ICE COLD, and the staff is friendly! (Especially the girl with the gorgeous long strawberry blonde hair) I wish I knew her name because she always takes such good care of whoever I take there. There s pool tables and intimate seating available. The parking isn t the best but you should be Ubering anyways!!!! Ha!

Very nice bar that Ive never been to before and was here for about an hour and a half and had a drink and some food. Overall, the one thing I got was the chicken wings, which were pretty decent good flavors, and the bartender was really cool and overall friendly! The atmosphere was pretty retro, and I enjoyed a lot of these signs and advertisements for all the different beers, and some of them are kind of funny.

Used to be a regular at Fraziers but now I won t step foot in there. Came in after a 12 hr shift at 1am (I am also service industry) and didn t know if my check had cleared so I asked the bartender to run my card before he poured the drink to see. Told me piece of advice, don t come to a bar if you don t know if you can afford a 6.50$ drink. He s probably poured me up 100 times in the past. Frazier s does not treat hardworking people correctly. Bartenders are just plain rude.

Pro tip: get the corn dog with a side of the chili. This is tech not on menu but easily accomplished. (You are welcome ) Great dive bar to get a cheap beer and a solid hotdog. Be aware if you sit outside you will smell like you smoked a pack of cigarettes when you are done, but that is what you SHOULD expect from a spot like this. Billiards, shuffleboard, juke box and cheap eats and beer is what you come here for. Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers and even corn dogs! Pretty friendly for a dive bar. Dietary restrictions: Dive bar with dive-y food. High probability of cross contamination for celiacs. If you are cool with contact with gluten you will be fine if you are keto. Wings for paleo folks. Parking: Tiny shared lot with limited spaces. Be responsible and ride share Kid-friendliness: It s a smoke cloud covered entrance and really a true dive bar. No one under 21. Wheelchair accessibility: Sorry if accessible but usually super packed so navigating the parking lot, the venue, or finding a table would be a challenge. Also - you are only able to order at the bar and there is no wheelchair height area for ordering

Hot dog w/ grilled kraut was so good I m already thinking about when I m going back. Wings were yummy! All the food was super hot and fresh which was awesome for bar food. Cool vibe, great jukebox, friendly and helpful service. More of a bar than a late night food option but we will definitely be back! Parking: Limited parking so maybe Uber

Really cool spot I discovered this with my best friends a couple of weeks ago and I ve been coming here since until today. I feel like I ve had a very bad customer service and that I was singled out because of my skin color. I ve never felt like this in Austin until now. I went to the bar to close my tab and the bartender didn t understand that and gave me a dos XX instead. I was confused so I said is that for me? She said I ll have to charge you for it. I said fine that s OK then she had nahfs me a receipt, I signed the receipt. I grab my beers and then I go outside and see with my friends. I already finished the beer and it s been about 15 minutes. She comes out and grabs dos xx and throws it in the trash. she said you didn t pay for that. You can just grab that you need to get out of here now I said well you charge me for it right? You said when I was trying to pay for my tab and you gave me a dos xx when you didn t understand my request I asked you can I have that? Is that for me? You said I ll have to charge you for it and then I said that s fine. Then you gave me a receipt for my tab. She grab my beer and she yells at me and my friends you need to get out of here. You can t do that. You can t just grab beers. I said I m not trying to grab beers. you charge me for it ! so I took it. Anyways, I really like this place until now because I know there is a troubled Burnette bartender with leg tattoos. Today is Monday, June 17 at Frazier. Everyone I met that was new in Austin and every friend I have. I will always talk to them about racers to go there and give it a shot it is a good experience and is a place that definitely expresses what Austin is until today for me. This experience. I don t wanna come back here ever again and I will tell everyone not to come here because of your troubled brunette with leg tattoos bartender. She could have handle that differently instead of making regular customer not wanna come back

Some of the best beer service in the city. Ice cold mugs with several beers on top and frozen cocktails as well. A cold glass and fresh beer just hits different. Fraziers got it right. Old school bar vibes and decor. Think 80s vintage beer brands and decor. Juke box with tunes and a kitchen that makes hot dogs, corn dogs, fries and burgers. New brunch menu...

I was a regular for years so let me tell you. The corn dogs and burgers you order are served in a kitchen that isn t regulated. I am not the first to want to complain about the rat infestation they have in the back in this place. Not to mention the water issue they have. $2 coors will make anything taste good. Tommy has no spine when it comes to treatment about people. That s why they treat the homeless like garbage when their patrons are egging them on and making them victims. They drink under the table all night and that s why you have rude service. Bartenders are all drunk and thank Frank the bar manager for that. They harass and alienate anyone that isn t wannabe hipster dive bar and calls them out. Thus the sign they can do what they want and kick anyone out. They over serve, over drink themselves, and deserve to be called on by TABC. Not to mention their prejudice with anyone that doesn t look like them (anyone POC). They fired the past doormen metal mike because he actually did his job protecting people. This place is washed up and I can t wait for it to get bought out like the condominium across from them. They also serve past 2am after hours to anyone they deem is cool. Good riddance to this wannabe dive bar. Bartenders who act like they re trendy. You re all just over grown hipsters. I was assaulted by Frank the bar manager too. They ll probably try to delete this review also. Bee was also under the influence of Xanax many times. Their door people also. They are a circus. Many locals have left reviews and they ve all been removed because the company has paid for it. So over their facad.

Best bar in the area by far. Looks like an old school dive/honky Tonk. Lots of little touches like the old school lights and decorations to make it feel like it s been here forever. Great staff, this has been my neighborhood spot for a year and everyone on staff has been chill. I also like the food, which for me is vegan(sorry). The beyond burger was killer. Parking is usually easy in the lot. If not there s always street parking. Safe area, although def not the fanciest part of town. If you want a cheers type place, add Frazier s to your list Vegetarian options: I ve heard the regular burger is amazing. I have had the vegan burger many times and it s fantastic. Tastes like a regular burger off a BBQ grill. They also have a vegan bratwurst which is also stellar.

Fraziers Long and Low in Austin, TX, is the epitome of a classic dive bar with its authentic atmosphere and charm. As soon as you walk in, youre greeted with the nostalgic sounds of a jukebox, the clinking of pool balls, and the shuffle of shuffleboard pucks. The decor feels like a trip back in time, giving the place a timeless appeal. The food at Fraziers is a delightful surprise for a dive bar. Their bar food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it easy to indulge without breaking the bank. From crispy chicken wings to juicy burgers, theres something to satisfy every craving. The bartender adds to the welcoming vibe, serving up drinks with a smile and striking up conversations with both regulars and newcomers alike. The locals are friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel like a part of the community, even if its your first time there. Overall, Fraziers Long and Low offers a genuine Austin experience thats hard to find elsewhere. Whether youre looking for a place to grab a bite, enjoy a few drinks, or just soak in the local atmosphere, this dive bar is a must-visit when in Austin.

Came by to grab some food from this spot My friend said this is one of the hidden gems in Austin if youre in the south area. He recommended getting the corn dogs and french fries which I did grab some and I got a burger and I got some cheese fries It was pretty good it wasnt super amazing but it definitely hit the spot and I hadnt been drinking so I was more sober for this experience concerning it was at a bar. Theres a little bit of wait time for the food but overall it was all pretty good and it was pretty cheap honestly which is very surprising. The restrooms were actually pretty decently clean considering its a bar which is wild to me. Overall I definitely think I will come back. Parking: I dont know how busy this place usually is on regular days but it was the weekend so it was pretty busy. You had to park on the street and it was actually raining today so I would say parking isnt the greatest theres not a lot of parking spots to be honest.

I have never been spoken to in such a rude and disrespectful manor and all I was doing was standing to order a beer and food. Looking for brunch past 2pm. Atmosphere definitely surprised us based on the first few pictures you can see without clicking in. We felt like Rapunzel in the dark bar where everyone looks scary, but is actually nice. It was pretty easy to order, just felt a little awkward bc of how full the bar was. There was almost zero seating, but we ended up scoring a tiny table inside. We would have been okay outside, but it was freezing and they don t have any of those heat lamp things and people were smoking out there (not our thing). We got the big booty biscuits, fries, and mug of mimosa. We understood immediately why it was so full. We want to visit again for sure and work our way around the menu, but everything tasted incredible. Parking: There were not many spots at all. There didn t appear to be any nearby street parking close to the restaurant. There is a towing warning on the little bodega/rest stop place attached to Frazier s, but nothing happened to us. Not sure if we just got lucky or not. Won t risk it again.

Low key hole in the wall type spot. If you are looking for a lax vibe to stop in for a drink and bar type food I recommend this spot. The fries are seasoned and have a unique shape. I came for the chili cheese dog and was not disappointed. Warning there is a high level of sodium in these items so if thats not your thing i dont recommend the cheese fries. It did not taste over seasoned but I definitely noticed the salt. The bartender was friendly, professional and quick. UPDATE - I returned Jan 2024 and doesnt seem anything has changed. Laid back hole in the wall bar. I returned to try the little og burger. Knowing it was small I also ordered the vinnys chopped cheese and of course cheese fries. The little og burger surprised me I really did enjoy it! Looks like McDonalds but tastes much better...its something about that very soft bun they used. The chopped cheese started off nice but around bite #4 or 5 I got a section of nothing but salt. I continued to see if maybe it was just that bite but nope it continued. So needless to say I recommend the little og burger and the cheese fries for sure. I will likely return to enjoy these items again. The margarita is cool as far as taste just lacking tequila. The service was cool.

I ve been a fan since they first opened and been loyal ..but last night the chicken tenders were beat so thin and cooked so long they tasted burned and had no meat on them, and had a strong, char flavor.. and I was absolutely disappointed, but no one seemed to care. You ve always held high standard, but you dropped the ball last night Fraziers

This place is a real gem. The atmosphere is like 1980s neighborhood bar, complete with light up vintage beer signs, faux leather booths, a long bar with seating, and vintage blown glass swag lamps. Heckin cozy, but on weekends is very lively and a hell of a good time. Pool tables, a great jukebox, staff is friendly and down to earth. Theres a little covered patio out front too. Theyre open for lunch even on weekdays and youll find the best corn dog in town, really great little basic burgers (meat, cheese, pickles), and big thicc seasoned potato wedge fries. Offering a full bar, cocktails, frozen ritas, and basic beers on tap or in bottles. A great place to eat, bring your friends for a drink, or meet people. (Pics taken on a weekday at opening time)

This is such a great place to meet people and get a fresh take of the Austin nightlife. The food is incredible, alert- I did have food after drinks and have only tried it this once. But this seems to be an Austin staple and it makes sense - the bartenders are amazing. Taking several , accurate and quick drink orders at a single time. All of the vibes of a dive bar and all of the energy of keeping Austin weird while killing it in all of the above!! 11/10! Will be back!

This is my favorite bar in Austin, don t ruin it!!! . Classic throwback bar without the cigarette smell. Friendly bartenders, great jukebox (rock, blues, 90s hip hop), pool, shuffle board, arcade games. Food is classic bar style burgers, hot dogs, wings, fries, etc. Unisex bathrooms. Lebowski esque visual décor. Dogs allowed.

Love the tiny cheese burgers and the $2 coors on Thursday. Dietary restrictions: They are always happy to make cheeseless burgers for my lactose free friend. The fries are delicious if you cant gluten. Food : 5/5 |

waited for food for about an hour and saw it sitting the whole time. when I asked about my food and it was finally brought to me, I said I didn t want food that was sitting out for half an hour and got an extremely rude response from the woman and was told to leave. why am I punished for poor service as well as expected to eat food i saw sitting for half an hour? no apology or offered fresh food?

Unpretentious Dive bar with excellent food and great deals. Don t miss the weekend brunch with the frosted mimosa mugs. Great place to hang out with friends. Very dog friendly too, so if you bring in a friendly pup, they ll be the center of attention.

My favorite dive bar in Austin. Cheap drinks, surprisingly excellent food, and a great atmosphere. Think 70s midwestern vibes. One of the bests places to end the night and a favorite for meeting up and hanging with friends. They also have pool tables and a shuffleboard. Parking: Not many spots in the lot itself, so you ll probably have to find street parking in the neighborhood which usually doesn t take too long
