First time eating Godfather s pizza. We ordered takeout and got a few regular crust pepperoni and sausage pizzas. The crust and depth of the pizza was nice and thick and was not overly greasy. A large was $12 with the deal they had going but it was only for take out. Overall, good value and quality pizza and will be going back.

I came here after a tough day at work to pick up some pizza for my kids and let me tell you the service was amazing! their cashier Inshal was so welcoming and helped me out so much with what to order for my kids. she even helped me walk the pizza out to my car, a sweet and caring staff. on top of the service, the pizza was so good! crust was nice and crispy, the sauce was amazing! definitely recommend this location! 10/10!!!

It was a pleasant experience trying out this pizza place. The pizzas had enough cheese without any extra order of cheese and we liked that. We also liked the taste to be a bit different and better. Its a nice find for us and we are definitely going to try this place again. Thanks Christie for being patient with us. We would have liked some coupons as the lunch-time prices got over. Also, the loyalty feature of the app needs to allow inclusion of POS transactions. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend for any pizza lover.

Look...I have fond memories of this restaurant from my childhood. The taco pizza being my favorite! So, when this popped up around the corner I was excited. The negative... When I pay the high price for a specialty pizza, I shouldnt get hassled over the taco sauce packets to go with my pizza. The taco sauce on top is what MAKES the taco pizza for me. I even forgive the stingy toppings (lack of evenly spread shredded cheese & tomatoes on top) because I love the flavor of that taco sauce combined with the other flavors on my pizza. I would expect at the VERY LEAST to get one packet per slice... However, for a large pizza, that barely covers half the slice. When I get delivery I am lucky to get any sauce. Today I picked up, opened the box & didnt even have enough for one a slice. I asked for a handful more & said I like a lot of sauce. I maybe got 4 more. I was asked if that was enough & I asked, can I have more please, I like 2 per slice. The worker replied, 2 PER SLICE! Then proceeded to bring me 3 more. I still ended up with a few packets over the 1 per slice. Which at least I had the bare minimum. My point is...the pizza isnt cheap & it is a condiment that compliments this particular specialty pizza! Also ... he acts like it comes out of his paycheck. Seriously, 2 tiny packets of sauce per large slice of pizza is not unreasonable. Do better for your customers & they may come back more often, especially when they live a shoe throw away!

Just took the family for lunch. Very cozy atmosphere, no loud music. Dine in is limited but very open. Restroom is clean. Staff is very friendly. They have variety of pizza, pasta, calzones and awesome stuff for the sweet toothers. We ordered cheese pizza for the kids, good size pie. Also ordered the spicy pesti chicken pizza, ... delicious. The crust was not that great, maybe next try others besides original. We also go mango spicy wings, super juice and tasty. Also got the carbonara Alfaro pasta. Will definitely recommend this place.

I walked into the restaurant and immediately noticed how clean it looked and smelled. Syed was friendly and professional. He recommended the pepperoni pizza, and the medium size was on special for $10! It was my first time visiting Godfathers Pizza, and he threw in a complimentary dessert - monkey bread. Excellent customer service, and the food was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the pizza - crust and all! It had a great flavor and a slight crunch of the crust. The ratio of sauce to cheese was well balanced. The monkey bread was buttery, soft, sweet, and had a sugary glaze on top. If youre looking for a great pizza place thats delicious and affordable, look no further and check them out! Ill definitely be back.

This was my kids cheese pizza! the manager told me sorry ma am that s how cheese is supposed to look WHAT! I ve been ordering cheese pizza for my kids for 19 years.. never have I had one this burnt! We ordered a pineapple and pepperoni pizza that had no pepperoni and the manager said the pepperoni is under the cheese hidden . My man started pulling the pizza apart looking for pepperoni right in front of him and guess what . No pepperoni! I give a 3 star because my boyfriends pizza was good. My pizza had no sauce and barely any toppings at $1.50 per topping on a personal pizza. Luckily, I had a jar of spaghetti sauce on hand. So, $15.99 for a dry personal pizza with no toppings. Im new to the area, and I will just have to keep looking for good pizza out here. Just letting yall know the personal pizza is not worth it.

I wanted to dine at this place [Little Elm branch] in the evening with family and the person (girl) at the reception was very helpful but there was a short guy who came later and startled prompting from back , he was very rude and mean and he started putting his own rules even though the girl was trying to be very helpful, we ended coming out without dining it due to the short guys rudeness and randomly putting different prices from what the girl suggested and the short guy telling us to eat dinner in 15 mins even though there was at-least 45 mins before closing the restaurant , the short guy was very arrogant and didn t see there were Kids with me , I definitely wouldn t never never recommend anyone going there not a place for a good family dine

I was reluctant to try a new chain of Pizza, but I am soooo glad I did. I ordered the spicy pesto specialty chicken pizza and wings combo deal!! The spicy pesto chicken pizza on the golden buttery crust was the perfect blend of spice, cheese and veggies!! And the Buffalo wings were also crispy and perfectly cooked!! I will preface this review by saying, I have not visited the actual restaurant, I ordered delivery on Grubhub. Although I ve seen great reviews before, my expectations were still average. However, this pizza is far beyond average. This is probably some of the best pizza I ve ever had. The taste was light and moist, not heavy or dry like I m used to with some of the larger chains. I can tell the ingredients were fresh and the delivery came much faster than we expected. I will definitely be ordering from here again and again.

We were so happy when this location opened closer to our home with some of our favorite employees, but then they left. It has been open about a year now, so they should have the kinks worked out. Yet the customer service and quality continue to be an issue. The pizza is inconsistent. The manager is frequently *unavailable* and/or off-site leaving inexperienced teens in charge which is reprehensible and irresponsible. Tonight when everyone in our home got sick and one piece of my pizza had hair in it that was it for us. We stuck with them through the mistakes, but this is too much.

Placed an online order tonight, my second time doing so. Asked for Parmesan Garlic drizzle on top but the rest of the pizza to be how it comes. Get there to pick it up and for the second time they made the sauce on the pizza Parmesan Garlic and no drizzle. They showed me the receipt that prints on their end as well, with the word drizzle cut off because it is too long to print apparently. Was told that if I dont want this issue to happen again (since it happened with my 1st order as well) that I need to make a special note stating I want the drizzle. How many other people are affected by this and how many other drizzles can this happen with on their end. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my pizza corrected and was given nothing in compensation for their error. I was excited to try this place when I saw we were getting another pizza place in the area but unfortunately it was disappointing. The pizza looked good upon arrival but the taste was awful. The sauce was bland, the cheese had no flavor, and the veggies tasted like they have been sitting in a walk-in fridge for too long. It tasted like the pans they used to make it which was terrible. Normally I eat a good portion of a pizza and save the rest for the next day but after a couple slices I threw it away. I just couldn t stand the taste. You can find way better options along 380 in my opinion.

It took exactly two hours for my delivery order to arrive upon ordering. I called the location a half hour after the initial ETA given to me in my confirmation email had passed, and the girl that answered the phone told me that my order was ready, but that they were waiting to have it delivered. Seems to be a common occurrence based on other reviews. The BBQ chicken pizza was good, but the cheesesticks tasted like cardboard and the apple streusel pizza didnt look anything like what was advertised and tasted foul. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the BBQ chicken pizza was decent, but the delivery time and other food items will keep me from ordering here again. Very disappointing.

I placed an online order from the website. It said the order would be delivered within 30-45 mins. Almost an hour and a half later, still no delivery. I contacted the store and they said something happened with the delivery, but it was on the way. 30 mins later, the order was delivered. Both pizzas were cold and greasy from sitting forever. I again contacted the store and they said they remember the order and understand that it was cold and not delivered in a timely manner. They asked to remake the pizzas and will re-deliver them. 50 minutes goes by and they deliver them. Guess what, pizzas not any better. The taco pizza looked like it had slide down and everything was moved to one side. Needless to say, wont be ordering from this place again.

Always love Godfathers Pizza. The family and I were so excited when one opened so close to our home. Now I dont have to make the drive thru Little Elm to Frisco to get our Godfathers fix. The staff there are always courteous and engaging. The Managerial staff are right there to answer questions for any issue that might arise. Now the Pizza!!!, Hands down the best around. Ordered delivery last night for the first time ever. Ordered the Jumbo taco pizza with 1 lb. Of plain chicken wings. I requested blue cheese sauce for my wings. Also was told the taco pizza came with sour cream and I ordered and paid for extra sour cream. I also ordered and I assume paid for a side of marinara sauce. Pizza and wings were dropped/placed on the front door stoop and delivery person was back in their car by the time I opened up the door. The total came to almost $50.00. The wings had the wrong sauce (ranch dressing) and there was no sour cream whatsoever (either on the pizza or in a side) and no extra marinara sauce. The wings tasted good, the taco pizza tasted like a regular ground beef pizza just with lettuce and tomato on top. They messed up my order and did not include the sauces/condiments I requested which I paid for. I was very disappointed. Hence the two stars. I would not order the taco pizza again. I also dont like being charged for something that is not delivered as part of my delivered food.

This location has been here for about 2-3 months and it didn t disappoint. Service was fast and the employee spent time to explain their options. The pizza itself was delicious and hot when we got it home. Definitely will go back. The restaurant was clean and open. The employees didn t wear masks but I did so it wasn t much of an issue with me since I wasn t eating there.

Ordered a pizza via grub hub. When I called to tell them there was an issue with the pizza, they said exactly what was wrong with the pizza without me telling them. This proves they sent the pizza out wrong. Then, they argued with me to tell me why they werent wrong. Told me to correct it instead of taking ownership of the problem. I called back to tell them dont worry, I got a refund and the guy that made the pizza started telling me he was new and that he didnt do it on purpose. The point, you KNOWINGLY sent it out wrong. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE. Mistakes can be corrected. Bad customer service and not taking responsibility for your mistake? Unacceptable.

Be aware they will make you wait additional 40 minutes after they quote you a time. Pizza will then be giving cold and with the wrong toppings. I picked up my pizza so telling me my address was new doesn t justify why my order was delayed.

They have really good pizza. They dont have any fountains. So drinks can kind of get expensive when you have kids. But I imagine if youre just there for the pizza itll be great.

The pizza is just OK, and WAY severely overpriced. I would not order again from here. The monkey bread is dry and not much sauce is on it. This was a very disappointing choice for dinner. There are so many other better options out there, and far lower priced.

I would highly suggest not to eating from this place. My wife and I got really sick from the pizza we just ordered tonight. It was our first time trying out this place & probably the last. On top of that the pizza was very bland, crust tasted like we were eating Cardboard & sauce had no flavor at all. $30.00 completely wasted unfortunately.

2 stars to be fair, because the pizza is good IF it is hot. But don t count on your food to be hot or accurate, or to get any type of passable customer service. Got the run around for a delivery. Told it would be 30 minutes, called at 45 minutes and they said it had been sitting up front waiting, but apparently one of the pizzas was wrong. Talked to Ernesto and he said they would remake it and it would be there in 10-15 minutes. Called back at 20 minutes. Door dash driver is still 10 minutes away, you can just come pick it up. Ernesto said they would remake the order so it was hot, and it would be ready in 10 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later, and they still need 5-10 minutes for the pizza to be ready. Don t order delivery, don t expect your order to be correct or ready on time for pick-up, and don t expect accurate timelines or any kind of passable customer service. Pizza is good, but not worth the hassle. Save your money and stress and go anywhere else.

Nice clean place. Cashier was very polite and awesome. Happy for pizza place with halal food too right next to us in Savannah. Wings are definitely a must try as well as they were mouthwatering (I got teriyaki) They always have deals and coupons so look for those! I noticed some reviews on how they want you to tip. As all new registers have, it will ask you to tip for togo orders when paying. Every new restaurant asks this on the tablet before signature. It s a choice of whether you want to or not. I never have for togo orders and never got intimidating looks from anyone.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED!!! PLACED AN ORDER AND SAID ORDER SHOULD BE READY. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER I HAD TO CALL BC THE ORDER HAD NOT SHOWN UP. WHEN THE YOUNG LADY ANSWERED, SHE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND WAS TALKING TO ME LIKE I WAS A FRIEND, NOT A CUSTOMER AND THEN PROCEEDED TO JUST SAY HOLD ON. COMES BACK AND SAYS YEAH YOUR ORDER IS SITTING RIGHT HERE AND IS READY. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. SHE PUTS ME ON ANOTHER HOLD, DOESNT SAY ANYTHING I JUST HEAR HOLD MUSIC AGAIN AND THEN SOME ROBOT MANAGER GETS ON THE PHONE. APOLOGIZES AND TELLS ME IT WILL BE OUT FOR DELIVERY IN LESS THAN 5 MIN. Pizza doesnt get put to a warming place once its ready so my food was sitting out on the counter for who knows how long; everything was cold by the time I got home. No sense of urgency with the front staff girls, one of them was wearing a dirty mask and kept touching it then touching everything else. Not sure what this required tipping is for either. Warmed everything up in the oven and I ended up on the toilet for an hour later in the evening, everyone else was fine but we got individual food. Ranch is Hidden Valley, I expected a place like this to have in house ranch. Wont be returning.

All other customers that walked in were not asked to tip, nor hounded for a tip. I waited for my food inside for pick up. A young man calls me to the register and says your food will be ready in 1 minute, before you pay answer the question. I looked at the card reader and it said tip with amounts. I looked at him confused as this was not a deliver nor was I served for dine in. What I assume was the owner came out from the back and gave me an intimidating look. I chose an amount and paid then magically the boxes that were behind him were mine. I ve never felt race was an issue however all the customers that were not harassed were white and I am Hispanic. It is 2021 and yet we re still living in the 1950 s mindset.

Terrible experience ever, when I went to pick up my food the man there told me Before you pay, answer this question then I asked what is it? in a confused tone. The man proceeded to say Tip and tapped his hand on my food payment receipt. He didnt want to give me my food unless I tipped him. This is so shady for me because, I drove all the way to this restaurant and then was told I couldnt have my food unless I gave him a tip to his satisfactory. This man is using people. Do not go here the food isnt even that great. REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE This man is guilty tripping and harassing people for money.

Pizza, wings, cheese sticks, Italian monkey bread were all very good. However they do not have company drivers. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get via door dash. I do not know if the tip I prepaid through the site was passed on to dasher. These pies will fill you up. I usually eat 4 slices of large dominos/Pizza Hut, I was full after 2 slices.

I got the Mediterranean pizza with chicken on it. Delicious. Thin crust and light. Didn t make me feel heavy or tired like after other pizza places. Since it isn t as heavy, a Large feeds about 1-2 people. Gave me some complimentary cinnamon monkey bread that was fluffy, warm and tasty since it was my first visit.
