I spent damn near $100 on food for family and pizza hut got our order wrong. When my husband called to talk to them about this issue (the second time theyve messed up our order) they hung up on him. The workers and management have I dont care written all over their body language when you go in for carry out. As small as it is, they have lost our business and we will be recommending people go else for their pizza needs.

Ive been coming to this pizza hut since I moved to Paloma Creek in 2019. I always tip 20% - even though I pick up my orders inside the store - because I have witnessed the shenanigans the employees there put up with. I will no longer be coming to this pizza hut because of how I was treated yesterday. I was paying for my order with a $100 bill and trying to work out the math for a tip in my head. One lanky guy with a neck beard said, Its just simple math. You know - addition and subtraction? Sir. I may not be smart enough to do simple math, but I am smart enough to know not to condescendingly insult the person tipping me. The audacity bewildered me in the moment. Years coming here - Im always nice, I always tip. Will never return to this store again

Placed an order for delivery from this location and paid for 2 containers of ranch. Upon receiving order from door dash, mind you we ordered through the pizza Hut app, the ranch was no where to be seen. I can understand if it was a free condiment they forgot to put it in the bag, but this is a premium, paid for, condiment that was not included. In laymans terms, thats theft. If you do decide to order from this place, either do a pickup and check every item you paid for or be prepared to not recieve your condiments if you select delivery.

Ordered pizza and a soda. Pizza was delivered but not the soda, even though it was paid for. Driver Said he was going to go back and get it but never came back. We called the pizza hut to let them know and at least get our money back. We were transfered to a supposed store. No one answered and after 15 rings it hung up. We tried a couple of times with the same result. Terrible service and taking money with out delivering the complete order and then not answering the phone. Will never order from there again.

I realized once i arrived home that my pizza order was incorrect. Prior to leaving the employee Apologized for the cinnamon sticks however, I was in a rush so I declined the option to wait another 15 minutes for my order. Then once I arrived home I specifically asked for Pan crust and I received a foreign combination of thin and hand tossed. After calling back up to the 26735 US-380 Suite 104, Aubrey, TX 76227 location off Paloma Creek a brown female with an attitude as bad as her braids with no customer service training or positive representation of Pizza Hut. After calling to explain my order she began interrogating me and asked me what the crust looked like and after explaining to her that it wasnt Pan crust 3 times she absurdly hung up on me and routed all of the calls to the call center instead of to the store. Twice I called back and she picked up and hung up in my face then the next 15 times I was routed to the call center. I would prefer to speak with management as I hope this isnt a reflection of management or Pizza Huts customer service training and process. My next complaint will be on our neighborhood forums and social media platforms.

I ordered a pizza for carry out when I arrived they were clearly busy and behind the clerk told me it would be 5-10 more minutes 35 min later i asked the clerk for an update she proceeded to roll her eyes and grab my pizza from a carry out bag when i expressed my frustration since I was standing there the whole time, she was incredibly rude and remarked it s not my problem i just got back to the counter. If I could give them zero stars I would. I am extremely unsatisfied every time I come here. The employees are nonchalant and never truly listen to your order in which I have been forced to return after making it home several times because they have added pork or a topping I don t eat and never asked for. I then have to wait another 20 minutes until my pizza is recooked. After I am just provided a My bad, next time try to make sure you say no pork from the manager in which I said multiple times. Only giving 1 star because i hqve to give them something. Order from here all the time. On numerous occasions I have received burnt food. I have a family of 6 so Im usually spending a good 50$ an order. So imagine how upset I am when I receive food thats burnt and all the manager offer is a 10$ credit to my account. Definitely order at your own risk. If you like burnt pizza, burnt cinnamon rolls, burnt cheese sticks, dont order the chocolate chip cookie, or any of the melts they over cook them and they be hard as a rock. Dont you think it would be appropriate to inform customers that the delivery will be done by a 3rd party service? The drive arrived in a plan t-shirt with shorts on. The pizza wasnt in a pizza thermal bag. So after waiting 45mins I then had to put the pizza in the over and wait additional time. I called the location. Spoke with a young lady who seemed more eagar to make things right then the Manager, or at least he claimed to be. I asked for a refund of my money due to the circumstances. The Manager then stated he wouldnt refund my money and would only offer a credit. Normally I would of accepted the gesture. I stated that wasnt acceptable and continued to insist on the refund. He then stated I would need to come in to the store to receive my money back. I asked why when the order was placed throught the app. He stated that was the process. Funny, Ive never had to go in to store for a refund before. So I said just come get the pizza. And I asked to speak with the GM when the Manager stated he was the GM. Because of his lack of professionalism I then asked to know and get the contact information of his regional manager. This is when his attitude changed and miraculously he was then able to process the refund. This guy lied from the get go. He was just spiteful and wanted me to waste more of my time because they cant keep enough delivery drivers to run a business....Do Better!

I really wish I can give them a -5. Over the course of 3 years they have provided the absolute worst service. Always closed, never have delivery drivers, falsely placing orders that does not get delivered, over charging and overall unprofessional. I dont understand how this store is still open. The order took over an hour to arrive and the driver forgot 2 pizzas on the order. I contact the store and they told me to wait longer and the driver would realize the mistake. I called to place an order. I live in a new house in Union Park. Said they couldnt deliver to my address. Which is understandable because my house is new. However, I have friends that have lived here for years and I know their address is deliverable. I asked multiple times if they delivered to Union Park the woman who answered the phone repeatedly gave me attitude, not knowing that I was intending to give her an alternate address. Pizza tasted Great!! Love the buttery taste of the crust on the Pan Pizza. I modified the order with one topping; deleted one topping and added one topping on the Super Supreme. By far, Pizza Hut Super Supreme Pan Pizza is my favorite pizza. Ordered using the App and pizza was prepared in about 15 minutes for Carry out. Pizza Hut is definitely my go to pizza restaurant.

-We ordered breadsticks, cookie, 2 medium pizzas. Our breadsticks had no seasonings. The cookie was hard and smooshed into a small box it didn t belong in. Our pizzas were not hand tossed and were made from small dough pizza causing it to be extremely thin and ripping. 1 of the medium pizzas was missing a slice. -Upon arriving, we noticed employees visiting friends in cars outside in the parking lot. Many employees were not in uniform and instead, were wearing pajamas and crocs. Almost all employees were walking around eating pizza. -When we took the items back to the store to have them remade, the manager was rude and said he could not replace the order because the ovens were turned off at 10:15. The sign outside indicated that the store didn t close until 11. -To give a highly satisfied rating on the next visit, if we return, I would suggest having the order checked for accuracy before giving it to the customer, holding your employees accountable to a better level of customer service/brand representation and less hassle when trying to correct an incorrect item we paid for.

Well since y all won t pick up the phone after you hung up on me twice, I guess I will come up there to address the absolute incompetency, lack of caring and rudeness of your staff. This is the second time I ve ordered extra icing which I paid for and they don t bring it. I don t eat Cinnabon without extra icing and would like a refund from my order today for the Cinnabon AND the icing as well as the same items on my order from 12/24. I simply asked if another driver would be coming this way and they said I don t know where he will go next so no I didn t say it had to be the same driver. Just want the icing. Hung up on me. Called back and the most unhelpful female answers and I said I want to speak to the guy I was talking to and she kept asking to take my order. Y all need help, nobody listens, nobody cares. Icing is not important, but taking care of your customers IS and this generation has missed the boat.

They failed to deliver my pizza timely AND to the correct address. Our neighbor from 3 blocks over had to deliver our pizza to us 30 minutes after it was delivered to them. I was on hold with pizza hut for an extended period of time while they attempted to contact the driver. Pizza hut had no clue where my pizzas were. I was told by a rep that I would recieve a credit for my purchases but I do not see it in my account nor do I see the rewards points earned on the last purchase. Overall deeply dissatisfied with the service.

My wife and I have found a better place here to get à hot pizza in Pizza Hut then all the others we have tried. No skimping on toppings, no wimpie crust etc for us. Compare to your favorite brand and be pleasantly surprised. Now, Im referring to the location in Pilot Point,TX. If all locations are as good, youll have a really good meal.

We ordered the Detroit style pizza and when we opened the box there wasn t any sauce on the pizza. We went to go get a new pizza made and they said that they do not make the sauce at their location. WHAT? This was not mentioned on their website or when we went to go pick up the pizza. We should be refunded the money for false advertising and deceptive practices.

I think drivers need to get trained on reading delivery instructions. The contactless delivery box was clicked when placing the order and the driver still waited at the door until I came out. Then he proceeded to wait around some more until I told him I added the tip when I paid online.

My pizza to 2 hours to be delivered. I called after an hour to see where my pizzas were and I was told they were wait on a driver. It took another hour for them to be delivered. My pizzas were cold and soggy by the time they arrived. Next time when it says it will take 25-35 min to arrive that is what should happen.
