I visited this restaurant at 9:10 PM, well before their posted closing time of 10:00 PM. Upon entering, I was immediately informed that dine-in service was no longer available, which was disappointing but understandable if they were preparing to close. However, it didnt stop there when I asked about the menu, I was told that they were only serving flautas, and to make matters worse, they couldnt even make crunchy flautas because the fryer had already been turned off. If the restaurant is open until 10:00 PM, I would expect full service to be available at least until closer to that time. DO NOT EAT HERE Only giving this place a one-star because I cannot give it a zero the service is trash, we didnt know that you had to go to the counter to take place your order and werent told this until 10 minutes later after sitting down, the girl in the front that takes your order is rude and has an attitude when taking your order, you have to yell for her to hear you, she forgot to put my down my drink order then my grandmother had to go back to the counter to ask for her drink because it was never brought out to her then we had to go to the counter to retreave our food instead of them bringing it to us then my food was done wrong and burnt and they forgot to give us forks overall this place sucks its too cramped and hot service sucks so does staff and whats funny is they still put out a tip jar

So we ordered the big taco platter because hey the food is good but man they dropped the ball once we got back home n started to eat they gave us a small bag with forks salt & pepper n did no put any kind of salsa on the side we were really disappointed and couldnt enjoy the rest of our food and that killed the whole mood so next time if Im paying alot on food please provide all the main items for it ESPECIALLY SALSA!

Recently service has declined in quality. We tried on one occasion to call for an order and nobody answered. When I get to the place you can here the phone ringing and nobody answers. I think they are also having trouble with their equipment because twice I have wanted to check on my rewards and system is down.

Lemonade tasted bad not fresh at all tasted like bad lemon peels acidity I threw it away also had too much sugar The flautas tasted sour really nasty Like it they have been kept in thy freezer for months possibly rotten nasty tortillas The meat was really bad I felt like throwing up only ate a couple I was super hungry on my lunch hour I threw them away too Paid for sour cream it looked like cottage cheese and the cueritos were super soggy falling apart The place needs a clean up disinfecting The restroom was dirty smelled really bad

I had really high hopes or this place the lady at the front was nice.. we ordered to-Go.. got there on time to pick it up.. check it in the car and they really skimp out on the meat for the tacos.. not enough cheese and the flautas for super greasy and very little meat. Paid $35 for a dozen flautas and two orders of tacos a pencil this thicker than the meat they put in. Will not be back there..

Terrible food!!!I paid $15 and I expected that the food would be how I asked for it. I asked for crunchy TRIPAS and they gave me super stretchy soft TRIPAS .disgusting, couldn t even chew them.The meat was over seasoned that the lemon wouldn t even cut the salt.The lady up at the front is really rude and don t even think about dining in there they don t have good ventilation it s like you re sitting outside. I will never go back to this establishment.

The worst service we have ever had. The lady that took our order and charged us Jenn was especially rude, I don t know how they could let someone like that work with the public. Not only they they lose our order when it wasn t even busy, they made the order wrong when they finally gave it to us. To make things even worse when we asked for salsa Jenn the lady that charged us threw it at us. Awful, if you have the option go somewhere else.

They are more or less but they are very slow. They served my husband his plate and about 10 minutes later and because my angry husband stopped they brought me my plate. They lack people so that they can provide a good service They dont add guacamole, cream or cheese to the flautas, so they just have skinny tacos with meat and golden brown without a joke. Just a sauce and it didnt bite or taste like anything. My first time but I didnt like them I thought they would be better because of the large number of people who buy them And one of the employees even spoke badly to the customers.

Bad service I called to place an order the lady took my order and said it would be about 20 min 10 min passed by and some guy calls me to pay everything over the phone I told him I was on my way but wanted me to pay and told me, ok well I trust you will come by and I said yes I live close by I m on my way I get there and they haven t even started on my food the lady kept saying they are working on so I had them cancel the order since they were just about to make it.

I very carefully wanted to pay with my Debit card. I dont know why it gave me the feeling of asking if they charge for using it. The cameras answer was that yes, they charge you 4% for using it. They dont have a sign that says they charge for using it.. please. Be careful, thats wrong.

My favorite go to place for some delicious flautas!!! My favorite are the vinegar cueritos They can customize your order to your liking! I always order flautas from here soft for my kids and crunchy for me I love the fact they have the point collector machine Everytime I buy here its points I collect. Ive redeemed fresh limonade drinks, beans, chalupa orders, all for free and because of the points. They offer different fresh made natural flavored drinks as well as other carbonated options. They have a variety of delicious choices

I had never eaten here before but thought Id give it a try. I asked for an order of flautas and maybe its just me but these flautas taste just like the box taquitos they sell at Walmart or HEB. It was a real disappointment. I used to buy these taquitos for the boys when they were little, they even smelled the same. I guess thats why they are easy tacos put it in a fryer and serve them to people, make a big profit out of one single order. I was really hoping for some real flautas.
