The food is delicious and moderately priced. The staff here are amazing too. Theyre polite, quick, and go out of their way for you. The TVs are good too and they show multiple different sports.

Went in for a quick drink and togo food for the family. I had a slight problem, but it was all resolved when the manager came out to personally apologize and hold a great conversation with me!! I sat at the bar, and the bartender was nice, but the expo guy was the friendliest!

This location of chilis was the worst food iv ever eaten from chilis in my life ! Wow smh EVERYTHING was nasty &imean everything ! im so sad right now . The ribs were 90 degree , GRAVEYARD bone dry ; imean swallowing raw cinnamon dry smh &they were burnt as well ; the loaded mash was HORRIBLE with absolutely no taste , it was literally like eating display food ; my goodness smh ..&i ALWAYS get their loaded mash , but from different locations the sauce that was on everything was a nasty , sour type of tangy , not chipotle tangy ..like a spoiled sour type of taste . HORRIBLE the meat inside of my sliders had a spoiled tang to it as well lord have mercy &it made my stomach hurt .. my croutons inside of my salad were made from saved bread tht they had in the back of the fridge dating back to the 1950 s , im convinced smh they were unbelievably stale ! I cant believe chilis did me like this today , i will never in my entire life go back to this location ..yal really hurt my taste buds , my stomach &my feelings BAD smh

Hair in my food, and it was not very hot, broccoli tasted like cleaning solution and was cold. Took 4 different staff members to seat and serve me, a couple of wait staff were unprofessionally dressed for the job. Seated near a loud and obnoxious group of people who spoke of there sex life. Best part of this visit was my lemon water.

I was super hungry coming from work havent eaten all day and walked into Chilis to the order takeout told her exactly face-to-face what I wanted. When I got home 17 me later they gave me something completely different than what I ordered I called and talked to the manager Matt because I was so upset about this and all he could say was but you were only charged for this. I continue to tell him it doesnt matter what the charge was I wanted what I ordered and expected it to be that. I feel like it should have been compensated in some way

They got our to-go order wrong. When we called to get our order replaced, they said we had bring in the wrong order back as proof before they could start the right order. Needless to say, my husband was already home and we all started eating except my daughter because they gave her spicy vs original. He had to bag our order, take it back, and then he had to wait for the correct order. Yes we talked to the manager and that was her 20 yr old self instructions. Ridiculous!

Went out late last night with a couple of friends to catch up over dinner and drinks. Even though it was later in the evening and Im sure the staff was tired, our server Griffin was very friendly and attentive. She made sure we had what we needed but didnt overcrowd us. We had a good meal at Chilis. The service was impeccable! I wish I remembered the young man who waited on us. My husband ordered the Philly Cheese steak and I ordered the Old Fashioned Hamburger with a salad. My husbands Philly was a gooy mess of goodness. He loved it. You cant go wrong with a good old-fashioned burger. It was nice and thick and juicy. The only complaint was that they sat us near the kitchen. We endured many loud kitchen sounds during lunch. Not great but we didnt say anything. Great job on the food and service s. Wheelchair accessibility: We had no trouble parking in a Handicap Parking Space. The restaurant provided ample space for this in a wheelchair.

Came here tonight with my kids I was tired of Really everything in the area Super Glad we did because Griffin gave GREAT SERVICE I mean she did not miss a beat. I love Chillis. It might be a bit biased, but thats just my favorite goto place. Ive had several items all good. 90 percent of the time, food quality is superb. Due to the number of times I go, there are times its not and feels cheated. 10 percent doesnt make it a 4 star reason for the 5 star. staff, on the most part, is fun to talk with, and most of the time on point even when its a mad house.

Food came out hot and most was yummy. I think they over cooked the street corn. Berry margaritas was very de-lish!!! David was one of the best waiters we have ever had there. Very friendly attentive and didn t mind us asking for refills, napkins, boxes etc. do wish they had automatic doors for wheelchair bound customers. Would make it easier on the peeps that are with them. Trying to hold open a door, push someone through and take to go food out takes talent to not spill!! Wheelchair accessibility: As stated above I believe automatic doors would be awesome. I think all building designers should have to maneuver through their designs at least one of the following: blind folded, headphones so they can t hear, in a wheelchair, or using a walker/cane. From parking to leaving. That way they can see if they have really accommodated the handicapped. Just a thought!!
