Waited 50 mins for rep to take care of the people in front of me when a man walked right in front of me to the counter. The rep didnt have the decency to redirect the man that I had been waiting there almost an hour and that I should be taken care of first. Went there last week for a broken/overheated port on my Nintendo switch- staff was awesome and kept me up to date via text while I was away for work a couple of days- only took like three days to get back! The fix itself was fine but what bothered me was the customer service. I wish companies would stop making employees meet quotas and they wouldn t feel compelled to mislead customers. Brought iPhone in for cracked screen, went in a roundabout conversation about the claim I already submitted. Left it there, was told I would get a call when it was done. Got the call, he said it couldn t be fixed. There was an issue. Was told I could pick it up. Got back there to be told that it was fixable and would take more time. After I was told it was done. Had another roundabout conversation about that. Employees here treated me like I knew absolutely nothing, talked over me and could not answer questions with any accuracy. It was a frustrating experience. No one was on the same page. Also they kept badgering this lady to get extra insurance on things and repair packages, she repeatedly told them no and they just ignored her. Not a vibe.

My girlfriend s iPhone screen broke. She did not have AppleCare, but she did have Asurion through her Verizon plan. To be honest, many years ago I had a bad experience with Asurion. However, this time was completely different. Box, went so far above and beyond to take care of her problem, and it was not easy. It was worth the wait in line to get the device checked in. The tech that fixed it, called me with the news that no new parts were needed and the Water damage cleanup did the trick as the phone was now charging up. Then they texted me that the phone was ready for pick up. Picking up the device from the clerk was a bit frustrating; as there was a long line to drop devices and they have to enter all the data of what was wrong with it and personal contact info. Having just one clerk out front has to be cost effective to them and gives the tech time to fix them and not get backlogged I guess. The phone was fixed and ready in less than 3 hours on a Sunday! (they told me it could take 5hours). My 17 year old son was VERY happy.

To have to pay 81$ for a cleaning and it still be dirty is CRAZY considering the amount of time it was kept and the run around. Dropped off Sunday, was advised it would be ready Wednesday and i would receive a call. Never received call, i called in and was advised it would be ready Thursday by close of business and again would receive an update. No update had to call Thursday late afternoon- around 4 to be told it still hadnt been worked on but could be done by end of day. Got a call 20mins before closing at 640 to say it was ready. I live 30mins away so it was pointless and i had advised the prior representative that i live more then 20mins away. Overall dissatisfied with lack and/or incorrect communication especially after having travel 30mins just to come to the location. Upon arriving home fiancé noticed it was still dirty/spots missed. Update. When trying to use PS4 for first time since cleaning 1. Initially wouldn t connect to wifi. 2. Initially Wouldn t read the brand new PS4 game took over an hour to get everything working. 3 freezes at times when playing now. They commented a phone number to reach their care team- instead of contacting me by phone or email which they both have- Fine. Mind you no extension was provided nor implied that there was any specific option needed to be selected. I called the day the posted the number to be told its the wrong department the care team may be closed to due holiday and to call back tuesday. Fine, when i call their number again today im sent again to a MAJOR APPLIANCE REPAIR TEAM AGAIN- Not even their resolutions team who tells me iv been misrouted again and to select option 3 for feedback not the resolutions team . Absolutely ridiculous the fact I still have to go back and forth with this company and have continued miscommunication.

There is no need to make an appointment. I had scheduled a 0900 appointment, I went to the counter and was told I had to wait. Behind two other people, the second was waited on before me, he walked in right before I did, and was looking for a screen for his phone. He was there because another shop told him to try this shop. So they take you as you walk in, not because you took the time to schedule an appointment. So dont waste your time with the goofy scheduler just walk in. They are not that busy anyway.

I am done with these people! This is not the first bad experience I have had with them and its not just this location. It has involved the Woodforest and Baytown locations. If you have an insured flagship phone fine you probably need to preservere through their poor customer service but if youre looking for service on a less expensive phone go elsewhere. A kind customer took pity on me after I showed up for an appointment I made with the model I specified and they did not have the parts and gave me a recommendation for RB mobile.. They also would not call other stores to find the parts and after an hour of me searching for the parts I took the customers advice and went to RB Mobile who had me in and out in thirty minutes and $40 less for a phone working perfectly for my son.

Great customer service! The techs did a great job at fixing our Nintendo Switch SD card reader, only took a day. Box was very helpful in getting us set up to save with the Whole Home Membership. Great deal!
