Needs Better Customer Service because they couldnt resolve my issue over the phone. I ordered the sopes and 3 tacos and 2 orders of rice and beans. I called 30mins in advance. Waited an extra 5-10mins when i arrived. When i get home its only rice and not rice and beans.i called and they said only if i went back would they resolve my issue thru a refund or give me an order of beans. They already took 45mins of my time. And they wanted more of it when a simple refund over the phone via the POS ststem would have made me satisfied. When you spend over $40 there are other options that take time in preparing your food. Im trying my best to support local businesses.

Two weeks ago, I was very excited about this place but had a terrible experience. I arrived to the place and it was clean and when the staff took my order they were very nice with me. But then after 25 mins waiting for my takeout order, I saw people that arrived after me get their orders first. So I went to ask for my order, as it was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for 6 tacos. They didn t take it right cause I saw an immediate change in attitude from when they first took my order. They gave me my order right after with a rude and fast movement and a false have a nice day. But that wasn t all, when I was eating my pastor tacos, the meat tasted old and there was a metal string on the meat. When I spit it out of my mouth I realized it was one of the bread ties that are covered in plastic, and the plastic melted uncovering the metal string in it. I will never come back, and will not recommend anyone this place, there s much better places to eat tacos in the area

The food here is great all of the employees to appear to be Hispanic and origin. Very few people in the store speak English. So when I walk in obviously an english-american man they almost cower from talking. Just trying to say something to him and they look at me like what was that. I wish the people here would work on learning our language. They want our business but theyre not willing to break out of their comfort zone and learn the language.

Paid $25 for Uber eats to deliver $15 worth of food and order not correct. Ordered grill onions and as you see no onions present. Meat was drier. I ordered the Fresca drink. I called to ask the flavors. The lady said pineapple and horchata. I asked her which one she recommended; she said horchata. I switched to horchata and was still sent a pineapple I ve ordered from here several times and order wasn t messed up like today. Waited nearly 2hrs for food and can t even finish it

Well i had to update my previous review. Today i got a quesadilla, which the portion size was great. However, it was so bland, It tastes like they put plain mozzarella with plain chicken (not flavorful fajita) I requested queso fresco but they said they could not use that for a quesadilla. Also, i asked for jalapenos and they just gave me additional pico. I paid almost $5 for guacamole and only got lumps of avocado. I was so disappointed, i had to basically make my own. This was the worst tasting, bland quesadilla Ive ever had.

I dont know why a lot of people like this place. The tacos had little to no flavor. The red and green salsa sucks. The queso was so runny that none of it stayed on the chip. Gross :( Updated a year later we decided to give them another try and ordered takeout. The enchilada for my son was a hard chunk . This picture is exactly how it looked when we opened the box. Never again!! Still 1 star and some of the worst Mexican food I ve ever had.

Great establishment to stop by and grab some of the most authentic Mexican tacos/food Some bottles non alcoholic drinks/juices, and fresh brew coffee. Indoor sitting as well as outdoor covered. This place has by far the best tacos de chicharron. They are big and they dont skimp on the meat. The wait time is terrible, they seem to be well staffed but even then the food takes forever. I personally have only ever eaten the tacos de chicharron, Ive been eating here since early 2000s, and I will not order anything else. My husband got a burrito de pollo and the chicken was dry, very mid.

Ive had this place quite a few times because its close to my work. Let me start off by saying, the food can vary based off of who is making it at the time. Ive tried their pastor tacos. They are decent, although not super flavorful. The meat is also a bit dry. Ive had their shrimp tacos and they were horrible. There were a few tiny pieces of shrimp, but mostly mouthfuls of cabbage and very bland. I will never order those again. I recently tried their chicken fajita tacos, which tasted absolutely disgusting. There were no fajitas in the tacos at all. There was lettuce and tomato only and the chicken was horrible. It was overcooked and flavorless, sord of reminded me of canned chicken. The tortillas were literally falling apart. I took a few bites and was done. I couldnt even force myself to eat them and Im not a picky eater at all. The thing I enjoy here the most are the street tacos. Those are flavorful and the meat in them is cooked well. Ive noticed that some days, the onion will be chopped nice and thin and others you will get giant chunks. Overall I wouldnt recommend if youre looking for well cooked flavorful tacos. I will only eat here if my work gets lunch here, other than that, I am not a fan.

Not sure what happened to this place. My boyfriend came home with some barbacoa tacos today and they were soggy due to the amount of grease. It was sooooo greasy that it didn t even taste good. This is one of our favorite local spots. Ordering is easy and seating is abundant. All food is reasonably priced and fresh/made to order. Breakfast tacos are good ..So i decided to get fajitas for 2 for my girls ..Dont recommend the meat was tough even the chicken and lacks in flavor.Could not go back the same day since it was Sunday.Called Monday to get a refund and was told if you bring the food I can give you more food but not your money since no one else complained but I need the food back.I still have the food since no one would eat it I tried to cut chicken with scissors but was still tough . I work hard just like you do . So just keep in mind how you would feel if this happened to you as a mother trying to provide a meal for your kids...being forced to take more food that is not the same ..but at this point you dont want .So I did think about it but I will leave it in Gods hands now and not return.Life has a way of coming back to you so I forgive you maam for being that way. I hope you feel good about the way you decided to resolve this .My 43 dollars will go towards your hard working staff.I shouldnt have to make time and go out of my way for you.Sad and disappointed. My son picked up my order when he got home the salsa was rotten. It tastes like fish and is just straight nasty. Nastiest Salas I made my son throw up the one chip he ate. I am definitely very disappointed in this restaurant because it has always been my favorite for the gorditas and tamales but for a while here the gorditas are not made well, very salty and with a lot of skin when it comes to pork rinds, the two times I have bought they come with skin and salty and even half burnt and they dont look fat because they are all messy in the way they prepare it, for this reason I had the task of placing a single star Because the Restaurant is no longer like before when it comes to its meals. very bad taste and quality of the food. I hope they can pay attention because they are losing customers because now I wont buy there anymore. The service is very good yes but the rest I am left without words to continue saying. Unfortunately, something I never do, I went to this place without checking the reviews and I agree with many, the food is not good at all, it promises a lot and it doesnt and I also had an unpleasant time with the waitress who I dont know why she only addressed my husband and friends. I didnt even turn to see something that we didnt understand, it seemed very rude on their part, and they took too long and they forgot part of the order and the waitress continued with that behavior, they focus on wanting to show the good work environment in their televisions, they better pay attention to how they address customers with what respect that is really important. The waitress is someone who walks around in sports clothes!!!

Always good food, good service and busy. Busy is a good thing showing just how well known this location is becoming. The food continues to build that reputation and the brunch I had was excellent. I also had a glass of the Pineapple water... Just try some for yourself its off the charts.

This was possibly the worst food Ive ever eaten. Chicken had no flavor what so ever it was almost like eating paper. Tried to call a manager and got put on a line with no answer. Me and my wife spent 26 dollars on food neither one of us could stomach. Honestly this is my first review of an restaurant but my disappointment wouldnt let me not make this. How hard does it have to be to get a refund? The only authentic Mexican thing about this place was the woman making the tortillas by hand which you could watch threw a window. Seriously who do I need to contact for a refund Went back for the refund and apperently the manager lied. Some how some way they think its okay to only give people half back for there terrible food.

I unfortunately didn t take pictures. But wish I had. When we got there it was empty. That should have spoken for itself. But we gave it a shot, since we wanted to try something new. It was our first time, and I was very disappointed. I should have just stuck to going to one of our regular spots. The lady who took the order was nice, placed looked clean, but the food took a while to get to us. The Chile con queso wasn t even hot. The chips were stale. And by the time our food made it, it was cold. My husband didn t like his enchiladas. He said they were too salty. And my street tacos didn t have any flavor. The avacado had that going bad taste. I would not recommend. No matter what other reviews state that it s good, trust me it s not. Pass it by and keep looking.

Food is very good. I am very particular about my menudo and they make it well. So, if you like menudo, get there early on Sunday. It sells out fast. Parking: This is a very busy restaurant. It can be challenging at times to find a parking space.

Wait times are horrible! I called in an order in for one breakfast burrito and a one order of pancakes. They told me a 40 minute wait. I came an hour and 10 minutes later. My order still wasn t ready. I waited in the restaurant for another 30 minutes. It took an hour and a 1/2 for them to make one burrito and a stack of pancakes. Not worth it
