My family and I have been regulars here for years, and there s a good reason we keep coming back. The drinks are always excellent, and my kids love the board games and books available for them to use. It s also a great, relaxing spot for working, with free WiFi. I want to give a special shoutout to one of the employees, Edmund. He is incredibly friendly and always provides outstanding customer service whenever we visit. Somehow, he always remembers our drink orders and has them ready as soon as we walk through the door. He s also super helpful when we want to try something new. His dedication and friendliness make every visit enjoyable.

It gets 3 stars because the drinks were actually good. Customer service gets a 1. My kids and I walked in and NO ONE greeted us. 2 more customers walked in and they were greeted. A gentleman who looks to be the owner went over a listed of items that were available and walked away. I was disappointed for my first experience.

This is a great place for lunch or a snack. I dont recommend being there after school unless youre a student. Its a great place for youngsters to go after school and visit. Im sure they love it. I love the coffee and sandwiches!

Cooozy little nook to read some . Unwind and spend some time with a board game with friends or if ya energy has ya feeling messed up then you can add the espresso to pick you up. We love the mocha frappes which can be sweetened to your content,non dairy options,and oh the teas they amaze me. We have had the waffles and desserts that includes ice cream and drizzle with whip cream fizzled on top. Always friendly, fresh and you can Sweetly ESCAPE Parking: Easy pull up and drive through options Kid-friendliness: Board games, books, area to talk, read or sit on the patio. If your children are smaller it s safer inside due to cars in the business parking area. Clean restrooms.

Pros: plenty of parking, drive thru window, plenty of seating in the front and back, comfortable couches in the back, lots of board games that you can borrow while there, clean bathrooms, pleasant employees Cons: out of half their memu, no savory food I must have rotten timing because every time I go theyre out of almost half their drink menu. I really like their seating and atmosphere. I wish they at least had popcorn chicken so my friends and I could have something to munch on while hanging out.

I noticed other reviews saying things this place was out of. We had the same experience. We saw all the lovely pictures of all these fun desserts. We bring our niece in and we expect to be able to get some good stuff, only to be told we are out of this and out of that. We just walked out after that.

Kid-friendliness: Charged us for extra Carmel but last time it wasn t charged the girl with the red highlights charged us as he said it was smiling she does not like us cs I had said I ask for 2 cs me and my friend was going back cs I told me Friend I did ask for 2 she had a attitude and said do u want me to pull it up and it a waste of money the charger everything the over charge and my opinion sweet escape is better

Terrible customer service today all around. We also came here an hour before they closed the day prior and they rudely said they are closing early and didn t offer any type of explanation. I get things happen but to treat customers like this is crazy. We came back today to be treated the same way with a different employee. I am surprised management accepts this type of behavior from their staff.

My husband and I shared a fruit deluxe bubble egg waffle. The dessert was pretty good. The customer service was not the greatest. I asked several questions but only got vague confusing answers. One of the questions was about the different varieties of fruit which apparently theres only bananas and strawberries. No mangoes or any other fruit, so it shouldnt probably be called fruit deluxe. Another question was about the different syrups to add. Im not a fan of the strawberry syrup it comes with so I got caramel but its not advertised anywhere so I had to ask for it by name. They also do not have forks so it is beyond me how youre expected to eat a waffle with a spoon. Overall subpar experience and will probably not be returning.

Ive been coming to this place every week for a year now for their machiatos and the lychee green tea. Have always had a great experience with them. After visiting consistently for bit, one of the girls started recognizing our car in the drive thru and asked us how we like our coffee and now every time we visit theyll go out of their way to make ours the way we like it. I love being a regular here and I can always look forward to my next drink

Been coming here since they opened. But the new guy they hired is rude and did not give the order correctly, when asked he argued he did ask me. Paid for the order and still was given the wrong item, guy did not apologize and handed item visible upset, did not even said anything. Decided to leave but not coming back again. Staff needs customer service training specially when there s 3 people in a car listening to the order wrongly taken.

I dont know why this place has bad reviews in the first place. The staff is actually very sweet and super helpful. I understand the reason why theyre out of a lot of stuff is because it later at throughout the day people need to understand that sometimes boba takes a long time to make. Dont come here at 7:40 wanting them to make a new batcha boba most of the stuff is going to be thrown away anyways

Everything I tried to order they didn t have! And, they were their signature items! They were. cleaning up nearly 2 hours before they were to close. It appeared the employees were lazy and didn t want to make more green tea nor waffles. They claimed they were out . So many of their drinks have green tea, and almost all of the pictures and reviews have pictures with waffles. There really isn t anything left. Don t waste your time nor money! How is this place even on business??

Had a long morning and Sweet Land was the closest place I could get myself an iced coffee since I don t like the coffee at certain fast food places around here. I thought I d give SweetLand a try and OMG.. I got the Carmel Frappuccino . Some good stuff right there! I m so glad I stopped there. I was so groggy! This was definitely the flavor and type of coffee I needed. I did get mine made with coconut milk . I don t regret it! This is the only thing I ve ever had here but for me to love my frapp is a big deal to me. Most places taste the same to me nothing special. I think it may have been that I got it with coconut milk. Idk. I ll have to try coming again to try the other stuff one day.

As far as a coffee shop goes, you do not want to go here. There offerings are very limited. They do not have decaf or Chai tea. Also, their fruit teas are very artificial tasting and overly sweet. The furniture is rather stained as well.

Went to this cute place last night for the first time. I actually loved the place, but this review is because of the experience. I walked in and both employees were sitting, eating a meal - which is completely fine in my book. But, they didn t even greet me. I assumed they were customers. As I walked to the coffee bar, they both got up and walked over there to actually help me. Still never greeted me. Just stared at me so they could hurry up and get the transaction over with. I just felt like I was bothering them and inconveniencing them by being there, period. I asked for the wi-fi password because it was never offered even though I had my laptop bag in plain sight. They just pointed to the cash register and said it s on the cash register. I had trouble reading it, even though I have 20/20 and they didn t offer help. Made my coffee and sat it on the counter. Still no words exchanged. I said, thank you so much! And sat to meet with my clients. They had the same experience when they ordered. We left and were not told bye or thank you for coming or have a great evening! Literally nothing. Cool place, bad customer service.

I try to stop by here once every week, and Ive yet to be disappointed. The tea and fruit drinks here are amazing, and they offer a lot of variety in toppings. You can request drinks to be made however you like, and even have them made without being too sweet.

Great little place, we ve been trying different drinks all really good, can t wait to try the treats; they look delicious! Good to have an alternative to Starbucks! As soon as I learned that Starbucks supports Plan Parenthood; I stopped & will cont to share that info to all! We stopped by for a quick treat before an appointment. We got a boba tea and the fruit and ice cream waffle. They said it would take about twenty minutes to make, but it ended up being out in about 5 lol. The waffle is super fluffy & tasty and the strawberries and banana slices were fresh and paired well with the vanilla ice cream. The employees were friendly and the establishment was clean. Its a little hidden in the shopping centre IMO, but Im glad we spotted it and stopped by. We will have to check the place out again next time we are in the area.

I stopped by their drive thru on a Saturday morning and ordered the caribbean smoothie. It was delicious and sweet yet so refreshing. The staff was friendly and service was impeccable as well as speedy. The staff exercised mask and gloves in accordance with pandemic precautions. it s super cute and the people are very friendly. i tried a strawberry milk tea with boba and personally i did not enjoy the boba, but the tea itself was pretty good. the ice cream was also presented well but it wasn t necessarily anything special. but the environment was very welcoming and i would definitely go back for a cute date or meeting with a friend!
