Of December 2023 I had my daughters Quinceañera at The Springs in Arlington. At first, I was somewhat hesitant because the venue had been sold to The Springs. However, the level of attention, support, and service I received were outstanding. I need to give a shout out to Rebekah who went above and beyond by been flexible, kind, patient, and honest. What was not only her, but Dana and even their boss Rob was there helping the day of the event to make sure it was the way I liked it before it started. The food was great, the chapel was lovely, the dressing room was phenomenal and the coordination was superb! You will always be a part of a special memory in my and my family s life!

We just had our wedding here this past weekend and we were blown away by the staff. We originally signed the contract with Mediterranean Villa because it was in our budget and offered us a Vietnamese 8 meal course. I wasnt very excited about how everything looked but I was willing to look past it. Once the change of owner was announced I was a little nervous but I was so excited because they ended up remodeling and making the place exactly what I wanted from a venue. The Staff, Rebekah, Dana and Rob were amazing! They made sure the everything I needed to make my day special was approved like coming in early so I can get my hair and make up started. Our guest couldnt stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. The only little thing that I was different was the food. I was a little disappointed in the food. I know it wasnt the traditional stuff you get at the Vietnamese restaurant but the food wasnt good like what they served us at the tasting. I am glad that the Springs is now a open vendor venue because I would totally cater with someone else. The server that the Mediterranean Villas cater wasnt very good as well, we had some tables with missing entrees and some tables with double. At the end of the day the Venue is Gorgeous and I would book again. The staff is amazing and really does go above and beyond.

Had my wedding here in Sept 2022. I ve had to take time to really think about my experience so I could give an honest review. Overall, my experience was positive. Shannon was my coordinator when I started the process. I d researched the venue prior to booking and Shannon had received great reviews. I hoped I d get her and was excited when I did. I loved her immediately. However, over the course of 18 months, my coordinator change 4 times. But in the end, I ended up with Shannon, which I was happy about. My wedding was beautiful! It was everything I d wanted. The venue was beautiful and looked upscale. I got a great rate and everything was explained clearly to me upfront. I was able to visit and take part in as many tastings as I wanted. The planning process went great. Every accommodation was made to satisfy me. Even when we groom showed up over and hour late for rehearsal and we were told that they would charge extra if we went over our scheduled time, they didn t charge us although we went an hour and a half over our time. We were told that our meal was only for one entree per person, but they allowed our guests to get seconds and did not charge us. (I felt like this should have been the case anyway, since we paid for the food.) With all of that being said, there were some issues. My friend was there to help my cake baker set up the cake and add the final personal touches to the reception area. She was turned away with no reasonable explanation, although I d provided notice that she would be there to assist. Also, we were not given the rest of our cake. I had to go back and get it the Monday following our wedding. My coordinator was changed again, the day before our wedding and we met Dee the evening of our rehearsal. Dee was not the most professional coordinator and got into arguments with several of my bridesmaids because of her lack of professionalism. She was better the day of the wedding and was helpful and Shannon was there to help as well. After the wedding, we were rudely yelled at to exit the chapel before we were done taking our photos. I found out later than I mom was asked to clean up the rose petals from the floor of the chapel! I was furious and this should have NEVER happened no matter what the circumstances were! When my some of my guests mentioned they didn t have a seat because more people came than expected, instead of them setting up another table as I was told they would, my guests were told that wasn t their problem. A table wasn t brought out until I had to go complain after our officiant came to tell me he was leaving because he didn t have a seat. That also was UNACCEPTABLE!!! As I said, overall, my wedding day was everything I could have wanted and more, even with the mishaps (now that incident with my mama ALMOST took this review another direction! But I think deducting two stars sufficed.) My vision came together and was executed pretty much exactly as I planned it. My guests had a great time and raved about how beautiful and classy it was.

The Springs Event Venue provided us a lovely experience for our wedding!!! Our wedding coordinator, Rebecca was the absolute best and was with us throughout the entire journey! She made it a smooth-sailing process for us. Dana also assisted on our big day and did a great job helping us stay on track as best as possible. The chapel and the reception hall were absolutely beautiful! Our guests complimented the overall venue which included the decorations, food, and service. Attending a wedding here where the power went out for 40 minutes staff couldn t figure it out. Apparently someone from the wedding was able to get the power back on. I attended a wedding here in May and the venue is beautiful on the outside but the staff and owners of the place are horrible! The lights went out for 40 minutes and it got so hot in there! Everyone was basically sweating after 20 or so minutes. I felt so bad for the bride and groom! I have also heard from other friends that had weddings here that the coordinators are constantly changing and that they go through 3 or so different coordinators. So basically from the sound of it I would avoid this place and choose a different venue for your wedding.

Had my wedding at this venue, when The Springs took it over. They changed my coordinator 4 times, during the planning stages of the wedding. During the wedding they caused an electrical surge that took out the power for 30mins, my cake melted and it got really hot. They would ve never turned the power the back on if my brother didn t fix it, horrible and clueless staff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

We had our 25th vow renewal at this incredible venue! When I say they laid out the red carpet for me...they went above and beyond! The venue is really top notch and everyone there is super nice and the coordinator that I had was Alyssa! We had our wedding in March and we came to Mediterranean villa just a month before our date! Thankfully they had a sunday open and our experience was great from start to finish. Rebecca was incredibly nice in the signing process and explained everything, and our coordinator Shannon went above and beyond from the tasting to the rehearsal, to the actual event day. She was incredibly kind and great at her job and when things came up that I wasnt happy about, she made sure to take care of them. Ultimately I can honestly say it was the wedding of my dreams and my siblings weddings will most likely be here as well in the future! Cant recommend it enough.

where do I start? .... my wedding had many uncertainties. the flexibility of everyone at the Mediterranean villa made this wedding a success. Rebecca the receptionist, Shannon the coordinator, Jessica who was in charge of the flowers all played a major role in making our wedding beautiful and memorable. I love how attentive everyone was, the flexibility and overall friendliness of everyone. that really stood out to me. the venue is beautiful and has many picture opportunities. the food wasnt too bad niether. First let me say their chapel is beautiful. I tried to wait to write this review to give this company an opportunity to rectify the situation first but I have been reaching out to every contact info they have listed since August 29th for someone to contact me back and have yet to hear back from anyone who makes decisions on their behalf. By me being a business owner I PRIDE myself in awesome customer service from start to finish and value great honest reviews . This company definitely disappointed me and is HORRIBLE at handling business and resolving issues, which discouraged me from ever using their facility. My SISTER had her wedding there in August 2021, at the reception people were coming up to me the maid of honor stating they didn t have a seat so I went to Shannon and asked her for another table to be put out she informed me the extra table would be $230 by me NOT BEING ON THE CONTRACT I had no idea that the $230 was JUST FOR THE TABLE and would not ensure that they would have enough food to feed her guest. Had I been made aware that the $230 would just be for them to add a table for them to sit I would never offered to pay for another table when there was ample seating available in the vestibule area and outside around the fountain (where a bulk of her guest congregated anyways). I contacted Shannon informing her of my disappointment and feeling like I literally threw away $230 for people to sit and furthermore I should have never been allowed to add anything to someone else s contract that I m not even on. Shannon agreed and stated it was a learning lesson on both of our end. I asked her to be fair could they just refund me $100 back. Shannon stated she couldn t make that decision and that mgmt will be emailing me back a response. Tomorrow is Dec. 1st and I ve yet to hear anything back. It definitely wasn t about the money but the principle and what disappointed me even more this venue made over 10k just on my sister s wedding alone so to refund $100 for good business sake would ve been a drop in the bucket. But hey I guess people don t value customer retention anymore. I won t be back!

Very overrated! Not allowed to bring in your own TABC certified bartender!!!!! We didnt get the high-end champagne that was promised to us! Instead; we got some cheap champagne! Where do I start so we got engaged on 10/6/19 a month later we decided to go with the Mediterranean Villas we set a date fir 10/10/2020. However months into the new year we were slammed with Covid and I was then laid off from my job as an American Airlines flight attendant 4/1/2020. So we decided to put wedding plans on hold as cities were being lock down and everything was just crazy. I reached out to Mediterranean s Villas hoping they would understand explaining we might have to cancel. After paying 4,000 down towards my balance I was told I could rescheduled for a year out but I could not have my money back! I am highly hurt and upset because I am no longer employed and they have 4K for literally doing nothing I called to cancel month in advance before my wedding date and they still would not be consider with all that was going on and still is going on refunding me my money! Is this how you do business? Who for saw a worldwide pandemic? I do not recommend this business for anything they are heartless and compassion less! I am researching taking legal action because this isn t right! Tbh the aviation workers were aware of the virus outbreak. I called you all and told you soon after the virus was announced. I even called through th year after I was laid off in April you have failed to try and assist me! I would never recommend a place that would do business this way!! You literally stole 4K from me to not lift a single finger to serve me! I should have read the fine print your business is a total fraud! Beware of this vendor location!

Our wedding date was 4/20/2019. It has taken me awhile to write this review but I want the information to be out there for other couples to read. I loved the venue, the layout, how things flowed, the service of the workers and how every detail was noted. But there are some things that stick out that didn t make our wedding day the best overall but just okay. First, the cons. We were informed another wedding would not interfere with our special day that we picked out a year and a half out, but it did. At our reception, our dinner was starting on the east ballroom and the west ballroom, I assume started their open dance floor, and the music was so loud and booming, we couldn t even hear the opening prayer of the dinner or the dinner music. After numerous complains from me, family members, and others at our wedding, it was finally toned down after an hour. Next issue we had was we never received our cake topper which I paid for to be customized and used as a house decor after the wedding. After emails and phone calls, we never heard anything back. We also did not receive any left over food we paid for and there was PLENTY left and we only received the top of the wedding cake and absolutely no extra cake and we still had 1 layer not even touched. We did not request anything to be thrown out or given away, we paid a lot for catering. I m glad after everything was over that we stuck around to grab what we could because I have a feeling everything would have been thrown out. Lastly, our wedding book with signatures had signatures from the other wedding that was going on. This was somewhat difficult knowing we had random people sign our book. The pros, we were informed on everything we wanted to add would be extra and that was conveyed very well. The owner and coordinator helped with making sure every detail was on point and everything was on time. The food and cake was excellent. Everything flowed nicely and was beautiful, the open bar was a hit (no drink tickets, straight open bar), we received our deposit back in a timely manner, the decor was everything we wanted and more. My husband and I had excellent service with our food being served and drinks. Everyone seemed to have a blast which was the most important for us. Overall, I would say 3 out of 5 stars. Thank you!

Mediterranean Villa is a very nice, elegant place with great tabestry. I myself as well as my guests and family had a great time celebrating my 50th birthday party at Mediterranean Villa. 08/16/19 was my wedding date here. Candace our coordinator went above and beyond. GRREEAATT job. Its a one stop wedding venue. The caters you choice from or helpful in the taste you like and will even alter.

This place is beautiful but DON`T LET THAT FOOL YOU! Once we signed that contract it was the biggest mistake we ever made! They make you believe you are getting a good deal but at the end of the day you have horrible service and they do not care about their customers or their employees. To begin they give you a day 1 coordinator however we went through 4 different ones in about 3 months. we had to keep starting over with the planning and each time they were getting worse. They kept loosing our information and we had to make multiple trips back and forth to meet them. We were advised they kept quitting because of the manager and they do not get benefits. Our last coordinator Alyssa was the worst! She would never accommodate us for our troubles, then everything that she claimed she was going to help us with and do the day of she never did. She was no where to be found on my wedding day! my bridesmaids could not find her and found out right before the wedding started she was just hiding in the office. She ended up changing my seating plan! Did not put the candle holder in the ceremony which nearly caused a fire, every time there was technical difficulties at the reception she would just stand there looking but not help more than once, she made sure to rush us after the ceremony so the photographer could not get all the pictures, I never got to take any Bridal photos. Literally right when the ceremony started once when I received my flowers from Mediterranean Villa and you could tell they just completed them because the glue was hanging off and Flowers would not stay in place. My Grandmothers flowers were falling off of her wrist. The staff completely cut up our whole cake and just left slices on the table which was a waste and ended up throwing away! With as much money as we gave this place we were expecting to have a dream wedding and better customer service but it was a complete nightmare. Take my advice and look elsewhere for your Venue.

I just got married here on 11/4/18. I was really nervous since the reviews weren t great but I acknowledged that there reviews were old. The minute we walked in for a tour my fiancé knew this was the place to get married! It looks so fancy and beautiful I was worried about the price. When we sat down, I found out that it fit all in our budget! They are a one stop shop and I couldn t be happier! I m a lazy bride who was not picky. Alyssa became our coordinator and for someone who stepped in late (our other one left), Alyssa was on the ball. We were very busy but Alyssa made sure never to make me feel rushed. The guests raves about the food and the cake! I would seriously do it all over again! Thank y all!

This is an amazin place to hos your even, I will be getting married next year and this is the place where my wedding will be held at, the take so much stress off of you, they work with you to find a good price and payment plan, they even have the chapel included and so much more they have almost everything and they make sure everything goes right on the day so that is one big stress taken of your shoulders, but its not just for weddings it can be for birthdays and many other things too. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
