Lot lady made me pay $ to go pack up my belongings from an event that we set up there. That s completely wrong to hold people s belongings hostage for a few $$. Shame on you

The Visitors center is closed. This sign was on the wall. I called and they said that they do conventions now since everyone has a smartphone to look up tourist activities. As for parking, if there are no events, you can park in the empty lots as long as theres no numbers marking the parking spaces. On a random note, while checking out the new Texas Rangers stadium across the street from the center, a Japanese WW2 torpedo bomber flew by.

Large facility that works for many events. Nice restroom facilities. Easy to access. Great eating and entertainment close by plus sports venues. Dont like paying $5.00 for parking, however.

The visitors center is permanently closed and is not open, despite welcome signs and websites inviting people to visit it has now been converted into offices.

These folks are outgoing, and knowledgeable about the area. Lots of brochures and maps. Perfect for us being new to the area.

You will not leave the Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau without the answer you need. The staff is ridiculously knowledgeable and they have brochures for just about everything you could think of. The online presence is seen as well, and the physical location by Globe Life Park even has a miniature model of AT&T Stadium that is worth seeing!
