After stumbling over points in a lease that I did not understand well enough to sign, I made an appointment with Michael Green based on his reviews. I was not disappointed. My neighbor and I had come to an agreement for selling my house to him for his daughter to live in. I was in need of a real estate lawyer or someone that could complete the sale for me. I contacted Mr. Greene s office to get some information regarding the Sale. I received a phone call from his office (Mohaned) and we set up an appointment for the following day for a face to face. I learned that with my wife s resent passing and the house being in both our names I could not sell the house with it being joint ownership. However Mr. Greene had a suggestion as to how we could do it, would just take a little longer. Within a short period of time, we completed all the paperwork and we were on to selling the house. I have gone to Mr. Greene for help with a variety of legal issues over the years. Most recently, Mr. Greene did a Will for me.....actually, a replacement of one done previously by a different Attorney. My experience with Mr. Greene, was comparatively much different; far better. Mr. Greene is a great attorney. He has spent almost 40 years in the business and he has a very good approach to helping his clients get the best outcome possible. I recently experienced a situation with city officials that was going to cost me over 100k in losses. I had been rebuilding a burned out house and ran out of money. I was able to raise the money to finish the house but the city had already stepped in and voted to make me bulldoze the house. I would have lost all the money I had used to buy and halfway rebuild the house. I talked to 2 other attorneys before finding Mr. Greenes office. They wanted to sue the city and fight it out in court, which would have cost me 10 to 15k minimum and I would not have had a good chance of winning with the judge. When I sat down with Mr. Greene, he gave me a few different scenarios as to how this situation could go. Then he told me which one would give me the best chance of a successful ending with the least amount of cost. His approach was perfect. Instead of filing suit and arguing a bunch of different angles as to why the city was in the wrong and didnt follow procedures, he simply called and started a cordial conversation with the city and along with the citys attorney was able to talk the board into a rehearing. Mr. Greene then put together a very professional presentation and presented it at the hearing. The board unanimously agreed to let me finish the house. Mr. Greene has since followed up with me throughout the project to make sure things are going good and that we will be successful with it. He and his group really care about their clients. I will be selling that house in the next few weeks, making all my money back including Mr. Greenes fees. Thank you to Mr. Greene and his hard working group.

First of all it all starts with the first person you talk to, and the receptionist/ legal assistant was wonderful. She took the time to listen, our citation was a unique case and she was so patient and caring. We scheduled a conference visit with Mr Greene, he was very helpful and advised us on the fastest and most efficiently way to address our citations. 1st call on Friday, explained everything set an appointment with Mr Greene on Monday by Friday everyone had signed and the problem was solved.
